.Greetings,
We, the Pleiadians and Arcturians are being called on by more and more of the beings on Gaia to assist humanity with their process of transmutation.
It is important that humanity begins this process of expanding their perceptual field to encompass the fourth-dimensional frequency of reality in preparation for expanding their consciousness to encompass the fifth-dimensional frequency of reality.
The first component of your self that you will transmute, will be your consciousness. Your consciousness is much more flexible and “transmutational” than your physical earth vessel. Your physical earth vessel is limited to the third dimension.
However, your consciousness, which is the combination of your thoughts and emotions, is more able to alter, enhance, and/or expand your frequency of consciousness. You will know what frequency of consciousness that you are resonating to by the thoughts and emotions that work together to create your “state of consciousness.”
Your “state of consciousness” is the frequency of consciousness to which you resonate within the NOW of your daily life, as well as your sleeping, and/or meditating, states of consciousness. Your “state of consciousness, and/or your “frequency of consciousness” is something over which you have control.
However, in order to control your state/frequency of consciousness, you will need to be a loving mentor to your many thoughts and emotions. We, your Pleiadian and Arcturian family, realize how very difficult your third-dimensional reality can be.
It is for this reason that we invite you all to come to our Starships, which are just beyond the tracking mechanisms of your third-dimensional machines. However, WE are NOT beyond your third-dimensional imagination.
Imagination is something that only humans have, and it is a component of your fourth and/or fifth-dimensional state of consciousness. Your “state of consciousness” is the frequency of the synaptic junctions within your physical brain, and it is greatly influenced by your reactions, and interactions, with your third-dimensional reality.
There are many challenges in your third-dimensional reality that do NOT exist within your higher dimensional frequencies of consciousness. Your frequency, or state of consciousness, determines what you choose to perceive in your outer third-dimensional reality, as well as the thoughts and emotions that exist within your heart and mind.
The emotions that resonate to your Hearth Chakra are more likely to direct your attention onto that which you love, and that which you wish to experience. However, if you want to have a certain experience of reality, you will need to go inside your own thoughts, as what you think about, you bring about.
Therefore, to be the “Master of Your Reality” you need to have a degree of “Mastery over your thoughts and emotions.” What do we mean by the term “mastery over” in this situation? What we mean by “mastery over” is that you are able to have a degree of “mastery over” your self-judgment.
If you judge yourself and do not recognize it, it may be because you grew up with too much judgment in your childhood, and/or present life, that “judgment” becomes “normal.” When judgment is normal—whether it is self-judgment, or judgment against others, you may have learned to pretend that “it does not hurt you.”
Then, as you move forward into their life, you may allow self-judgment against and/or from others, to quietly move into their daily thoughts and emotions. It is then, that you forget the loving, inner messages that come from your Higher SELF. Then you may also forget that YOU are a Galactic Representatives to Earth.
Dear brave volunteers to take an earth vessel during this NOW in which Gaia is being damaged and disregarded more and more each day, WE, the members of your Galactic Family, wish to remind you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
We see how so many of you are doing your best to assist Gaia, telling others of Gaia’s plight and constantly sending Unconditional Love and Violet Light into the body of Gaia.
It is in this manner that you can greatly assist Gaia with Her healing and with Her transmutation back into Her innate fifth-dimensional Planetary SELF.
The problem is that many humans are not yet able to perceive Gaia as a living being. Therefore, instead of taking care of Gaia and loving Her in the same manner that they would care for and love a member of their family, they treat Gaia’s Earth as a “thing.”
It is for this reason that we, the members of your fifth dimensional Galactic Family, have come into the consciousness of as many humans as possible. Unfortunately, too often, it takes much of a human’s “Earth time” before they believe that Earth is an “alive planetary being,” just as they are “alive human beings.”
In fact, too often, humans forget that just as humans are alive, Gaia’s Earth is also alive. Humanity may think of trees as being alive, as they offer wood for them to build with and fruits that they can eat. Unfortunately, only the awakened humans are able to think of trees, flowers, crops, animals, and even, Gaia, as living beings that need the same amount of attention and love as humans. In other words, far too many humans see the Nature Beings as “things.”
They see the ocean as a place where they can dump their trash and/or release the toxins from their ships, and they see the air as something that is NOT harmed by pollutants from their cars and factories. This behavior is because they do NOT perceive the Earth as a living being.
Instead, they perceive the trees as something to cut down or use to make money for themselves. Do they care that they do NOT harvest the trees in an ecological fashion? Yes, some humans do, but many humans do NOT have the perception that Gaia is a living being.
Of course, anyone who would choose to read this post DOES care about Gaia and probably DOES try their best to send Gaia the Unconditional Love that She deserves. Many of us, the Galactics, have taken human earth vessels in the hopes that humans would listen to us more if we appeared to be humans.
However, the many humans who do NOT remember their Galactic SELF, or the mission that they chose to take during this current embodiment, are not at all interested in giving service to Gaia.
It is for that reason that a great deal of Galactics chose to take an earth vessel within your NOW in the hope that they could find a way to awaken humanity’s multidimensional memory about why they chose to take an earth vessel within this now.
Hence, we ask you to go into your highest states of consciousness to remember the mission that you chose before you took your current earth vessel. We will give you some clues by asking you some questions:
First-- What do you LOVE to do?
That “love” is the doorway to the Mission that you have chosen.
Second—How do you feel if you do NOT pursue that which you love to do? In fact, take a moment to remember how much you miss doing that which you love to do. Within this moment, FEEL how this act “fulfills” you.
Third—What did you LOVE to do as a child?
As a child, your imagination was more alive and a component of your daily reality. This is because your “imagination” is often that which you remember from your Multidimensional SELF, who you forgot when your “grew up.”
When you were a child, you could remember more of your higher dimensional reality, as it was fine for a child to have a “strong imagination.” However, the hardships and challenges of adulthood often made you forget your higher dimensional life because you had to focus on the “work you had to do.”

Once you made that decision to follow the love inner voice of your SELF, which is your own Higher SELF, you could even allow this “Higher SELF” to assist you to release the constant hum of the outer voices that too often said, “NO you can’t.” With the release of the “no you can’t” voice, it was much easier for you to follow your loving voice that said, “YES I can!”
As you decided to follow the loving, sweet, inner voice, rather than the angry or disapproving outer voice, you became stronger and stronger within your own SELF. It was then, that you could allow your “childhood imagination” to get equal credit as the “outside authority figures.” In fact, over time, your inner voice became more powerful than the “outside authority voice.”
As you listened more and more to your own inner voice, which you now recognize as being filled with Unconditional Love, you allowed more and more “dreams” and “fantasies” to arise from deep within your SELF.
You learned at a young age not to discuss or reveal what your inner voice told you. Fortunately, many times you did decide to follow the advice of your own inner, loving SELF. Fortunately, as you grew older and moved into adulthood, you became tired of hiding the YOU that you most enjoyed.
But, if YOU “came out” would your human friends still want to be around you? Therefore, some times you still decided to keep these inner voices a secret from your outside world. However, because of this compartmentalization, you became two people. You were the person who you knew was YOU, and you were the person that THEY wanted you to be.
When you were a child and a teenager, many of you really needed to keep your inner voice a secret. However, as time marched on there were the era’s in your life in which you could be the YOU that you most enjoyed inside of your own dreams, imagination, and desires.
Those of you who were able to advance to this free, explorative state of consciousness felt a “secret happiness” because you came to realize that you were NOT alone. You began to realize, and maybe even hear and/or communicate with Higher Dimensional Beings.
Sometimes you understood the inner voice of these Higher Beings. But, sometimes you could NOT understand these communications. However, you always enjoyed them! You enjoyed the “freedom of expressions” and the “unconditional love,” which was very rare in your third-dimensional reality.
Then, as you were listening to your SELF more and more, this SELF was becoming was increasingly common during your dreams, meditations and whenever you were in Nature. In fact, being in Nature made you feel that you were NOT alone.
Instead, you were with Gaia’s many beings. Many of these beings you could see and hear with your third-dimensional perceptions. However, there were other beings that you could not see, but you could hear inside of you, and most importantly, you could FEEL the Unconditional Love that seemed to flow into you.
Soon you learned that if you did not document what you received from these higher dimensional and unconditionally loving beings, your 3D mind could not remember it. It was then that you began to wonder, “Why did I choose to take an earth vessel within this now?”
The mere fact that you asked that question, made you remember that there was another reality that you simultaneously lived in. However, you could not quite remember it. Fortunately, many of you discovered that if you wrote down your dreams, meditation and inner images and messages, you could read that message again and again.
Then you would NOT forget your inner messages. Also, it was then that many of you realized that others were having the same experiences as you. You discovered this fact because you were brave enough to share the “weird messages from higher beings.”
It is interesting that it was fine to discuss the latest Earth disaster, the extreme weather, and other problems in your life, but it is not OK to talk about the Faerie you just saw in your morning meditation or the message you just received from your Higher Self. Fortunately, now there are more and more people who can have these discussions, but they are still far from the majority.
Therefore, we, the members of your Galactic Family, ask that YOU, the brave members of our Galactic Family who chose to take a human form within your NOW, to PLEASE share your Interdimensional Experiences with others.
You can call your experience a “weird dream,” which is true that it is a “dream” and a “deep desire” to return to the higher dimensional frequencies of Gaia. In fact, as you shared this desire with others, you likely began to remember more and more of your Galactic Life in which you were/are orbiting Gaia in your Starship and/or experiencing Gaia’s fifth-dimensional expression of reality.
The reason why you forgot these realities was because it was “unsafe” for many, many eras to share your inter-dimensional experiences. Fortunately, more and more humans are beginning to remember that they took an earth vessel within this NOW in order to assist Gaia. In fact, many of the Gaia’s weather disasters are Gaia saying, “Help!! I need your help!”
Most of the problems that have harmed Gaia are due to the earth humans inability to be good Guardians for Gaia. “Getting more money” has become more important than “saving Gaia.” But, what will the humans do with all their money if their weather is too extreme, huge floods and fires occur, and the entire economy collapses?
It is the NOW, dear ones, to come to the aid of your planet! We, your Galactic Family, will assist you. In fact, many of “you” to whom we speak are also Galactics who chose to take an earth vessel during this NOW in order to assist with Gaia’s Planetary Ascension back into Her true fifth-dimensional expression.
Is it more important to work hard and make money, even if it damages Gaia? OR is it more important to put the Planetary Being of Gaia FIRST!! That is first before the people, for what will people do without a planet on which they can live?
Gaia is calling each and every ONE of you. Therefore, listen to Her call to assist your Planet Gaia to heal from the many, many, wounds that have ALL been created, in some manner, by humans!
Dear humans, please remember that you chose to take an earth vessel on Gaia to heal Gaia, and to assist with Planetary Ascension! We, your Galactic Family, realize that it is very easy to become lost in the lies and illusions that fill your third-dimensional reality within this NOW. However, it is humanity that created ALL of Gaia’s problems.
Therefore, it is up to humanity to heal their planet before it is too late. Blessings, we are your Galactic Family. We are here, within this NOW, to assist you TO assist Gaia. Just ask for our guidance and we will remind you “what you chose to DO to assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension.”

This stunning admission is found in an April 29 article from Reuters entitled, “U.S. measles outbreak raises questions about immunity in adults.” The article states:
Up to 10 percent of the 695 confirmed measles cases in the current outbreak occurred in people who received one or two doses of the vaccine, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Merck FAKED vaccine efficacy data and committed widespread scientific fraud, say virologists
If you’re wondering why so many people who were vaccinated against measles, mumps and rubella are now being infected with the measles, you have to remember that Merck faked its MMR vaccine efficacy data by spiking human blood samples with animal antibodies, according to two former Merck employees who say they were ordered by Merck management to carry out the massive science fraud.
The two Merck virologists, named Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, filed a False Claims Act document in 2010 that specifically called out Merck’s fraudulent vaccine deception as running the risk of contributing the future outbreaks of infectious disease. Merck vaccine fraud exposed by two Merck virologists; company faked mumps vaccine efficacy results for over a decade, says lawsuit
According to two Merck scientists who filed a False Claims Act complaint in 2010 — a complaint which has just now been unsealed — vaccine manufacturer Merck knowingly falsified its mumps vaccine test data, spiked blood samples with animal antibodies, sold a vaccine that actually promoted mumps and measles outbreaks, and ripped off governments and consumers who bought the vaccine thinking it was “95% effective.”

According to Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, both former Merck virologists, the Merck company engaged in all the following behavior:
• Merck knowingly falsified its mumps vaccine test results to fabricate a “95% efficacy rate.”
• In order to do this, Merck spiked the blood test with animal antibodies in order to artificially inflate the appearance of immune system antibodies. As reported in CourthouseNews.com:
Merck also added animal antibodies to blood samples to achieve more favorable test results, though it knew that the human immune system would never produce such antibodies, and that the antibodies created a laboratory testing scenario that “did not in any way correspond to, correlate with, or represent real life … virus neutralization in vaccinated people,” according to the complaint.
• Merck then used the falsified trial results to swindle the U.S. government out of “hundreds of millions of dollars for a vaccine that does not provide adequate immunization.”
• Merck’s vaccine fraud has actually contributed to the continuation of mumps across America, causing more children to become infected with mumps. (Gee, really? This is what NaturalNews has been reporting for years… vaccines are actually formulated to keep the outbreaks going because it’s great for repeat business!)
• Merck used its false claims of “95 percent effectiveness” to monopolize the vaccine market and eliminate possible competitors.
• The Merck vaccine fraud has been going on since the late 1990’s, say the Merck virologists.
• Testing of Merck’s vaccine was never done against “real-world” mumps viruses in the wild. Instead, test results were simply falsified to achieve the desired outcome.
• This entire fraud took place “with the knowledge, authority and approval of Merck’s senior management.”
• Merck scientists “witnessed firsthand the improper testing and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the vaccine’s efficacy findings,” according to court documents (see below).
US government chose to ignore the 2010 False Claims Act!
Rather than taking action on this false claims act, the U.S. government simply ignored it, thereby protecting Merck’s market monopoly instead of properly serving justice. This demonstrates the conspiracy of fraud between the U.S. government, FDA regulators and the vaccine industry.
Chatom Primary Care sues Merck for Sherman Act monopolization, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws
Following the unsealing of this 2010 False Claims Act, Chatom Primary Care, based in Alabama, smelled something rotten. Three days ago, Chatom filed a lawsuit against Merck. That lawsuit record is available here:
It alleges, among other shocking things:
[Merck engaged in] …a decade-long scheme to falsify and misrepresent the true efficacy of its vaccine.
Merck fraudulently represented and continues to falsely represent in its labeling and elsewhere that its Mumps Vaccine has an efficacy rate of 95 percent of higher.
In reality, Merck knows and has taken affirmative steps to conceal — by using improper testing techniques and falsifying test data — that its Mumps Vaccine is, and has been since at least 1999, far less than 95 percent effective.
Merck designed a testing methodology that evaluated its vaccine against a less virulent strain of the mumps virus. After the results failed to yield Merck’s desired efficacy, Merck abandoned the methodology and concealed the study’s findings.
…incorporating the use of animal antibodies to artificially inflate the results…
…destroying evidence of the falsified data and then lying to an FDA investigator…
…threatened a virologist in Merck’s vaccine division with jail if he reported the fraud to the FDA…
…the ultimate victims here are the millions of children who every year are being injected with a mumps vaccine that is not providing them with an adequate level of protection. And while this is a disease that, according to the Centers for Disease Control (‘CDC’), was supposed to be eradicated by now, the failure in Merck’s vaccine has allowed this disease to linger, with significant outbreaks continuing to occur.
Chatom Primary Care also alleges that the fraudulent Merck vaccine contributed to the 2006 mumps outbreak in the Midwest, and a 2009 outbreak elsewhere. It says, “there has remained a significant risk of a resurgence of mumps outbreaks…”

Nossa Consciência Expansiva
Você pode ter notado nos últimos meses o quanto sua consciência está se expandindo.
Os próximos meses irão expandir a nossa consciência para alturas quânticas e mais rapidamente do que nunca!
Quando nossa consciência se expande rapidamente, ela é frequentemente precedida por um ou mais avanços.

Desde Janeiro, muitas pessoas passaram por um ciclo em que as coisas que não servem mais ao seu bem maior foram incapazes de avançar com elas.
Para muitos, isso pode parecer uma experiência de colapso.

A mudança é apenas outra maneira de dizer: As coisas estão avançando!
Nosso Espírito está sempre se movendo, expandindo, crescendo e evoluindo. Isto é quem nós somos.

Borley Rectory: the Mystery of the Most Haunted House in England.
“Beware the Borley Rectory”.
Once upon a time, in a picturesque piece of country land on the border between Suffolk and Essex, a man of God decided to make a home for himself and his family. His name was Reverend Henry Dawson Ellis Bull, and he would end up living in that home with his family of fourteen.
So, in 1862-1863, a year after being named rector of his somewhat secluded parish, Bull built what would be later become known as the Borley Rectory. Little did he know, unfortunately, that the land he chose to exercise his holy duty on was anything but sacred.
In fact, Borley Rectory is now widely known as one of the most haunted places in the whole of England. From witches to ghosts to many other paranormal phenomena, the Rectory has become a site of unexplained experiences and a favorite of paranormal investigators across the world.
Early hauntings at Borley Rectory
Before gaining the notoriety it enjoys today, Borley Rectory was not too notorious as a site of hauntings. The grisliest detail in the land’s history was the fact that Bull built his new home partly on the remains of a structure that had previously perished in a fire somewhere around 1841.
Soon after the Bull family settled down on the Rectory, however, the first incidents began. Initially, the family did not have too much to report; footsteps in the night, maybe, or prickling of the hairs in certain spots of the house.
The most notable incident involved the Bull’s daughter, Ethel, hearing footsteps and rapping outside of her bedroom door during nighttime. Her ordeal climaxed when she reported an unknown entity slapping her as she slept.
But on a hot July day in 1900, a nun first appeared to four of the Bull children. The Borley nun would go on to become one of England’s most well-known apparitions.
Ghost hunters quote the legend of a Benedictine monastery supposedly built in this area in about 1362, according to which a monk from the monastery conducted a relationship with a nun from a nearby convent. After their affair was discovered, the monk was executed and the nun bricked up alive in the convent walls.
Later on, the legend was discredited, but nobody can ever know with certainty. It is speculated that the unfortunate nun’s name was Mary Lairre and that her ghost laments her unfortunate fate to this day.
The age of exposure
Borley Rectory and its haunted inhabitants remained relatively unknown outside of their close-knit community until approximately 1927. Around that time, another family decided to move in Borley Rectory. Mr. and Mrs. Smith did not, however, remain in their new house for long. Unlike the Bulls, they did not take too well to the other inhabitants of the Rectory.
Aside from the usual nun sightings, the Smiths also experienced auditory paranormal phenomena, such as the sound of bells in the night. Not only that, but they reported seeing ghostly apparitions of a horse-drawn carriage in the dead of night.
The cherry on top must have been the incident when Mrs. Smith opened one of the kitchen cupboards, only to discover a human skull inside.
Later years
Around 1930, a new family of three moved into Borley Rectory. It consisted of the Reverend Lionel Foyster, his Wife, Marianne, and their daughter. For a time, Marianne seemed to have become the point of focus for the spirits, since she was the one reporting all kinds of phenomena, mostly auditory, all of the extreme intensity.
However, she later revealed herself as having fabricated her reporting. Her goal was to cover up her extramarital affair with one of the other lodgers in the Rectory.
The rest is paranormal history. The Smiths evacuated Borley Rectory, but not before bringing the matter to the attention of the Daily Mirror. The occult-research related Society for Psychical Research followed soon after. This was when the haunted building caught the attention of a larger audience.
Renowned researcher Harry Price visited Borley Rectory in 1929. According to sources, upon Price’s arrival, the phenomena had begun to increase in intensity. They took on a more violent character, such as object throwing, mirror messages, and other similar incidents.
One day, Price even reported seeing the ghost of the late Henry Bull himself, the original rector of Borley Rectory.
Price would later go on to write a book based on his work in Borley Rectory, titled “The Most Haunted House in England – Ten Years’ Investigation of Borley Rectory”.
He would return to the building during the 30’s, when he took out a year-long rental agreement with Queen Anne’s Bounty, the owners of the property, and recruited a corps of 48 “official observers”, mostly students, who spent periods, mainly during weekends, at the rectory with instructions to report any phenomena that occurred.
The researchers claimed to have made contact with the spirits, most notably the nun spirit, which constantly pleaded with them to assist her in escaping her tethering with the mortal world. In one of the most shocking findings during a séance, a ghostly voice predicted that a terrible fire would soon take place, and all the spirits would join.
The demise of Borley Rectory
Unlikely as it may sound, soon after this otherworldly prediction, Borley Rectory did burn down to a significant degree. The cause was an oil lamp.
To this day, nobody knows whether this was the result of an accident or a result of spiritual activity. During later decades, researchers and technological advances discredited many of the stories surrounding the Rectory, but the mystery still remains.

Continue walking your path with your head held high, knowing that when you arrive, you will be surrounded by those of like mind and heart.

We are all One. From the smallest least significant life forms to the most highly developed ones, everyone of them without exception are contained, embraced, and most lovingly held within the infinite field of Consciousness that is ALL THAT EXISTS. Awareness of this truth, which for eons had been recognized by only a very, very few, has, over the last five or six years, been growing exponentially within humanity. Yes, I want to confirm for you most positively that there is no separation, because Life/Love is One. Life is an ongoing creative event, an endless expansion of divine Love that is fully aware of all and that discards nothing. What is created is forever, endless, eternal, and what is created is always alive, purely because it is an expression of pure undiluted consciousness – GODNESS!
You refer to non-living material as mineral, as opposed to animal or vegetable substances which you understand to be alive. However, everything, as I said above, everything is held within the infinite field of Consciousness, therefore everything is alive. The life in what you see and recognize as inert matter is not recognizable because its energy frequency – everything is energy, there is nothing else – is too low and vibrates far too slowly to be measured by even the most technologically advanced instruments you presently have available to you. In other words, rocks, metals, and all that your science considers inert, non-living, have a form of consciousness, a consciousness that is patient and in no hurry, therefore rocks and metals decay and return to their non-material state far more slowly than do animals or plants. Decay is not a good word here because you use it to mean a change of state from living to non-living, and what is alive can never cease to be alive, all that can happen is that its form changes from physical to non-physical.
So yes, your planet, Earth, is very much alive. Over the eons its form has changed enormously, due to volcanic activity, earth movements, and the effects of climate and water flows, and in its present state it supports myriad forms of life. Massive human industrial and land usage activities, which have intensified enormouslyover the last two or three hundred years, have dramatically increased the rate at which it is changing, thus threatening its continued ability to provide an environment that encourages and supports life in form as you understand that term. There are in fact a vast number of forms within your earthly environmentof which you are completely unaware, residing in the oceans, rivers, and lakes, in the prairies, forests, mountains, and deserts, and which are essential for the ecological stability of planetary life.
Over the last four or five decades – in fact almost instantly in geological terms – awareness of the damage being done to the entire earthly ecosystem by inadvisable activities intended to provide short term benefits for multinational corporations and their “owners” has been growing rapidly. Now, at last, groups are forming all over the world to bring pressure to bear on those who are so blatantly and arrogantly defiling and befouling vast areas of the world that they considered fair game in the race for ever vaster profits, in order not only to persuade them to cease and desist their damaging activities, but also to use some of their enormous profits to start repairing the damage they have done. And these groups are becoming increasingly effective as more and more people support and encourage them in the mighty task that lies ahead for humanity, if it is to ensure that a habitable environment, in which future generations can live and thrive, is preserved.
However, the tipping point has been reached, and the ability of Planet Earth to continue to support life is assured, because plans are now being put into effect to restore the ecological balance necessary for animal and plant life to flourish. There are enormous resources available to bring this about, it is just that until now they have been used inappropriately and thoughtlessly. Humanity is on a path of spiritual evolution, and that is why souls choose to take human form by incarnating on Earth. But for a long time the rate of evolution has been very slow, while in recent times the rate of technological advancement has been accelerating. Consequently the necessary wisdom and compassion to use these advances for the benefit of all has been severely lacking. Now wisdom and compassion are growing exponentially as your spiritual evolution progresses, leading you forward toward your awakening.
To many of you it may well appear that the challenges facing you are insurmountable, but they are not. There is a magnificent awareness developing in the younger members of human society, especially those who are less than thirty years old, of the need for massive changes in attitudes and behaviors, and they have the determination and the motivation to make them happen. In science you have a saying that knowledge advances funeral by funeral, and it is indeed the young among you who will be delivering the changes that are essential for human survival. And, of course, those of you who are older have all most definitely played played your parts by effectively clearing the path for them to follow, even though, as the new path unfolds, it may well be very different from what you might be expecting. As you have so often been reminded, every single human is following a path of spiritual evolution, and even though that often appears not to be the case, truly everyone – there are no exceptions – is following a path of spiritual evolution.
You need to be aware that those who have been doing such enormous damage and causingsuch intense suffering all over the world are thereby providing an extremely powerful wake-up call to everyone else, because the ongoing revelations about their nefarious activities blows people out of any sense of apathy in which they may have been drowning, and demands that they partake in the awakening process, not by engaging in violent opposition or through starting conflicts, but by becoming aware that the only way forward is through love.
Many are now realizing that violent behaviors are a clear indication of intense pain and a sense of worthlessness in those who practice them, and that these severely damaged ones need to be loved and guided with intense compassion in an environment where they can safely express their pain without hurting others. Incarceration in penal correctional institutions only aggravates their pain and fear. New compassionate institutions will arise to assist and support those who are suffering and acting out their intolerable burdens of guilt along with a sense of utter worthlessness. Almost every human experiences a lack of self-worth at some stage during their lives, and sometimes it is long lasting causing an intense drain on their energy; therefore there are very few among you who, at the depths of their being, do not feel great compassion for those whose ability to love and accept themselves seems to be practically non-existent.
All are the beloved children of God! The fact that some behave violently and act out their pain by attacking others demonstrates that they have completely forgotten this divine Truth. And so have very many others who, although not acting out their pain violently on others, do have a less than complete realization of their true divinity, and thus, out of an underlying fear for their personal safety or that of their families and loved ones, often choose to work with law enforcement agencies, thereby very often aggravating the problems they were hoping and intending to resolve.
It is extremely difficult for most of you to believe that to engage with love will resolve all problems and issues, but it really is the only way forward. To be loving whatever arises does not signify weakness, it demonstrates enormous power, because Love is infinitely powerful. There is no one who is unaware of people – sadly, so far, only a few – who demonstrate love in action, and by doing so change themselves, others, and the whole world. What is needed or required of you who are aware that you are on a spiritual path, is for you to set the intent daily to be only loving whatever arises. When you do so, you will find that you become far more at peace with yourselves. You will also find that others gravitate toward you,are drawn to you, pick up on your peacefulness, and then share it with others.
None of you are ever alone! You are always fully supported by your team in the spiritual realms, as you go about your daily lives, while at the same time – even if you maybe unaware of it – powerfully assisting in the awakening process. Just ensure that you spend time daily – every single day without fail – at your holy inner sanctuaries where Love resides awaiting your acceptance of It, so that It may embrace, encourage, and remind you that you are on Earth at this moment to do just this. You will feel this inner knowing if you refuse to dismiss and judge yourselves as unworthy or not good enough, because nothing could be further from the truth!
You are all divine beings, and the fact that so many have forgotten this does not change it. You chose to be incarnate at this point to be loving presences assisting all on their path to awakening, and you are doing this every time you hold a loving thought or offer a loving word or action to anyone at all. As humans, limited by your physical forms, you can have no idea, until you awaken, of the wonderful and most amazing effect you are having.
Because of the love that each one of you demonstrates, even in the smallest of ways, humanity is awakening.
Trust me, because I have experienced form and all the trials and tribulations with which that state presents you. I know how difficult it is, and how terrifying it can be, and I know that you can and will succeed in delivering humanity’s awakening. Truly it is already accomplished, as you will discover, and in doing so your joy will utterly surpass anything you can at present possibly imagine.

PERGUNTA: Mestres, esta questão esteve em minha mente na maior parte da minha vida humana. Eu estava fazendo sopa e precisei cortar um pouco de carne e foi muito difícil para mim! Eu entendo que a centelha ou Alma do animal deixou o corpo, mas ele escolhe onde ele acaba? E eles também escolhem quem os comerá para a sua evolução? Há mais do que nunca Pessoas que se tornam vegetarianas e veganas! Quais são as suas razões, Mestres? Porque as plantas e os vegetais têm sentidos. É melhor comer mais verduras e, a longo prazo, isto nos torna mais inteligentes ou mais sensíveis? ~ Sylvia, Inglaterra.
RESPOSTA: Apenas um a dois por cento dos animais contém uma alma. A maioria é apenas animada por uma centelha da energia da Fonte. Esta é a mesma força vital que sustenta outras formas de seres vivos, tais como plantas, flores e os grãos da vida, que fornecem para aqueles que abandonam a nutrição fornecida pelas espécies vivas que têm faces.
Algumas formas de escolhas alimentares são ditadas pelos sistemas de crenças religiosas das pessoas e outras pelos tipos de sustento acessíveis na área. Hoje, em regiões mais desenvolvidas, a escolha do alimento é completamente do gosto da pessoa.

RESPOSTA: Primeiro, vamos lidar com o seu "sonho" compartilhado. Você e sua mãe passaram várias vidas juntas, e uma delas incluiu a vida em um planeta estrangeiro. Este não era um planeta de dualidade, já que a Terra é o único planeta com dualidade. Os habitantes estavam experienciando a formação da terra e usando diferentes espécies que encontraram.

Resposta: A maconha é uma substância alucinógena que reduz as inibições, abre a mente para pensamentos fora do normal, afeta a memória e pode aumentar a possibilidade de doenças mentais. Em um nível espiritual, nada é certo ou errado. Sob a influência desta substância, você pode permitir, ou até mesmo convidar, entidades negativas para entrar em seu corpo, porque parece ser uma boa idéia no momento. Uma vez que abre novas vias mentais, você pode ser capaz de se conectar com os espíritos não físicos ao seu redor, mas tenha cuidado, porque há tanto o positivo quanto o negativo disputando a atenção. Paula, de Portugal, pergunta aos Mestres: Eu gostaria de saber o que está me impedindo de ter um relacionamento amoroso - o que tenho que mudar no meu comportamento? Ou eu estou melhor sozinha?
Resposta: Suas próprias expectativas sobre o que é a combinação perfeita para você impedem que você conheça um homem de fantasia. Além disso, você não tem certeza de que quer ou precisa compartilhar sua vida com outra pessoa. Muitas almas não precisam de ninguém além de si mesmas para ter uma vida muito feliz e produtiva. A escolha é sua. Se você decidir procurar um parceiro, então seja você mesma. Ela também não se ama. O amor é a aceitação de que o que você escolheu em sua vida são as coisas que você queria entender. Diga a ela para parabenizar-se por todas as coisas que realizou e deixe de se preocupar com o que os outros pensam ou fazem. O amor próprio, a alma, devem impedi-la de se tornar solitária ou triste.

Resposta: Você não teve sua energia roubada. Você não está ingerindo vitaminas e minerais suficientes para as necessidades de energia do seu corpo. Você também se permitiu ficar deprimida, já que não acha que as coisas estão indo do jeito que você quer. Pegue um projeto por vez que você deseja concluir e, em seguida, faça isso. Pense no momento mais feliz da sua vida e passe algum tempo lá todos os dias para se revigorar.

3 Interesting Decision-Making Theories Which Explain the Choices We Make.

.Decision-making theories come are quite useful. When it’s time to make an important choice, there’s no need to delay.
Whether we are familiar with theories regarding decision-making or not, in this day and age, choice is in abundance. What do we want to eat, which sofa should we purchase, do you get a dog or not? Because we have way too many options, it can make choosing much harder than it should be.
Choice is our ability to make decisions when presented with two or more options. When we have more than two options, we must make a choice. This is what the world presents to us. Therefore, it is the truth of how free will works. We can then live and artistically create the life we want to.
So, why is it so difficult? Ultimately, choice represents the sacrifices we must make. We automatically give up something else when we make a choice between two or more things.
This means, if we find ourselves wanting something else next month, chances are that choice will be gone – non-existent. We have to take what we have today, and this depends on what we choose.
Decision-making theories – the basics
Different approaches to decision-making are sometimes called Choice theories. William Glasser founded this term from a book with the same title. According to Glasser, freedom, fun, power, love and belonging, and survival are basic satisfied needs which come from choices we make.
The idea that choices are mostly made by humans, which enhance what we really want, is an idea that’s been around for quite some time. Choice and the psychology behind it is the reason we make the decisions that we do. It’s a subconscious decision that motivates our satisfaction and meeting those satisfactions.
Here are three decision-making theories that will help you to understand the choices you make. It might even encourage you to make better ones!
1. Our emotions connect to our actions
Neuroscientist and professor at USC and Salk Institute, Dr. Antonio Damasio says that our decisions come from visceral emotion. The definition of his theory is that there is a link between “raw” emotions and the part of the brain which governs decisions. He, therefore, concluded that decision making and judgment come from a critical neural circuit.
Damasio concludes that non-rational and rational processes bridge feeling and emotion. If meaning and motivation, would not be possible if emotional input was absent, and decision making could not happen.
Damasio believes that we don’t only base our choices on logic and fact, but also on memories and emotions. This is why we make decisions on unconscious levels. Our intuition guides us.
2. Decisions can be costly – literally!
Does making decisions result in reduced self-control? A study from the University of Minnesota points to yes. The study also showed more procrastination, lack of ability to persist in failed circumstances, decrease in physical stamina, and worsening of arithmetic abilities
Researchers, to conduct the study asked students for help. After dividing into two groups, the teams take on studies much like the others but to understand how choices affect things. Identical product lists were given to all the students in the initial experiment.
A singular group was asked questions revolved around how often, in the past, that the product was used. However, one group was about how often they’d used the products in the past. The same product, with variations, were chosen by the other group. In another experiment, one group answered questions such as this and the other did not.
“Making choices apparently depleted a precious self-resource,” wrote the authors in the conclusion of their study. “This is because subsequent self-regulation is poorer among those who had made choices than it was among those who had not. This pattern became clear in the laboratory, classroom, and shopping mall.”
3. Watch out for bias!
There is absolutely no doubt that our biases affect our choices. However, there is one particular bias that focuses on decision-making theories in many situations.
Loss aversion bias is one such example. No one likes to be left out or miss important things. Fact. However, it isn’t as important to gain something than it is to avoid losing something. This is the way aversion works. The endowment effect shows us through our desire to keep what we have instead of striving for more.
Daniel Kahneman, in yet another study, gave test subjects either an empty mug, nothing or chocolate. They could trade or choose between two other objects. Half of them wanted the mugs, but those who already had mugs did not want to give them up – about 86% of participants, showing the desire to keep the possessions a person already has.
How to make hard decisions easier
Choices are hard, you see. I guess you understand now. No matter what, some choices you make will always be hard. However, some of these decision-making theories might just help you understand your own choices.
We don’t always have a rational reason to make decisions. They cannot separate from our identity, our location, or what helps us decide what to wear. Maybe we will be able to make wiser choices and help others make proper decisions too, as long as we understand psychological influences and factors that affect our decisions.
