Exotic chemical suspected in attempted poisoning of President Trump

Breaking news - There was an attempted assassination of President Trump over the weekend, as he was shuttled to a military hospital for urgent medical tests after his food tester was reportedly stricken with extreme symptoms.
Medical tests could not identify the chemical that was used. Trump is reportedly in good health, but the deep state traitors are ramping up their efforts to try to eliminate the President, since their impeachment coup is rapidly collapsing.
The entire CIA-run media is blacklisting this story and refusing to cover it.

(Natural News) (Exclusive Natural News report via Alex Jones at InfoWars.com) – The President’s unscheduled stop at the Walter Reed military hospital on Saturday involved a battery of tests to determine whether the President was exposed to a chemical agent that is suspected of being introduced into his food, says a White House connected source who shared detailed with Alex Jones of InfoWars.com.
“Medical staff at Walter Reed did not get a staff-wide notice about a presidential visit to the medical center in Bethesda, Maryland, ahead of Trump’s arrival, according to that source,” reports Fox59.com. “Typically, Walter Reed’s medical staff would get a general notice about a “VIP” visit to the medical center ahead of a presidential visit, notifying them of certain closures at the facility. That did not happen this time, indicating the visit was a non-routine visit and scheduled last minute.”
This action was initiated by the sudden onset of symptoms experienced by the President’s food tester, who was reported stricken with such severe symptoms that urgent medical tests were conducted on that that person while the President was diverted to Walter Reed for a priority medical examination involving a battery of chemical tests.
“The President’s motorcade drove to the medical center unannounced, with reporters under direction not to report his movement until they arrived Saturday at Walter Reed.,” reports Fox59. “A separate source familiar with the situation described Trump’s visit as ‘abnormal,’ but added that Trump, 73, appeared to be in good health late Friday.”

Fox59 confirms that Trump needed tests which were not available at the White House clinic facility, saying, “Several experts familiar with White House medical procedures said that Trump can get routine labwork done at the White House’s on-site clinic, indicating Trump needed tests that can’t be done there.”
According to the White House connected source who spoke directly with Alex Jones, chemical testing confirmed the presence of a molecular byproduct of a potential toxin, although it is important to note that molecular byproducts can come from many different sources and it’s not always possible to determine the molecular structure of the original molecule from which the byproduct was derived.
The President is reportedly fine and did not experience the same symptoms that are reported to have overcome the food tester.
We currently do not know the condition of the food tester. No additional details have been made public about which tests were conducted on the President and what chemical byproduct was found.
Alex Jones told Natural News that he believes this incident may have been a deep state attack using an exotic chemical poison with a delayed activation signature. He underscored, “the importance of people understanding that we are in the climate of civil war, and this kind of attempted poisoning is par for the course, historically speaking, when they want to take out a leader” and make it appear to be death by natural causes.
InfoWars had previously reported that Roger Stone survived an attempted poisoning, and that deep state operatives who had infiltrated the White House were poisoning the President’s water in an effort to impair his cognitive function and energy.
In 2018, a U.S. Secret Service agent traveling with President Trump in Scotland died from a stroke, USA Today reported. “A Secret Service agent traveling as part of President Donald Trump’s security detail died Tuesday in Scotland after suffering a severe stroke… The agent, a 19-year veteran of the agency, suffered the stroke on Sunday and was treated in Scotland.”
InfoWars’ Millie Weaver reported today that this U.S. Secret Service agent who died from a stroke in Scotland was also a food tester for the President. He was reportedly in good health before his sudden death.
“This is how power behind the throne always tries to take people out very quietly so that they don’t become martyrs,” explained Alex Jones during his InfoWars broadcast. “It is common knowledge there have been multiple attempts on the President’s life.”
In a recent speech at The Federalist Society, Bill Barr warned that the lawless Left is resorting to a troubling array of tactics in their effort to try to destroy President Trump and overthrow the Republic. From Barr:

Now resistance is the language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power. It obviously connotes that the government is not legitimate. This is a very dangerous and, indeed, incendiary notation to import into the politics of a democratic republic.
They essentially see themselves engaged in a war to cripple, by any means necessary, a duly elected government.

To carry out chemical poisoning operations, deep state operatives have access to a vast array of chemical poisons with a wide variety of biochemical mechanisms. The fact that Democrats’ attempted impeachment of President Trump is rapidly collapsing — combined with the extremely disappointing lineup of Democrat candidates for the 2020 election — may have motivated anti-Trump deep state operatives to escalate their war to the level of carrying out an attempted assassination, Jones explained to Natural News earlier today.
It is becoming increasingly apparent to all Americans that the Democrats and the deep state work in concert, and that they abide by no laws, ethics or morality. There is nothing they won’t do, it seems, to destroy the President and seize power, even if it means carrying out a chemical assassination of the President. The entire impeachment fiasco, as a matter of fact, is the deep state’s attempt to overturn the will of the American voters and install their own leader who will protect the deep state rather than exposing it.
“You don’t want to assassinate Trump because it turns him into a martyr,” Alex Jones explained about the deep state’s methods. “So you kill him slowly or drug him with chemicals to make him act loopy so that you can remove him via the 25th Amendment.”
This episode follows President Trump’s recent activation of United States Marines reserve units as part of an urgent deployment that specifically named an “emergency within the United States” and ordered units to be ready to activate in response to “threats in the Homeland” that “will come with little or no warning.” The actual language from the order (emphasis added):
In accordance with (IAW) REF A, this MARADMIN provides guidance for the activation of Reserve Component (RC) Marines under §12304a, Title 10, U.S. Code, following a request for Federal assistance in response to a major disaster or emergency within the United States. Requests for Federal assistance will come with little warning. As required, the Marine Corps must rapidly mobilize RC units and personnel IAW this MARADMIN in order to respond to threats in the Homeland.
According to multiple independent media reports, the U.S. Marines remain loyal to the President even as other branches of the United States military appear to have been at least partially infiltrated by anti-Trump operatives willing to commit treason to overthrow our constitutional republic. Former President Barack Obama fired hundreds of pro-Constitution military leaders while installing hundreds of obedient globalist-leaning military “bureaucrats” into positions of influence within the Pentagon and various branches of the military.
Prominent left-wing influencers are now preparing America for the elimination of President Trump by calling for peace, ahead of their own left-wing plot to murder the President. Over just the last few days, left-leaning TV personality Bill Maher, who has for years spread malicious smears against conservatives, Christians and Trump supporters, suddenly claimed he was fearful of the possibility of a civil war, saying we all now need to “learn to live with each other.” Similarly, former President Barack Obama is now warning Leftists that they’ve gone too extreme, with their positions now being rejected by an increasing number of American voters.
These coordinated public statements are, of course, part of the radical Left’s attempts to control the narrative before they initiate a kinetic civil war themselves, likely by unleashing Antifa brownshirts onto the streets after assassinating the President to remove him from power.
A very large spontaneous uprising of pro-Trump patriots is likely to occur if the President is killed or otherwise removed from power. Millions of Americans have nearly reached the breaking point in terms of frustration with the lawless deep state, and those Americans seem ready and willing to defend their republic from the enemies of America who are operating from within.

.Do you get hungry when you see the golden arches of McDonald’s? Are you proud when you think about your National flag? You might not think these two things are connected, but they are. They are both symbols, and although they have very different meanings, they demonstrate how they affect our perception.

Why We Have Symbols
Our brains have to process an enormous amount of data every second of our lives. Symbols help us to make sense of our surroundings. This is because they are a way of instantly communicating. They provide a mental shortcut that triggers recognition, understanding and feeling.
Symbols can take on many different forms. For example, a letter, as with the McDonalds’ example, or a simple cross to denote a religious building. Symbols include signs, gestures, objects, signals and even words. We have symbols because they have the ability to reach across a diverse range of races and cultures.
Not matter what language you speak, everyone knows what the Apple logo, the red poppy or the Swastika stand for. And with the increase in the use of emoji’s, we are going to use symbols even more to give us meaning.
Symbols Are Used For Communication
Our world is rife with symbols. Just think about it. Company logos, traffic signs, the male and female signs on toilet doors, these are all symbols and they all convey different meanings.
But symbols are more than just information. Think about the authority behind a policeman’s badge. The instruction your brain receives when it see a Stop Sign. The colour red, the colour green. A gold ring on your third finger. A Nazi Swastika. Symbols can have emotional meanings as well as being informative.
Symbols Have Emotional Meanings
Symbols represent ideologies such as religion and political concepts. As such, they are intrinsically linked with our emotions. In the US, the national flag is a revered symbol to be respected and honoured. In the UK, we don’t place so much importance on our flag. So you could argue that symbols have different meanings to whoever is reacting to it.
For example, to many Germans, the Nazi Swastika was a symbol of racial purity and German power. To the Jewish population, it instilled fear. Yet, some groups are now adopting this symbol to front their cultural agendas.
It is the same with religious symbols. The cross is sacred to Christians. However, a burning cross at night is not religious at all. Therefore, each symbol is loaded with meaning, dependant on the person viewing it. The person will associate that particular symbol with a certain feeling or emotion.
Symbols Unite Us As Groups
But symbols can also unite us into groups. The symbol will then serve as a link for members to express their identity, all without saying a word. The symbols we wear on our lapels, our uniforms or our flags reveal a common way of thinking. We instantly align ourselves by adopting certain symbols. These symbols connect us in a way that words never can.
So, in this context, the meanings behind the symbols we use are to show our identity within a certain group. By adopting one symbol over another, we are literally pinning our character to a flag for all to see. We are saying that we identify with others who adopt this symbol.
Why Are Symbols Powerful?
You only have to look at the world of sports to appreciate the power of symbols. Take Roger Federer. To many people, Roger is the epitome of someone at the very top of their craft. It’s not surprising then that sports brands fight to the death to sponsor him. Nike had that contract for years.
Now just think about that single Nike tick. What it represents to people. When you go to a sports shop and you have to choose between two pairs of trainers, you see the Nike pair with a tick. In your subconscious mind, that is no ordinary tick. That tick represents Roger Federer. His class, his wins, and his triumphs in the face of defeat.
It is a symbol loaded with meaning. That tick is a sign of a true sportsman, on and off the court. When you reach for the Nike trainers, for an instant, you are in that special Federer club. You are luxuriating in his success. But it’s just a tick, remember?
So, symbols instantly bring up a certain feeling or image or association. As such, they are often used in the media or for propaganda. Symbols have the power to unite or divide us.
Many of us added a French flag filter to our social media profile picture after the shootings in a Paris nightclub. Taiwanese students used sunflowers to protest against a secret controversial deal with China. Protests are banned in Thailand. However, students have begun using the three-fingered salute seen in the Hunger Games as a form of silent protest.
Even political parties adopt symbols. There is the red rose for Labour, a flying dove for the Libdems, the pound sign for UKIP. This is so that people who cannot read or write can easily vote for their party.
Symbols are everywhere. We cannot avoid them.

There’s no doubt of the power of symbols and what their meanings represent. They have an instant effect on us. We need to understand this. Then we can step back before we react and think about symbols and how their meanings really affect us.

.Having you ever heard of ghosting people? Well, it has nothing to do with the supernatural. It’s something much more heinous.
Relationships can be beautiful things, but some of them do not last. I’ve always heard that some breakups are so bad that they feel the same as grieving the loss of a loved one, and in a way we have. But there is something even worse than a breakup. Can you imagine? Some people turn to ghosting in order to get rid of their love interest.
What is ghosting and why do some people do it?
Do you know what it means to go ghost on a boyfriend? Well, if not, here’s the low down…and, by the way, it’s a really is a low down way to go. Ghosting means realizing that you’re not interested in the person your dating or in a relationship with, and instead of breaking up with them, you just disappear.
Going ghost on people means just leaving, not returning texts or calls, and avoiding any human contact at all. You give you reasons and it’s always a sudden decision. It’s as if you wake up one morning and decide you have to get away from the relationship.
If you’ve been ghosted before, you know the level of pain it causes, but if not, can you imagine how devastating it can be to be left in the dark? It can be extremely damaging. So why? Why must we leave people with no explanations about the breakup? Are we evil people? Let’s take a look.
Why are we ghosting people?
1. Avoiding confrontation
The number one reason why most people ghost others is that they are afraid of confrontation or they just hate it. Facing someone and telling them that you want to break up is never easy. Let’s face it, looking into their eyes has to be pretty hard. Then you have to think about all the questions they’ll have and the crying.
Many people want to avoid all this awkwardness and just disappear. While avoiding confrontation may be easier for the ghoster, it’s horrible for the one who has no idea what’s going on. Even though the break up would be hard, it would be easier than being left with nothing to go on. Healing would be much harder.
2. Attempting to save feelings
Some people think it hurts less to just go ghost. They feel that the break up hurts the other person’s confidence and self-esteem. While the self-esteem may take a temporarily hit, it can be healed with time. When you ghost someone, these people have nothing to go on, and they can try to figure it out for themselves, creating all sorts of much worse scenarios.
The truth is, maybe you just feel you’re not a good match, this is not as bad as leaving someone guessing at all the terrible things they must have done to warrant being ghosted. Do you see? Unfortunately, some people just have it all turned backward when it comes to ending relationships.
3. Negative past experiences
Some people feel that ghosting is the better route because they’ve had some really bad face to face or phone break-ups. Maybe they were insulted, begged or even attacked after telling their girlfriend the relationship was over. The truth is, you never really know what’s going to happen when you confront them. But, even if you’ve had bad past experiences, it’s still not the right thing to do.
Even though phone calls or texts are not as personal and respectful as face to face talks, if you’ve had a bad history of break-ups, at least don’t just disappear. It can leave scars that may not go away and follow them into their next relationship. Did you know that ghosting a person can even damage their trust for the next fellow? That’s not fair.
4. Severe narcissism
Here we are again, talking about the narcissist. Seems like they tend to do many heinous things when they are on the selfish side of the spectrum. If you’ve followed many of the articles here about narcissistic personality disorder or similar topics, you will remember that this type of narcissism includes the lack of empathy. Empathy is where you’re considerate of other people’s feelings.
Many people ghost the ones they’ve been dating because they simply don’t care and just want to get it over with. Sometimes, in their minds, it’s just like throwing away something that is no longer useful to them. But, of course, that’s just what narcissists of this nature do.
5. The fear of commitment
I’ve actually witnessed this before, and it’s really strange to me. This also primarily deals with couples who are entering a new level in their relationship. It also doesn’t have to do with just marriage. It can also be the fear of commitment to one person that causes the ghoster to run away.
Many times, people like this think they are incapable of loving one person, or fear they will fail at being a spouse. Also, if they’ve been married before or in a committed relationship which failed horribly, they are prone to ghost on you as well.
Although it’s wrong, this reason is more out of fear than not caring about the other person. Sometimes these people even come back. But after all that, would you really want to see them again?
6. No respect
Sometimes people enter into relationships and discover extremely negative qualities about each other. One partner may have such bad qualities that it’s almost impossible to endure. This usually means the relationship is not going to last. So, the proper thing to do would be to break up, right?
Well, in some cases, instead of breaking up with a person you’ve lost respect for, you may just ghost them. Even though ghosting people is bad, you may feel like the person is so horrible that it doesn’t matter. Unfortunately, losing all respect for your partner may have you wanting to just disappear.
Is it ever right to ghost people?
Honestly, it’s rarely ever a good thing to just disappear on someone you’ve dated. Only in severe circumstances where you fear for your life should you ever consider going ghost.
I urge you to be brave, and if your relationship is going under, go to your partner and discuss what should be done. If you have to break up with them, it’s better to have enough care to tell them to their face, or at least a phone call or text. Try to never leave someone hanging…yes just don’t go ghost.

“As many of you know, changes are on the horizon and we would be happy to have many people who would be able to pass on information of great importance to the people in those difficult times ahead.
“To become a receiver you must make that request because it is not done automatically or by chance. Be silent, quiet your mind and know God.
You are a beloved child of God, and in that you are no different from any other human being, past, present, or future.

The time for egoic power struggles is coming to an end.

Changes of great magnitude are occurring all across the world as the human collective moves at an ever accelerating pace towards awakening. There is hardly anyone on Earth at present who is unaware that something of enormous significance is happening. The mainstream media is reporting, as usual, on chaos, confusion, and catastrophe in various areas of the world, or more locally on dramatic neighborhood events that encourage fear, but these are not the changes to which I am referring. All over the world people are being nudged and prodded by their spiritual guides to remind them of the intentions they set before incarnating to take up human form in their present lifetimes. The state of spiritual amnesia that occurs when a soul chooses to take human form causes intense confusion because, while realizing that life as a human must have a purpose, for most people that sense of purpose appears to benon-existent, missing, or cannot be accessed because it is so deeply hidden within them.
Until very recently the majority of humans, mainly due to this state of amnesia, believed that their survival as humans and their ability to obtain pleasure through their human senses was the sole purpose of life. However, in the last few decades, more and more people have been seeking a deeper meaning to life, a loving and compassionate meaning, and there is abundant evidence for this change in attitudes all across the planet where groups have been forming to raise awareness about issues that concern them – for instance, ongoing industrial processes causing immense damage to the environment, health concerns, the poverty in which so many are forced to live, and the elimination of so many animal and insect species due to insensitive application of commercial fertilizers and pesticides. This is a very positive indication of the acceleration of humanity’s awakening process. Your awakening is happening right now!
Yes, there is chaos and confusion on an unprecedented scale, but this is because people are changing as they evolve spiritually; they are growing in their awareness that everyone without exception has an intrinsic right to the necessities of life, and all over the world they are demanding that these necessities be provided by the governments that are supposed to be representing them. The old ways of governing a subservient population are no longer acceptable and are being dismantled. The new ways that will replace them have not yet been fully developed, but much intelligent and wise discussion is producing some very effective ideas that will be most fruitful in resolving these basic social problems that have been ignored or dismissed by governments for a very long time.
As the saying goes: “Change is in the air!” And this is wonderful news. This is the news that so many have been waiting for, it is ongoing and unstoppable: humanity is awakening, NOW! Trust your intuition to guide you with integrity safely and honestly forward. You need to move forward, you want to move forward, and it is your human destiny to move forward. It is what you incarnated to do. The time for egoic power struggles is coming to an end, and even those with the most egotistical intentions are being nudged toward awakening, and are beginning to come to an awareness that the manner in which they have been living, while striving to control and manipulate others, is not only no longer acceptable, but that it is a way of life that they no longer wish to engage in. Many who have held political positions and ambitions for many years are stepping down, and this is being reported in the mainstream news media. Much more of an extremely uplifting nature is also occurring, as humanity’s spiritual evolutionary intent strengthens and intensifies.
Wherever you are living and whatever you are doing, you are on your spiritual path, everyhuman is on their spiritual path, even though it may seem to you that you yourself, or others, are just stumbling blindly along; this is not the case. It only seems like that because so much is arising for you that needs to be acknowledged and released, stuff that has lain dormant, buried, hidden, denied, or ignored for many lifetimes, and which, as it comes into your awareness, shocks and horrifies you. Thoughts are occurring to you that you imagined were only present in the minds of those who were utterly insane. How could they be arising in your minds when you believe that your purpose and intent is to be only loving, you ask yourselves in horror? Well, you are all part of the human collective, and so the thoughts that one encourages or engages with affects everyone else. That is why the awakening process is so necessary and so intense.
There is only One Consciousness, Awareness, Mother/Father/God, Source, and It is You, and within It all thoughts arise. Therefore all can and do access them, very frequently quite unintentionally, and the results in your individual thought patterns can be very shocking and alarming. Just let them go! Do not engage with them or try to correct them because there is no need to, they are unreal and will just dissolve or disintegrate when you release them by refusing to focus on them with intent to change or eradicate them.
Your task in the awakening process remains the same, namely, set and hold the intent to be only loving whatever arises. Do not engage in conflict because doing so only strengthens and intensifies it. If you do not engage with it, it remains contained within the originators, waiting for them, when they are ready, to release it. Conflict has never been used successfully to resolve conflict, it just replicates itself, leading to further conflict. Therefore be only peaceful and loving, and do not attempt to show others how right you are or how wrong they are. No-one is wholly right or wrong, ever. People are just misguided, and they can only move out from that condition when they themselves are ready, and when they are, you canlovingly and peacefully support them.
You incarnated to offer and provide that loving and peaceful support, and as you do so you are never alone, because you have us, a wonderful support team in the spiritual realms, that is constantly available and on call to assist you in every moment. When you feel overloaded, overwhelmed, fearful, anxious, or doubt-filled, call on us and we will respond instantly because that is our task in the awakening process. We want to help you, we love to help you, and you can help us to help you by allowing yourselves to listen to us, your intuitive inner guidance, your higher Self, instead of listening to and acting on the fearful panic responses of your egos.
Going daily within, to your holy inner sanctuaries, is essential for your well-being so that you have the strength and motivation to live as you planned before incarnating, by being loving, accepting, and peaceful in every situation. You do that by being true to your true and divine nature.
You, every sentient being without any exception, are beings of pure Love, but, as humans, your access to that state absolutely requires that you take time out daily to be alone and at One with your divinity, strengthening and intensifying the flow of Love into your human hearts by opening to It and inviting It in. Unless you invite It in It cannot enter because you are sovereign beings, and Love always honors your individual sovereignty, It will neverimpose Itself upon you. When you set the daily intent to allow It entrance to your hearts you will feel Its Presence, and this will give you the strength and motivation to do what you incarnated to do: Support the awakening process by Demonstrating Love In Action.

Thinking that you are powerless when you are not is often the hurdle that stands in the way of you seeing the results you desire.
Take a deep breath and take charge, make the call, send that letter, and trust that positive changes are on the way.
It might also be a good time to travel or relocate if nothing around you seems to be working out as planned for it well could be you have looking for what you need in all the wrong places for you, so think outside the box as you make those plans.
Thought for today:
You have what it takes, so believe in yourself and your goals. Positive changes are on the way so start thinking outside the box and be open to the possibilities it brings.

6 Types of Abuse in Relationships and How to Recognize Them
As you know, abuse comes in many forms. In a relationship, there are several types of abuse.
Everyone wishes for a loving and healthy relationship, whether it’s a platonic or intimaterelationship. Healthy relationships involve respect, kindness, selflessness, and many other beneficial qualities. While unhealthy relationships continue to grow worse ignoring most of the good qualities of good unions.
Different types of abuse are sometimes hard to recognize
Recognizing abuse and the different types requires being educated on each one. Many times a husband or wife can go through years of abuse without even knowing the truth.
In many of these situations, one partner is convinced that they are the entire problem, while the fault lies mostly with the other. This is an insidious way of the abuser being able to continue what they’re doing.
What are the different types of abuse?
1. Physical abuse
When you hear the word abuse, what’s the first thing you think of? For most people, that would be physical abuse, but not for everyone.
Physical abuse can be punching, kicking, slapping, strangling, shoving or any similar forms of forced physical contact. Believe it or not, physical abuse can also be neglect or abandonment because it deals with physical aspects.
Physical abuse can also include being restrained against your will or the invasion of your own personal space. The violence of this nature can often lead to severe injuries, hospitalization, or at worst, even death. This is the most common form of domestic violence.
2. Verbal abuse
This form of abuse can be loud or it can be subtle. Verbal attacks include shouting, insults or outward lies. Yes, lies are verbal abuse because they are usually pathological and designed to break down your reserves. Verbal abuse is used to make you think you’re crazy.
This can also be called gaslighting. If you know something to be true and it includes negative aspects about the liar, they will do whatever it takes to make you feel as though you imagined the whole thing. This often overlaps with mental abuse.
3. Mental abuse
Abuse of this caliber can isolate the victim so bad that there will be few people who believe what they’re going through.
Mental/ psychological abuse can also come in the form of gaslighting (making you think you’re crazy), but it can also do so much more damage than taint your reputation. Mental abuse includes lies when the truth is right in front of your face, and these can wear down your mental capacity.
Those who already battle mental illness can become progressively worse when dealing with mental abuse in a relationship. It is true, that someone can tell you lies for so long that even you believe them yourself.
That’s why this sort of abuse is so damaging. It turns you against your own logic, which can be devastating. It can even turn others against you and make them see your abuser as the “good guy”.
4. Sexual abuse
Did you know that sexual abuse can happen in a relationship? Yes, most definitely. Rape can occur as well. If either partner doesn’t want to engage in intimate relations, but it otherwise forced to do so, this is considered rape, or abuse.
While sexual abuse can be a physical act, it can also overlap emotional and mental abuse. Using sex as a way to get what you want, to assign value to your partner, or to insult them is also considered sexual abuse.
Intimacy was designed to do many positive things, but unfortunately, it can be twisted into a heinous form of abuse, whether married or unmarried, even in other related forms.
5. Emotional abuse
Although similar to mental abuse, with some overlapping, emotional abuse has more to do with the feelings than thinking. With this type of abuse, the victim’s feelings are often ignored when they don’t align with what the partner feels.
Control is a huge part of emotional abuse, where one partner tries to have reign over every aspect of their partner’s life. Control in emotional abuse can include financial control, where the partner isn’t allowed to work or have a bank account.
Sometimes this control develops due to past circumstances or jealousy, but it’s still emotional abuse. Other forms of emotional abuse involve making your partner feel worthless with insults and neglect. This includes racism, sexism, and making jokes about someone’s native language.
Most of the time, people outside of the relationship will have no idea any of this is going on until it becomes severe.
6. The abuse of addiction
The reason this type of abuse is mentioned here is that it can affect more than the person who is caught in its grips. Alcoholism or drug abuse damages the user, the user’s family, and many others who may be around the user.
In your relationship, if your partner is addicted to alcohol or drugs, or even other things, it’s best to seek professional help. Addiction tends to be an extremely difficult type of abuse to conquer.
Recognizing the abuse in relationships
It’s fairly easy to recognize types of abusive behavior when reading the categories above. If you’re experiencing physical discomfort, it could be physical or sexual abuse. If you’re starting to think you’re worthless or contemplating suicide, you could be experiencing a number of these types.
You see, all types of abuse overlap somewhere, so there could be symptoms of more than one type going on in your life.
One way to discover whether or not you’re being abused is if you’ve been labeled as “crazy” by your loved one. This label often masks all the other symptoms of abuse and it’s hard to get to the truth when gaslighted. If you’ve been told you’re crazy, this is a red flag. Seek help immediately to discover the truth of your relationship.

We will not cover the obvious circumstance of harm done to another in the case of real self preservation. We here consider the ending of another’s life in the case where one sets out to do so.

In the years since World War Two, millions upon millions have been murdered in deceitful attacks for imagined reasons, exaggerated rationale, and newly invented pre-emptive pretexts, yes, all these without validity whatever. On the other side are those whom you may conveniently describe as militants, yet they may be doing no more than defending their patch, their town, their country. The untimeliness of their death is the point we make, for physical death is a mortal’s given ending.
“One needs to consider that a shortened mortal life equates with a reduced experiential input – the very reason why their space-time existence was of the utmost importance – irreplaceable, really. In the case of an infant, early death now has as its result an inability to ascend to Paradise. By it missing life’s experiences, the child’s potential has likely been reduced. For the perpetrator of the crime it means bad karma, perhaps failure in his or her own Paradise journey, and wars of aggression are not exempted from all-round karma here.
“For those who have fallen, life experiences may well be inadequate. For those who killed on orders, there is near endless reconciliation to bring about on Mansonia One and beyond. Among those who gave the evil orders, many become discouraged by the enormity of what they now owe, and they decline to persist, for next to God’s Law, their human decrees never had any grounds. None, none at all, for thou simply shall not kill. See it so clearly now that those who can kill their kin have little at all left to offer their Father Creator.

In what looks like another clown show replay of the staged Kavanaugh hearings, Adam Schiff (Loonbag-CA) and the desperate Dems are now rolling out a full theatrical production of their non-impeachment impeachment, consisting of non-whistleblower whistleblowers who cite anonymous sources who have fourth-hand knowledge of other anonymous sources who claim President Trump pressured the worker at the 31 Flavors to give him free samples of ice cream.
Or something like that.
It’s all a clown show that reeks of the kind of putrid cocktail of desperation, tyranny and lies that only Democrats can stir up like a left-leaning witches’ brew.

Why is this “impeachment” circus a clown show?
First, there’s the absurd idea that it’s somehow wrong for Trump to demand Ukraine investigate its own role in the 2016 deep state coup attempt against the Trump campaign. It turns out the United States of America has a law enforcement treaty with Ukraine that actually demands bilaterial cooperation on such criminal investigations.
Secondly, there’s the even more absurd idea that Obama and the Dems somehow never pressure anyone to do anything in exchange for foreign aid. As “Quid pro Joe” has openly admitted, it was routine for Obama officials to not just demand payoffs and bribes from nations like Ukraine, but to even publicly brag about it on national television. We now have the records of the actual financial transactions where Burisma Holdings of Ukraine issued 38 payments to Hunter Biden, totally more than $3.1 million. Former Vice President Joe Biden publicly bragged about pressuring Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who was investigating the corruption and fraud involving the Bidens, and Joe Biden proclaimed he would withhold a billion dollars in foreign aid funding unless that prosecutor was fired!

Does that mean Adam Schiff is holding a public trial over Joe Biden’s admitted corruption and extortion? Of course not. The Democrats pretend that never happened. Instead, they are fabricating the hoax that claims Trump did what Joe Biden actually did.
Like always, the Democrats are projecting their own criminal fraud, extortion, blackmail and other crimes onto Trump. Everything the Democrats claim Trump did was actually carried out by the Democrats themselves.

Adam Schiff is now pretending he has no idea who the “whistleblower” really is
Like every theatrical production you’ve ever attended, it’s all scripted for effect. No one is allowed to deviate from the script, and the Dems exert total control over which witnesses are allowed to speak and what they’re allowed to say.
In fact, one of the most hilarious requirements of this Schiff show is that no one name the so-called “whistleblower” who is, of course, nothing more than a deep state spy who initiated this entire Schiff show by claiming he overheard a Trump call with Ukraine during which terrible things were supposedly said. This “whistleblower” is now widely reported to be Eric Ciaramella, who even Sen. Rand Paul has publicly named. But Ciaramella is a Schiff / Brennan operative who works for the deep state, and he’s part of the very same cabal of deep state traitors who have been trying to carry out an illegal political coup against our president for the last three years.
Congenital liar Adam Schiff now claims he has no idea who the whistleblower is. Seriously.
Understand that Ciaramella was coached by Adam Schiff during the theatrical planning phase of this entire Shiff-show fiasco. Now Adam Schiff claims he doesn’t know the identity of the whistleblower? What a fraud:

As The Gateway Pundit reported, “Trump War Room co-host Raheem Kassam noted problems with Schiff’s denial, ‘Schiff says he doesn’t know the identity of the whistleblower, despite his staff being in contact with the whistleblower. Ok, but if he doesn’t know the identity, how can he as the Intel Chairman stop the whistleblower being named? And how is the name being redacted in docs?'”
In other words, we’re now supposed to believe Adam Schiff doesn’t know the name of the very person whose name he has redacted from all the interview transcripts.
That’s the level of insanity and stupidity now being run with a straight face by the Democrats, who are, without exception, devious liars and political con artists.
An intelligent person might ask how Schiff would know if anyone named the whistleblower if, as Schiff claims, he doesn’t know who the whistleblower is. Then again, you’re not allowed to ask intelligent questions, and you’re not allowed to know the names of the “anonymous” accusers who, almost without exception, are citing other anonymous sources who claim to have third- or fourth-hand knowledge of something that wasn’t even illegal in the first place.
It’s all a Shiff Show.
And it’s all being run like the circus theater it has become… scripted for the TV cameras and carried out with a level of arrogance that insults the intelligence of every thinking American.
This circus is actually TREASON
In reality, what the Democrats are doing here is called treason, and if real justice were to be served in this country, every last one of them would hang for their treasonous crimes against our nation, after being convicted in a court of real law.
Perhaps some of them eventually will. According to news rumors, the DOJ is on the cusp of releasing reports that will expose the criminality of the deep state operators who masterminded this coup in the first place (Brennan, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, etc.). That’s why Schiff is rushing the impeachment theater, by the way, in the hopes of removing Trump from office before the DOJ investigations can be completed and released.
So it’s a race against the clock, with the Dems fully realizing that if they don’t remove Trump from office, many of them will be indicted by the DOJ.
Haven’t the American people had enough of the lawless, corrupt, dishonest Dems staging coup attempt after coup attempt to try to overrule the American voters?
It’s time to clean up Washington D.C. and sweep the demonrats down the sewers once and for all. Arrest them all for treason and end the hoaxes, fabrications and deep state conspiracies that have long sought to overrule the will of the people and run America as a criminal cartel that only benefits the special elite.
Soon, it will become obvious that the only way America can be saved is for the people to rise up and assist Trump in carrying out mass arrests of the treasonous criminalswho are behind all this… which includes hundreds of fake news media hacks, too. Perhaps that day is coming soon. 4 Systematic Desensitization Techniques to Use to Fight Your Anxiety and Fears
.How would you like to learn a few ways to battle your anxiety and fears? Well, systematic desensitization may be the answer.
During my lifetime, and that’s been 4 decades, I’ve tried everything I could think of to eliminate or even alleviate my anxiety. Some things helped pretty well, while other things just seemed like a waste of time. My fears and anxieties just continued to follow me wherever I went.
So, I saw the words, “systematic desensitization”, and I wondered if these were techniques that might work for me. It seemed like learning to face my fears through the help of a relaxing environment would much better than analyzing and deconstructing everything that happened to me. So, let’s examine this systematic desensitization approach.
What is systematic desensitization?
The systematic desensitization combines techniques of relaxation and gradual exposure to whatever is troubling you. If it’s a phobia, these techniques keep you calm, but they also coax you to face your fears, you see.
Of course, as you face these fears and anxieties, you start slow as not to cause an overwhelming sensation or possibly a panic attack.
The systematic desensitization techniques come in 4 steps:
1. Relaxation
Before you can even start approaching the subject of your fears and anxieties, you will need to learn how to relax. I don’t mean just sitting or lying down. I mean genuinely relaxing your entire being. Here are a few ways to properly relax:
Breathe slowly, inhaling through your nose. This is called diaphragmatic breathing. As you inhale, hold your breath for 2 seconds, then release your breath through your mouth. This type of breathing helps you relax pretty fast and helps you focus as well.
Now, close your eyes and imagine a scene. See the colors, hear the sounds, and even imagine you can smell the scents of this imaginary place. You can also let someone describe an image to you, and then see what they are describing utilizing your own mind.
Tense your muscles, then release them. Do this several times. This helps you understand what happens when you are afraid. You might not notice, but your muscles tense up all over your body during anxiety.
Take the time to learn more about meditation and mindfulness. These techniques help you accomplish all of the above and more. You can ground yourself in the presentinstead of saturating your mind tomorrow or the next day.
2. Making lists
After indulging in relaxation techniques, it’s time to make a list of what makes you anxious. You can include your phobias, or write them on a separate sheet of paper.
Either way, it’s important to try and list every single thing that triggers anxiety or fear. Knowing what makes you afraid is the key to facing the things that make you afraid.
You may be surprised by the things that come to mind. After all, you should list even the smallest things that make you afraid. This is especially helpful for those who start worrying as soon as they wake up.
I do this. I wake and wonder what negative things will happen during the day. It’s virtually taken over a corner of my life. So, I guess you would say, my list is long. But it doesn’t matter as long as you write it down and come to terms with it.
3. Rating your fears
After listing your fears, rate them at the worst and least fearful with everything else in-between. As you work through these things, other fears may surface, but you can’t let this distract you. Think about fears in different ways as well.
For instance, you may be terrified of spiders, which fall at level 10, but a picture of a spider may only rate on a level 7. Talking about them could be a level 5. Rating your fears helps you get ready for the last technique…coming to terms with your fears.
4. Facing fears
The first thing to do when facing your fears is to make sure you are totally relaxed. If you’re already going through something, it’s not quite the time to face fears and anxieties.
A good time would be in a quiet atmosphere, and it’s best to start with a therapist who can support and help you stay in control during the transition.
As you face your fears, you will imagine the fear first, then talk about what makes you anxious. As you talk through your anxieties, think about why you’re scared in the first place.
Where did the fear start, and how long has the fear been present? These are questions that will help you see the fear as something smaller than it really is. Therapy like this will slowly help you see your anxiety as something that cannot control you.
Final thoughts
It will take several sessions using the systematic desensitization techniques before you will notice a difference.
Over time, you may even be able to endure more than one fear at a time or face a fear during a stressful event. Until then, give yourself credit for every milestone you achieve toward your goal of being free of your fears.
