A Vision for the Education and Advertising of Substances
The Vision Alignment Project
Today's Vision comes to us from Gerald Freedman. We thank you, Gerald, for your insight into this sensitive subject.
We envision a world where there is no advertising of products and get rich schemes which do not support the highest good, such as the advertising and promoting of alcohol which has caused much suffering to millions of people all over the world. We see advertising used only for products that are beneficial for our well being.
We see the education system at schools teaching our young about the effects of all drugs on mind and body, so that when and if they choose to experience a certain drug, they have a prior knowledge of what can be expected to happen to them. They will have a knowledge of the addictive strengths of each different form of drug, and to a certain extent the chemistry, properties and characteristics of all the different forms of these mind altering substances.
Through this knowledge, we see that the so called war against drugs has come to an end, and there is no need to police this phenomen as people have the right to experience whatsoever they choose to do to themselves, having an understanding of the consequences.

A Vision for Humor
The Vision Alignment Project
We see a world filled with laughter; with people so happy that they infect everyone around them with their lightheartedness.
And we see a world where our seriousness has disappeared entirely; where our dramas are gone; our traumas are healed; and our whole outlook on life is now seen through the eyes of our own good humor.
Do you remember the last really good laugh you had, and how good you felt afterward?
Clearly, the antidote for our chilly, serious attitudes is to warm up a bit by laughing at life and laughing with life.
When we laugh our hardness is softened, our brittleness strengthened, and our bitterness sweetened.
Now it is so much easier for us to see the happy side of life, the joyous side of life because we have found our funny bones and realized that laughing is one of the great healers for whatever is ailing us.

A Vision for Putting Ourself in the Other Person's Shoes
The Vision Alignment Project
We see a world where we have all learned to pause for a moment and take a breath or two before levying a judgment upon those around us; where we take the time to put ourselves in the other person's shoes long enough to see life from their perspective, and then to put our attention on the other person the way they would want that attention put on them.
Likewise, we see a world where we are all taught, from the time we are young children, to put ourselves in the shoes of the other person and to withhold our judgments and opinions of them. We do this because we have learned that as we do unto others we are also doing unto ourselves - and consequently, we treat our fellow travelers with a greater respect, the kind of respect we would want for ourself should we be in the same situation.
Now we have evolved to a place where none are judged and all - whether they are king or begger, tailored or tattered, fat or slim, rich or poor, white, black, red or yellow - are looked upon as if from the eyes, the heart and the soul of the other. For it is from this unique point of view that we meet another part of ourself. It is from this point of view that we truly learn to love.

A Vision for Responsible Government
The Vision Alignment Project
Our Vision for today comes to you from our new friend, Baku. We truly appreciate it and intend that you do too. Thanks so much, Baku!
I see a world where our politicians are, each one, striving to tell the truth and will not participate in slander, mudslinging, or anything that would or could cause harm or hurt to another person, even if it would be true......... either to those involved politically or not involved in politics.
I see a government where old fashioned values and trust have been restored....where all the parties work together for the good "of the people" regardless of party affiliation, structure or dynamics. I envision a government where each individual fulfills his or her office without thought of greed, aggrandizement, self-absorbancy, filling their pockets with others' money and instead are keeping faithful watch over the duties of their office and their promises and pledges to their fellow citizens of this planet..............instead of watching the Perks file and seeing what they can get for themselves.
I see a government that respects the "workers" and all those who struggle to pay the taxes, fees, fines, penalties etc that have become such a burden to free people.............While some of these monies are necessary....I see a time when unfair or dubious monies collected are returned to the people....and any monies collected are only under a democratic vote and a majority rules guideline.
I see a time when faith and trust in our government is restored to the extent that our young people are given qualified heros and people of honor to look up too..............and they, our children, and grandchildren, themselves would choose to follow on a path where they can truly be a blessing and fulfill their duties toward democracy and their constituency, when they enter the arena of politics. And I see a day when we can stand tall and proud when we tell someone that our child, grandchild....niece, nephew etc. has decided to enter into politics to make this a better world to live in. I see a time when this is not a dream.....but a reality....where all people and all races are living together in Peace and Harmony....

I see a world where the old habits of worry, doubt and fear are things of the past. A new age of enlightenment has filled the consciousness of every being on the planet, and we are now asking positive questions that focus and strengthen our intentions.
On a personal level, we may be asking: How did my life get to be so filled with Love? Why is each new day so full of Joy? Why is everyone responding so positively to me? Why is everything I do so easy and such a great success? Why does money continuously flow to me in increasing amounts? Why does every experience delight and excite me? How may I be of service and make a difference in the world today?
On a global level, we may be asking: Why is everyone on the planet so quickly and easily living a life filled with peace, harmony, compassion, love and prosperity? How did we rise so quickly into a time where everyone's needs are met - where everyone everywhere enjoys the reality of plenty?
As we ask these positive questions, the Universe joyfully responds and our new world is brought into physical form and experience filled with love, abundance, ease and resplendent celebrations.

A Vision for the Elimination of Blockages

As we walk the distinctly unique path of human evolution, we reach a place where we cannot go any further unless we open our heart. Such is the crossroad that faces mankind and womankind today, and thus it is appropriate that we set the template for our next step by offering this Vision for Open Hearts Everywhere.
We picture ourselves living in a world where every man, woman and child on Earth have opened their heart; where we each feel the sacred feeling that only an open heart can bring; and that this feeling surrounds us in everything we do, in everywhere we go, and in everyone we meet. All ego, all deception, all untruth, all hatred and aggression dissolve into nothingness as we now know - fully and forevermore - that having an open heart is the best experience life has to offer. Now, our decisions are wiser, our actions more caring, our relationships more loving - because we all live from our open hearts.
Imagine this world for a moment, if you will. Humanity, en masse, has risen up and out of its old violent ways, never to look back upon them again. With hearts open we gaze out across the horizon of a new world where Love - True Love for everything that exists - is the standard by which we live. A feeling so sacred, so sublime, originating from the center of our hearts and permeating throughout every cell in our bodies, has spread outward from there, like a wave of joy, across our entire planet. None are untouched by it. All are renewed in it. Life is, once again, a blessed experience, a gift that is treasured like no other.

A Vision for Recharging
The Vision Alignment Project
We see a world where the Law of Diminishing Returns is taught to us when we are youngsters so we are all easily able to tell before things go stale from too much repetitiveness, routine, or immoderation in our lives. The Law of Diminishing Returns works like this: You can eat one ice cream cone and it's good. And you can eat two cones and they are still good. But after seven or eight ice cream cones, you have to get away from them for awhile so that you can come back later and eat ice cream cones again . . .
With this in mind, we see a world where we fully realize that all things, whether they are our jobs, our hobbies, our habits, our relationships, our possessions, even our diets - indeed, everything in our lives - need to be renewed every so often by getting away from them for awhile so we can come back to them refreshed and ready to begin anew again.
In this way, we see a world where we are making the most of our vacation time by traveling to special places on the Earth, where the custom of making pilgrimages has returned; and where we see the wisdom in visiting sacred spots for the purpose of recharging and renewing our bodies and our souls when the Law of Diminishing Returns has begun to affect us.
Now, people everywhere are happier and our relationships are working much better because we are more conscious about when to get away for awhile. And, at the same time, our Spirits have been fed because, in the getting away, we went somewhere that really charged us up, inspired us, and sent us home renewed, feeling ready to do our very best again.

The Vision Alignment Project
We see a world where the face of marketing has undergone a huge makeover, such that now, the person who offers a service or a product to someone else has no stake whatsoever as to whether the other person buys it or not. We see a world where advertising, sales aids, and billboards are things of the past and where the profit motives of the middlemen (and middle women) have been replaced by a genuine desire on the part of those who offer us our goods to help us find the perfect product that will fit our needs, without any thought or motivation for personal gain of their own. Thus, coercion in all its varied forms, is gone forever.
In this world, where we are truly helping one another, we no longer look upon those who walk into our stores and offices as potential "sales", but we now see them as friends who we can serve to the best of our abilities. Accordingly, now, we all breathe a deep sigh of relief as the pressure on the part of our sales people has disappeared entirely, the competition to be "the best in the office", as measured by the quantity of monthly sales has disappeared as well, and the personal stresses brought on from making a living by having to persuade others to do something that they may not, perhaps, be inclined or best served to do, has vanished completely.
Now, a peace of mind and a quietude of heart has settled within the beings of those who offer us our goods and services because they are unattached to the outcomes of their transactions. Indeed, how can there be any stress or pressure in our lives when our only desire is to be of service to our fellow men and women?

I see this vision as a bright reflection of my constant prayer:
That harmony, healing, peace and love are the foremost beliefs, thoughts and feelings of all sentient beings.
That all consciousness desires equilibrium, the best of health for the highest good of all.
That man, the highest state of earth bound consciousness sees beyond the solid state, and is understanding the true nature of life and leading the way for all other beings on earth.
That we are relating to the many other states and energies that exist in our cosmos and acting as the conduit of cosmic cooperation for all levels of consciousness from source to silica to self.
And that the golden light of the central sun shines with ever increasing intensity in the pure hearts and minds of all conscious beings leaving trails of glory wherever we go.

We see a world where gentleness has surfaced in every nation, in every family, in every business, in every home, in every heart; where our inclinations to act out in anger have entirely disappeared and have been replaced by a sweetness, a softness that tells all others that we mean no harm, that we only seek to help in whatever way we can.

"The Resurrection is the denial of death, being the assertion of life. This is all thinking of the world reversed entirely. The Vision Alignment Project
This Vision is from our good friend in New Mexico, Marie Beemer, and we are sure that it speaks for many, many people out there. Thank you very much, Marie!
I envision a world where computer and internet technology is free and available to everyone everywhere and is used by individuals and communities for the greatest good of all creatures. I envision information portals around the world where anyone can go and get whatever information they need to better their lives and their communities; a world where education and information is accessible to everyone always and people are encouraged towards self actualization through this new availability of knowledge.
I envision all the greatest libraries in the world are online and free; where sacred and ancient texts and other historical documents are easily accessible with the click of a button; where our leaders freely share scientific and social advances on new planet-friendly innovations; where technology offers creative freedom and global sharing of ideas; and where the sharing of this information allows individuals and communities to improve the quality of living for all.
I see a world where technology takes art to its highest forms, expanding our imaginations into fantastic experiences; where classic art is brought to higher levels with new materials and techniques; where art and function merge to create beauty at every turn; and where all art media is used to the spiritual advancement of all, from healing music to visual journeys to transforming dance.
I dream of a world where technology allows us to anticipate the needs of the human race in all ways allowing us to prepare and produce exactly what is needed, no more, no less; where technology allows us to deliver these goods around the world with the least of environmental impact possible; and facilitates the sharing of food, medicine, necessities and indulgences.
As a result of this sharing, we unite as a global community with a shared vision and each individual mind is expanded into the infinite awareness of all that is possible as we keep our intentions on the highest good.
So be it. So it is.

The Vision for today comes to us from Curtis Murphy, and like several other Visions our readers have sent in recently, this one speaks so beautifully for so many . . . Thank You, Curtis! He says,
"Hello!
Thank you for your inspiring work; I've been receiving the visions for several weeks now and it's wonderful. I've seen that a few times you have sent out visions inspired by some of your readers, so I thought I'd share one of my own with you, with the hope that you would want to develop it and/or send it out. I call it "A Vision for the Healing of Addiction," and it goes something like this:"
We see a world where our society responds to those suffering from addiction with compassion rather than condemnation. We envision that all our efforts in addressing addiction aim to heal rather than to punish. We no longer persecute others for their dependence on substances or behaviours, rather we look inward at ourselves, responding with love to what we find, and reflecting this love outward upon those who suffer.
We see addictions of all kinds disappearing in the light of acceptance, wisdom and love. Furthermore, we envision a world where no addiction needs to take root in the first place. All people receive the attention, nurturing and nourishment they need, and there is no emptiness to be filled with unhealthy substitutes. We see all people healthy and happy from the moment of birth until the moment of death, living together in harmony and blessed wholeness.

A Vision for the End of Suffering.
The Vision Alignment Project
We see a world where our judges care more for the people than they do for the powers who placed them on the bench; where those who sit in judgment of others are our elders who have been chosen because of their wisdom and compassion, not because they have sold out to a vengeful system for their own personal gain.
We see fairness having returned to our judicial systems whereby any punishments meted out fit the crime. Indeed, we see a world where we have evolved to the point where the game of guessing someone's guilt or innocence has gone by the wayside because our perceptions have become enhanced so that we can tell, intuitively and accurately, whether a person is innocent or guilty, and, consequently, not one person is punished or imprisoned who is innocent.
And, ultimately, we see a world where courts, judges, jails and prisons are no longer needed because we are all loving one another. In a world such as this, crime cannot and does not exist.
We see fairness having returned to our judicial systems whereby any punishments meted out fit the crime. We picture a world where we have completely revamped the entire structure of our culture so that competition (except in sporting events) is a thing of the past; where no man, woman, or child is pitted against another in order to gather unto themselves the basic needs of life; and where - since there is such abundance and such an equitable system of distribution for our goods and services - all people everywhere are simply being given everything they need to survive, sustain and enjoy their lives to the fullest.
It is in this environment of non-competition and non-capitalism that we have learned to cooperate with one another, to help one another, and to support one another in fulfilling the dreams and desires each of us carried with us when we came to this beautiful, abundant Earth.
