The prayers you offer for others are a ticket to Higher Consciousness, because the gifts and blessings sent out in Light and Love have a tenfold return.
Sometimes it is difficult to know what to do when faced with situations that seem beyond our comprehension, but that is a time when we can fall back to the power of prayer. Offering a prayer is a proactive way to give something positive to any difficult situation.
There have been many studies on the efficacy of prayer. All of them have found that healing follows the energy in our prayers. We may never see the results of the blessings we are offering to others, but we can trust that it had a beneficial effect, because that is the promise from science as well as from a spiritual viewpoint.
When we pray for others, it settles our minds and hearts in a way that nothing else can. There is an All-knowing Intelligence within the Light of the Divine working in the field of energy that we create with our prayers. This energy fills and surrounds us with a healing Love that will never abandon us and can be sent where it needs to go for the Highest Good of all concerned. We are always connected with this Divine Presence, through our focus, our thoughts, and most especially through our prayers.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for helping me to remember that God exists within all. May I always remember this truth as I ask that Divine Light totally fill and surround each person involved so that this situation may be lifted up into the power of Divine Love for healing.
With every breath I take, I AM receiving precious Love into my being so I can radiate more Love into the world. May all beings receive Divine Love into their hearts and be blessed. May I remember that there is a benevolent outcome in every situation when Divine Love is present.
I gratefully receive my tenfold return from all the prayers that I offer to the world. It is in Divine Order for us to receive what we give. Thank you for helping me to be a clear channel for God's loving energy and the blessings flowing through me to the Earth and all humanity.

The prayers you offer for others are a ticket to Higher Consciousness, because the gifts and blessings sent out in Light and Love have a tenfold return.
Dear One,
Sometimes it feels as though prayer is the only thing you can do for another person, even though you wish you could do more. Prayer is, however, the greatest gift you can give.
When you pray for another, you are sending a blessing of Divine Love and increased light-filled energy. This can bring them an expanded perspective on their life, an awareness of a Greater Power working within them as Love. They may not know why they feel better, they just know they do. God's love is the power that can heal all things. All you have to do in prayer is ask that another be filled with Divine Love and a perfect outflow of energy from a Higher Source will occur.
Prayer is often the last thing one thinks about when situations become disturbing. In truth, prayer is most helpful as the first and not the last resort. You may not know what is best for another, but their Higher Power does. Each person has a guardian Angel ready to respond to the prayers offered for another. It is very simple just to pray that the Angels bless someone and lead them to their highest good. Praying for such divine outworking has tremendous potential and power. It opens the door to the place where miracles occur.
When you pray for a miracle in any situation, you are letting the Universe know that you are willing to receive it. A conscious opening occurs. Ways are revealed which have not been previously thought of. It is the natural order to have miraculous occurrences in life. Your awareness of this truth increases your faith and belief in Divine Solutions. This belief is what opens the door. Your faith is the healing elixir in all situations and prayer sets it all in motion.
All that is released to Divine Spirit, with the intention of perfect outworking for the highest good of all concerned, is blessed. This blessing increases the return of energy to the person offering the prayer. There is no real way to measure the energy of God's return blessings, but ten times seems to be something the mind can accept. However, prayers offered only with the thought of tenfold return do not carry the powerful intention of a miraculous outworking. A pure surrender to the Divine Will is necessary, with the intent to allow a greater power to work through each person and each situation. This is the way to create miracles.
Prayer is a simple thought, a blessing given freely. It needs no special place, time or words. Your heart carries this spiritual energy, and has the intention for good. This is all you need to bring blessings to the life of another and into your world. As a bonus you are blessed also. This is a universal gift to you for desiring good in your world and in the lives of others. It is the Grace of God. Receive it freely, with gratitude.

.During this time of reevaluation and release it can be very helpful to examine what beliefs you have about yourself that are simply not aligned with the truth of who you are today.
Are you incredibly hard on yourself? Do you see yourself as worthy? Are you holding onto old stories that no longer apply? How are you in resistance to yourself or denying your own beauty in your beingness? Acceptance is an essential element to the creation of all you wish to be, experience, and contribute to the whole.
There is a pervasive belief that if you accept yourself as you are, you will somehow stunt your growth. This is simply not true. Just as you can love a child exactly as they are and continue to support their growth and expansion, your love and acceptance will create the perfect conditions for you to become your fullest expression of self.
Dear Ones, you simply cannot kick yourself up the stairway to enlightenment. Being hard on yourself only perpetuates separation and the pain of abandonment and rejection. Isn’t it time you release those old, ineffective habits and start to show up for yourselves with love, care, and consistently safe and gentle guidance?
Safe attachment within yourself will transform all of your relationships and shift you into receiving all that you know deep in your heart that you deserve but haven’t been able to find. As with all other things, it all begins within and creates ripples out from there.

The Inner Spirit working outward in your life is the only place to find stability in these changing times.
It is a time of growth and renewal, a time for breakthroughs into new levels of being for each of us individually. We are in the process of creating the world that responds to the prayers of millions of heart-centered people. It is a time that has never been experienced on Earth and is jam-packed with awesome potential.
In past centuries, only a few people would have the consciousness to experience their divinity within the human form. Now, all of humanity has that potential. We are moving and creating our lives within the power of Divine Light. This allows us each to access pure alignment to the Source of All That Is.
For me, the answer to almost all of my biggest questions has become Alignment with the Divine Spirit working within me. In fact, the exercise to bring Heaven to Earth through my body was the first process Archangel Gabriel gave me when we began our interaction in 1990. (See practice and YouTube video here.)
Creating Alignment within my body with my most Divine Essence is my main focus not only in my life, but in all that I share in my classes. The Alignment exercise is based on teachings from India that have been working for thousands of years to purify our hearts and transform our lives. When I was given this alignment from Archangel Gabriel, it felt like it fit. When we feel that our personal life is not working as we would like, we can use these deceptively simple techniques to make a vast difference in our happiness and well-being. This is what I teach in all my classes and private sessions.
We are on the Earth during this massive process of change because we chose to be here now to fulfill the prompting of our Soul, and to join with millions of others in bringing greater Harmony into all life on the planet. This was a courageous and precious choice. No matter what it may look like, the Heavens are rejoicing in the progress that we have already made. We truly are the ones we have been waiting for.
Divine Presence,
Thank you for the promptings of my heart that have brought me to this time. Please help me to listen more deeply to your guidance and inspiration. May I allow your divine energy to work in and through all my actions, words and thoughts to bring more Love into my life, and into the lives of all humanity.
I ask to be a Beacon of Pure Light in the world, a Harbinger of Peace, and a Vessel of Pure Harmony. With every breath I take, may I and each person in the world have a deeper experience of Alignment with the Source of all Light. May there be Compassion within me and within all hearts, now and always. And so it is.

The Inner Spirit working outward in your life is the only place to find stability in these changing times.
Dear One,
You have found that your world is speeding up. You may even have a sense of frantic activity without a sense of accomplishment. You have found yourself searching for meaning in all that you are doing when it does not feel like enough.
The truth is that there is an increase in the frequencies of the Earth. Because of this, people are experiencing a shift in consciousness that encourages their search for meaning in all that they do. And Universal Consciousness is now more easily available to all who seek than ever before. This increase in energy is also creating great and rapid change in the world around you. Information is more available, tremendous earth changes, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, fires and hurricanes, seem to be occurring with more frequency, and the very fabric of social, political and family life seems to have shifted into unknown areas.
All these occurrences are in the world of appearance, the world outside yourself. They point out the fact that you can no longer look to your outside world to bring you a sense of stability. You must come back to yourself and find that still point of peace, harmony and wisdom within. This is the only place of stability in these changing times.
Within you there is a place of such Peace that you can totally relax there and allow it to permeate your being. Within you is found the Truth and Joy and meaning which you have sought in vain from the world outside yourself. Come now and allow yourself to experience this place within, where you can be free just to be. It is as close as your breath. And it is with your breath, and the power of your thoughts and imagination, that you can begin to experience your Higher Self and your connection to the Divine.
Practice:
Take a few deep and centering breaths. Bring your attention to the place just below your navel, and imagine that you have found yourself in a very peaceful garden. You can make this garden the most beautiful place you have ever seen. Create flowing brooks and peaceful ponds, flowers and shady trees. Make it a place that you will long to come back to again and again. Allow yourself to relax and absorb the peace and beauty of this garden. Give yourself time to meet with your guardian Angel and with your Higher Self to receive all the wisdom, guidance and love that you need.
It may take a little practice to find this peaceful place within yourself, but after only a few balanced breaths, it won't be long before you will be able to go there without effort. When you give yourself this time of quiet, you will notice that your outer world will not have the power to pull you away from this still place of Peace. This is true stability. It is from this still point within that you will be able to live in this time of change and not feel alone or abandoned. You will be able to connect deeply with the support you need.
Like a wheel whose spokes appear to revolve very quickly, but whose center has quiet movement connecting all the links around it, this revolution of stillness within you will transform your outer world into one of Harmony, Love and Peace.
Remember to ask for this stillness. If you feel attracted to it, ask for the experience of a peaceful garden. Most of all, ask for your personal connection to the Source of all life. It all begins with you, with your thoughts, and with the balanced breath that is your connecting link. It is all there for you if you but give yourself the time.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week
Loving others in their own chosen path is setting the energy that you want in your world.
This is one of only two Gabriel Messages that relate to other people. In essence, it is a Golden Rule teaching.
We know that it is important that we treat others as we would like to be treated. Archangel Gabriel is saying that when we do this, it sets powerful energy frequencies into motion that circulate through our lives so we also receive what we give.
When I think of how I want to be treated and how I would truly love to treat others, I am attracted to the Buddhist concept of Loving-Kindness. It simplifies everything when I use the attribute of Loving-Kindness as my focal point and basis for all relationships, including with myself.
One of my heroes is H.H. The Dalai Lama. Being born on his 10th birthday is one of my only claims to fame. I love his humility, his humor and especially his wisdom. In A Policy of Kindness, he says:
An affectionate disposition not only makes the mind more peaceful and calm, but it affects our body in a positive way too. These are powerful motives to love others as they are and allow them to choose their own path. Most of us have a number of stories about those we have tried to change to our way of thinking. Even though it rarely works in any relationship, most of us will still try our best to be...well...very convincing.
I want to remember that the most kind and loving way I can relate to others is by allowing them to be who they are, while respecting their choices in life. This may mean that we cannot stay together, but for our soul's evolution that is the most appropriate thing that can happen for the highest good of all concerned.
We are also being reminded that what we do for ourselves and for others affects the world. So for the sake of the planet and for our own happiness, may we remember that Loving-Kindness improves our own Health and Wellbeing as well as sending into the world the frequencies of Respect, Compassion and Peace.
Divine Presence,
May the Light of Divine Love shine through me into the world and into all my relationships. May I offer other people respect and kindness no matter what their choices in life. As I allow others to live as they choose, I also ask for a special blessing that all beings learn to live from their heart so all may be blessed.

We know that it is important that we treat others as we would like to be treated. Archangel Gabriel is saying that when we do this, it sets powerful energy frequencies into motion that circulate through our lives so we also receive what we give.
When I think of how I want to be treated and how I would truly love to treat others, I am attracted to the Buddhist concept of Loving-Kindness. It simplifies everything when I use the attribute of Loving-Kindness as my focal point and basis for all relationships, including with myself.
One of my heroes is H.H. The Dalai Lama. Being born on his 10th birthday is one of my only claims to fame. I love his humility, his humor and especially his wisdom. In A Policy of Kindness, he says:

Loving others in their own chosen path is setting the energy that you want in your world.
Dear One,
When you love others and allow them to follow their own chosen path, it awakens the energy of compassion and acceptance within you. This energy fills your heart and permeates your world. It allows you to receive this same energy from others, which can give you a sense of freedom to be all you can be.
At times the chosen path of others may seem destructive to you, and it is not the energy that you would choose to be around. In these situations, often the most loving thing you can do is allow them to follow their chosen path, and you must give yourself permission to follow the path which is in your highest good. This may even mean never seeing them again.
Set the energy you want in your world by awakening your consciousness to all the good available to you. It's a matter of choice. Attune yourself to only that which you would have in your life. Release the need to be right. Close your mind to the negative thoughts that threaten your happiness.

I am Archangel Gabriel. We embrace you in the purest vibration of love from the Angelic Kingdom to bring forth healing, and most importantly to reveal your truth.
As a Multi – Dimensional Ascension Shift is taking place on the Earth with fear being cleansed, so the truth of your being, Mother Earth, humanity, and all creations are being revealed. This is a time of tremendous change and transformation. Energies, thoughts, and actions you were accustomed to experiencing are falling away or even being discarded by you.
As people embody fear in order to transform it into love, it may feel that the world is an uncertain place, with confusion and unexpected manifestations. Some people may even feel an emptiness in their lives as old energies and habits they are so accustomed to are liberated.
While change and transformation is occurring at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level for all, it is also taking place on a multi – dimensional level. This means that every aspect of yourself on all 352 levels of the Creator’s Universe is experiencing a shift and transformation of some form. While each shift creates and promotes the emergence of the Creator, for those on the Earth it may feel more like an upheaval and a period of hesitation.
Shifts are occurring within your being and energy field triggered by other dimensional aspects of yourself. For your incarnate self on the Earth, you may experience the shifts without the comprehension and understanding of what is occurring, creating confusion and restlessness. During this time, it is important to remain grounded, connected to your inner light, and open to the guidance of your inner truth. This will ensure you are able to ride this magnificent wave of ascension with greater ease, awareness, and insights.
A focus on revealing your truth is essential now as well as an understanding of how to do so. I, Archangel Gabriel, wish to share some practices and tools to support your exploration of the truth of the Creator emerging from within your being. In doing so I hope to empower your ascension and awaken within you a deeper sense of happiness, joy, and contentment.
Love Chambers
Throughout the entire Universe of the Creator, there are chambers dedicated to experiencing and embodying the love of the Creator. Each chamber may anchor a diverse frequency and vibration of love as well as a different purpose for embodying love. These chambers are extremely pure as they hold and embody the essence and truth of the Creator, created by diverse beings to aid the ascension of the Universe of the Creator.

I, Archangel Gabriel, wish to share with you the Angelic Peace Chambers available for your use within the Angelic Kingdom. These chambers are created by Archangels and are enthused with the angelic vibrations of peace, tranquility, and serenity. When you enter an Angelic Peace Chamber you can absorb the sacred vibrations in order to access a deeper sense of harmony with yourself and the Creator. Illusions and distractions all dissolve allowing you to simply be present with your inner truth and the truth of the Creator. You can delve into your inner truth, exploring and embodying its wisdom and energy. Thus, you emerge from the chamber with a greater sense of self and a clearer connection with the Creator.
Simply choose an Archangel you feel guided to connect with and ask to visit their Angelic Peace Chamber during your meditation. Resonate with what is true for you and leave the rest.
There is so much information coming at us right now that it is difficult to take it all in. Especially my email, even if it seems really fascinating, it is often distracting me from what is essential and important for me to focus on. Learning how to resonate with the Truth in my heart has been an ongoing process of discovery.
I have been receiving the message that I need to prioritize. I have so many things that I love and am interested in, I find that I spend way too much time exploring or reading than keeping my focus on what I am working on.
So one of the ways Archangel Gabriel suggests I sort out this process is by recognizing the resonance within my heart. If I feel at all obligated to do something, that is a sign that it is not in alignment with the resonance of my heart. Working from obligation does not work. I only want to follow my heart's calling.
Not only do I feel like there is too much to do sometimes, I also notice when I'm not leaving as much time for rest and nourishing activities like hiking in the forest. It is a priority for me now to slow down, breathe more deeply, and do only that which resonates with my heart. I may do only 5 of the 7 (or 180) things on my To Do List, but I will do them more consciously and with more focus of attention. That way they carry much more Love and Presence into the world. I also feel like I accomplish more when I bring my full consciousness into the project, and it helps me to enjoy the process.
I am realizing that there will always be more to do. What is essential is that I feel balanced and happy so I am truly thriving. That is what makes life more fulfilling and my work a true Joy.

Thank you for assisting me in bringing more clarity and awareness into my heart and mind. I offer all my work to the Divine Source, the Infinite Intelligence, that guides my work to help me prioritize all that I do each day. I ask to know by resonance in my heart, beyond a shadow of a doubt, what is important for me to focus on. Thank you for showing me what will most nourish and enhance all that I am so I can bring into the world only that which serves in the greatest way.
With every action that I take, may I and all beings, become more attuned to Source energy and in alignment with our Soul's Purpose. For these and all my blessings, I say thank you, thank you, thank you. And so it is.

Resonate with what is true for you and leave the rest.
Dear One,
Every day you receive wisdom and guidance from the Angels. Sometimes this guidance comes from those around you — friends, family, teachers, strangers or signs in obvious places. Sometimes this wisdom comes as an inner urging. Whenever you receive guidance, if you tune within, you will feel a resonance when it is coming from a place of truth for you. You can call this your "God check." Create your own little sign that you can recognize when something is right for you. Then you have a way to really know what it is in your highest good at all times.
It is important to do this "God check" before your mental activity is engaged, because the mind creates confusion at times. It is the heart that is in tune with Infinite Intelligence. This is where you receive your truth. Many times what is in your highest good may not be the most rational of acts. You must be willing to do that which resonates deep within your heart as the most appropriate action for you to take.
The God within you knows the answers. Before you can hear them, however, it may take a little prayer you make to yourself in moments of decision, especially when you are receiving conflicting advice from many well-meaning people around you. Take the time to center into your heart, so you can know what is true for you.
Practice
One little ritual that may be helpful for you is to stop, take a deep breath, and say to yourself: "The God within me knows the truth in this situation." Take several deep breaths and continue with your life process. You will feel a resonance within yourself that is your true knowing. The more you act on this resonance, the stronger it will become. Be willing more and more to do that which your heart tells you is right for you, rather than following your rational thoughts or the suggestions of those around you.
No one knows more than you do what is truly in your highest good, when you are in that infinite connection to the Source of all life. Ask for this connection to be strong and clear.
It is very helpful to give thanks in advance for clear direction from God. This creates a frequency of energy within and around you that allows the Angels to bring you assistance. An attitude of gratitude goes a long way to bring about that which you most want in your life. Be clear about the qualities you want, such as joy, wisdom, love, prosperity, and peace. All of these qualities represent the energy of the universe that is always available to you. You must ask for them directly in order to receive them. You also need to keep bringing your focus of attention back to what you want, rather than focusing on what you don’t want in your life.
So the steps we are suggesting in order to bring about a higher level of order in your life are:
Stop, breathe, ask, give thanks, and then be willing to receive on a level you have never believed possible. Allow the universal energy of the Archangels to work in your life.
When you come from this high level of intention, you will begin to sense within you the resonance of your highest truth. And from this place comes Divine Right Action.

The Gabriel Message Card for this week
Praise God and Praise Yourself for the Path You Have Chosen.
I usually receive this card when I am questioning how my life is going. It is always a message that encourages me to step back from the immersion into what is happening in front of my physical eyes and take a more neutral view of my reality.
Obviously it is easier to break into hallelujahs and exuberant praise when our lives are moving in ways that evoke our happy place.
The challenge is to know that our life has power and merit when we are looking at appearances that may not please us. But that's when we start flexing our spiritual muscles — to balance our emotional states and to see beyond appearances to know that there is a blessing in every situation. It's not only a blessing, it's a call from our souls to notice that we have an opportunity to create something wonderful that really works much better for us.
Sometimes it is only this one step back into neutrality that helps me to be more present to the Creative Solutions available to me. First I need to recognize that whatever I am experiencing is a part of the work I am here to do for my soul, and then I can use the situation as a stepping stone to higher-frequency living.
When I make new choices from a higher perspective, from a place of multidimensionality, the path takes on a more enhanced aspect, with many more opportunities for the kind of creativity and expansion that I love. I have found that everything I love raises my vibrational frequency. That is really fun, because these empowered frequencies include really simple things like music, nature and beauty. All the things I love become qualities of consciousness that uplift and inspire me, thus changing my vibrations and making it possible for me to have more of what I want to experience in life. This very basic Law of Attraction principle is always valuable to remember.
When we celebrate life in all its myriad forms, it honors the Presence that lives in and through us blessing our path. The uplifting of our thoughts and feelings to the ultimate truth of our existence is a substantial step forward to the recognition that our life is a true gift. We need to show up for our path in life with all the support and intention that we can muster, as well as all the resources we have within us.
We have had many attitude adjustments and learned many new skills and spiritual tools in this life that we can apply to creation of the most beautiful world we can imagine. Our imagination helps keep us expanded and inspired so we can incorporate the support from the Angelic Dimensions and all the help we have around us. When we keep our intentions clear and our focus strong, we are walking as blended beings in a greater world that has yet to recognize this imperative. Our Souls know that this is what we are here to do, and our path is celebrated in the heavenly realms. We are being gifted with so much love at this time. This real and practical multidimensional support is a blessed gift that we are here to experience right now.
When we honor the Infinite Intelligence that guides us and use the maturity and commitment to our spiritual path that hones our spirit, we are lifted into the enchanted realms of the higher dimensions. It is here that we can see the greater truths under the surface and join in an exalted co-creation of an empowered life.
All of us exploring together, using our most Divine resources combined with our diligent human selves, this is the enchanted and empowered collaboration that can create Peace on Earth, Love in every heart, and allow Nature and all Life to thrive.
Divine Presence,
I am calling forward my Soul Community in order to empower and share this special time on Earth. Together may we know that we hold the key to the Awakening within all humanity through our intentions and focus in life. Working together brings out the gifts and allows us to create more than we could by ourselves.
Thank you for this beautiful path I have chosen. Help me to bring more of my most divine and authentic self forward to be a blessing for the world.
May all beings know in their hearts the experience of true Freedom, Peace and Harmony on all levels. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages #51
Praise God and praise yourself for the path you have chosen.
Dear One,
Your path in life is decided upon before you take birth in human form. Your soul reviews the lessons necessary for highest growth, and then chooses those life experiences that will provide them. From a human perspective, this choice is often difficult to comprehend. Many outwardly horrendous lifetimes have powerful lessons and seem beyond human understanding.
To truly understand the soul's growth, it is necessary to have an expanded perspective that sees an overall picture. When situations occur in life which seem very difficult to handle, a certain balance is provided in knowing that, on a soul level, a great learning experience is occurring and that you are given all you need to handle the situation, for the highest good of all concerned.
This does not mean that your emotions do not exist, or that somehow you should not feel upset, because in human terms your experience is very real and your feelings valid. Within the power of your soul, however, there is a great gift in your situation. No matter how senseless a condition may appear to your human eyes, a greater truth is available. It can assist you to remember this and to pray to see it. It can also help to remember that you live in a benevolent universe where the grace of God is available at all times.
>From a human perspective, it is also often difficult to experience incredible joy and happiness. There are many in your world who say, "it's too good to be true, watch out when things get too good," etc. etc. The Angels say to you that you are a beloved child of God who deserves to be happy and to have incredible blessings in your life. If this is what you are experiencing right now, enjoy it. Live this blessed moment to the fullest. Never doubt that good things happen, and that joy and miracles are the natural state of being.
Do not doubt the path you have chosen. If there is something in your world that you want to change, pray that it be transformed for the highest good of all concerned. Trust in your Angelic teachers and in God's presence, which is eternally within you. Be grateful for your life and most of all:
Praise God and praise yourself for the path you have chosen.
