.Almost any experience can contribute to spiritual awakening. Observing nature might kickstart thoughts of the expansive universe, for example. The kindness, or harshness, in others might bring about thoughts of our purpose on this Earth. These are common and healthy steps we take on a journey to spiritual awakening. This tends to progress slowly and with a sense of calm about it. Sometimes, however, this awakening comes on suddenly and becomes all-consuming. This is called a Spiritual Crisis, or Spiritual Emergency.
A spiritual crisis is a period of rapid transformation often brought on by a particular trigger or trauma. During this time, you might feel like you’re “going crazy” or “falling apart” because your sense of reality shifts entirely.
It is an intense and life-altering experience that will ultimately lead to a total spiritual awakening and enlightenment.
What Is a Spiritual Crisis?
A spiritual crisis is a form of an identity crisis. This sudden change in perception is typically triggered by a spiritual experience. This could be a near-death experience, a paranormal encounter, or a sudden epiphany. It is also possible for this state of spiritual emergency to be brought on overtime, usually due to on-going trauma. When the experience becomes too much, a spiritual crisis could be triggered.
The term was first introduced by husband and wife team Christina Grof, a psychotherapist, and her husband Stanislav Grof, a psychiatrist, in 1989. Spiritual Emergencies come under the umbrella of Transpersonal Psychology and have been fascinating psychologists for years.
A spiritual crisis tends to be defined by a total loss of belief in, or connection to, previously held values and ideas. A person in the midst of a spiritual crisis may no longer understand the beliefs they used to hold or no longer feel they mean anything of value.
Often, spiritual emergencies can be incorrectly diagnosed as a nervous breakdown as they both feature a loosening of the grip on reality.
6 Signs of a Spiritual Crisis or Emergency
1. Spiritual Experiences
Whether these experiences can be proven or not, many people going through a spiritual emergency report having spiritual experiences. Spiritual experiences come in many forms and are different for everyone.
Some people have seen spirits, others report visions and hearing voices. During a Spiritual Crisis, it’s thought that the lines that separate the spiritual and material worlds become blurred for that person. This can lead to a heightened ability to sense energies and have stronger abilities as an empath.
These experiences can be understandably unsettling for anyone going through a spiritual crisis. Even more unnerving is that some of the spiritual experiences you might have may have relevance to past trauma and repressed memories.
2. Your Senses Are in Flux
A spiritual emergency is all-consuming and it may feel as though your senses are being overwhelmed. You might become extremely sensitive to all kinds of stimuli, including emotional ones. Light can feel too bright and noises could be too loud. Your sense of taste and smell might even be affected, resulting in new likes and dislikes.
Your whole body could be affected during a spiritual crisis, causing odd bodily sensations like hot and cold flashes, shaking, and tingling. Transpersonal psychologists believe this is energy flowing throughout the body as you begin to awaken.
On the other hand, it is possible for your senses to become weaker during a spiritual crisis. You may take in much less than you normally would. It may result in you feeling disconnected from the rest of the world. This might feel like dissociation or brain fog.
3. Impaired Thinking
When your mind becomes completely clouded, it can become difficult to process thoughts. You might have too many thoughts running through your brain, making it hard to address any of them at all. Your mind could also feel completely empty as if there are so many thoughts that you can’t find any of them.
During a spiritual crisis, time and physical space might seem distorted. Recent events might feel years ago, and long-lost memories might feel as if they’ve just happened.
Your decision-making abilities will likely be impaired too. The overwhelming nature of your thoughts can make the smallest decision feel like the most important moment. Similarly, it can be difficult to remember things when your brain is already overflowing with thoughts and information.
When your thinking is impaired during a spiritual emergency, daily life can start to feel scary. Feeling unable to process what’s going on around you can be unnerving and disorienting.
4. Loss of a Sense of Self
When a spiritual emergency takes over your mind, your sense of self goes out of the window. As your awakening begins and you start to transform into someone new, your connection to your previous self fades. This is not always a bad thing. A shift in identity might be exactly what you need.
During a spiritual crisis, a person might quit their job now they feel it no longer serves them. They might also move away, hoping to start fresh somewhere that suits their needs better. There may be negative side-effects to this loss of identity.
Some people might feel they now have no idea what the future holds or what their purpose in life is. You might also reconsider your dreams and desires, meaning you no longer know what you want from life. A life without goals and purpose can feel impossible to navigate.
5. Loss of Inhibitions
When your sense of reality falls away, the need for rules and order falls away with it. If you no longer feel life serves a purpose, why bother behaving? People experiencing a spiritual crisis might start behaving recklessly, doing dangerous activities, or things that would have previously gone against their morals.
This tends to simply be a way of expressing themselves when the world feels confusing to them or a way of finding meaning in a life they no longer understand.
6. Withdrawal from Life
A person going through a spiritual emergency is likely to be overwhelmed with concern and confusion. The sudden change in perception of the world is difficult to process and typically wants to be done alone.
It can be difficult to explain what you’re experiencing in this time, for fear of judgment or a simple lack of words. It often feels like the easiest way to handle this is to withdraw from the life you once lived, including old friends and family.
On the other hand, a spiritual crisis leading to an awakening might inspire some to intentionally withdraw from their old life in order to achieve a new, fresher life.
A spiritual emergency might feel frightening, but it is a worthwhile time of transformation. If you’re experiencing it, hang in there. You can consult with many transpersonal psychologists if you need, or just confide in friends. As you ride the waves of this spiritual crisis, you might find it leads you to a more open, fulfilling, and beautiful space than ever before.

We are approaching the completion or the end point of humanity’s awakening process! That probably does not appear to be the case from your perspective as the news media floods the airwaves and the internet with further misinformation about the worldwide pandemic, along with news of the ensuing dramas. However, humanity is on a roll toward a new way of living that will totally change the ways in which you relate to one another, as your perception of the meaning of life as a human evolves into spiritual awareness of the real purpose of your lives as humans in form. Memory of your true nature is returning, and therefore you are seeing your human lives in a completely new LIGHT!
The Light of Love is arising into your conscious awareness bringing into focus the real purpose of a human life, namely, to recognize, honor, and express your True Nature at all times. And, as you all know, your True Nature is LOVE. When you start to do this, even though at first you may feel reluctant to do so, you will find yourselves meeting and interacting with others who are also doing this. This confirms for you that this is the only meaningful way to live, and arousing in you the confidence – always there but not trusted, because of the sense that confidence in self was felt to be unsafe, unwise – and the courage to set and put into practice the intent to be only loving in every moment, and to allow Love to guide your thoughts, words, and actions at all times.
This is what enlightenment means, it does not mean being out of this world experiencing the intense felt sense of the infinite field of divine Love enveloping and embracing you, as reported by many who have had Near Death Experiences – which is of course totally valid. It means living in the world as humans at peace with yourselves whatever arises, and not being drawn into the drama that others create out of their strong feelings of like or dislike of people, food, activities, organizations, and the beliefs and opinions they attach to them. It is a state of being free from worry, anxiety, or fear of what others may think of you, because you know that who you are is who, with great wisdom, you chose to be before incarnating to experience this life in this moment in order to learn the lessons with which it presents you.
Remember, every sentient being without exception is divinely created in Love, and at One with Source, from Whom they are never for even an instant separated. To awaken is to know this and experience the Reality of It at all times. Yes, stuff will arise that is messy, unpleasant, and painful, but because you know who you truly are, and live that truth at all times, nothing that does arise will discombobulate you to the extent that you become unable to deal with it and consequently sink into depression or victimhood. Instead it will arise as a challenge that you welcome, knowing that it is one of the lessons that you set on your human life path prior to incarnating, and you will, therefore, resolve it with excitement and attain a deep sense of satisfaction in doing so.
You are divine beings having a temporary experience in form, although when life appears to be treating you unfairly or unkindly, it does not feel very temporary. Life just is, it is neither good nor bad except in your own personal appraisal of it. Life happens, life unfolds, moment by moment as you, in human form, experience it while playing the game or dreaming the dream that life in form presents to you. Those moments can seem momentary – a moment of intense joy or pleasure – or interminable when you are suffering and or in pain. A moment is just a moment, but how you experience it is due to the choices that you make – in that moment!
You all know or have met people who are nearly always upbeat, cheerful, and enthusiastic about their lives, and others who never seem to be happy but, instead, are almost always complaining about some aspect of it, or about another person. Both types are living the choices they have made for themselves. The reason for their choices are mostly based on life experiences they have encountered from early childhood right up to the present moment, and most definitely those who have suffered a plethora of unpleasant or severely abusive and damaging events and relationships need your compassion and love, free from judgment or shaming. As all are One, anything you think, say, or do affects you as well as those at whom you direct your thoughts, words, or actions. Therefore, it makes absolutely no sense to engage in unloving behaviors of any kind – thoughts, words, or actions– because you are then engaged in directing them at yourselves.
When you make the conscious choice to treat yourselves lovingly, fairly, and compassionately, then it becomes impossible for you to treat others any less favorably. It is, therefore, very, very important, in fact essential that you love and honor yourselves. Vast numbers of people carry a heavy burden of unworthiness, of unlovableness, and this is often expressed in disapproval of others who are mostly just acting as mirrors to them, because, of course, you are all mirrors to one another, and what you see in others is very frequently a reflection of the self you are presenting to them – Love experiences or meets Love, hatred experiences or meets hatred. You always have a choice as to how you will think, speak, or act, but many are either unaware of this fact, or choose to ignore it, and allow their emotions to control their reactions or responses to situations in which they find themselves. Those who choose Love are always far happier and more at peace than those who choose what is not in alignment with Love.
Anyone who is unloving is, in fact, desperately calling out for Love. But often these people are so full of feelings of shame, unworthiness, or self-hatred, that they are unable or find it extremely difficult to accept Love when It is offered to them. They obviously cannot move out of this state without help, but until they are willing to acknowledge that their problems lie within them and choose to seek and accept help, then the only, and very effective thing you can do for them is to hold them silently, quietly, and peacefully in your hearts as you send them Love, whenever you think of them, or remember them.
So, to reiterate, there is only Love, Mother/Father/God, Source, with Whom all sentient beings are One. Therefore sending Love to another is to send It to yourselves, and this is why you are presently incarnate as humans at this moment in humanity’s awakening process. Be Love, express Love, share Love, and enjoy the peace and contentment doing this will bring you if you can set the intent to do so unconditionally, and then actually do as you intend,by putting it into practice. Oftentimes people set an intent, but then fail to implement it, and not realizing this, wonder why it is not achieved.
Trust yourselves, truly trust yourselves, operate from the fullness of your personal integrity as you send Love to all – without exceptions of any kind – and know that this is why you are presently incarnate, helping to bringing humanity successfully and most magnificently through your collective awakening process.

.How do YOU awaken to your Inner, Higher SELF who is coming more and more into your daily life on Gaia's Earth. Why are we the ARCTURIANS, as well as many others of your Galactic Family, telling our earth GROUNDED family living on Gaia that we are WITHIN THE NOW!
We are speaking to you all, our beloved protectors of Gaia, to thank you for awakening more and more of our grounded humans who are experiencing a great difference within their planetary life.
For many eons, we, your Galactic Family, wondered if our humans living on Gaia would be able to accept the great honor, and fulfill their difficult mission of awakening humanity to their own Higher Dimensional Selves -- while wearing a third dimensional human form.
It may seem unusual to think of Galactic Beings "wearing a third dimensional form." However, more and more of our brave Galactics Family have chosen to take an earth vessel during this NOW to assist the human ones who are preparing to awaken to the higher dimensional frequency of Gaia.
The reason why you "brave warriors for change" have chosen to leave your fifth dimensional Starships and fifth dimensional Home Worlds to assist the dear planetary being called Gaia. Gaia is calling out to Her Planetary Family of animals, humans, and all the great creatures that are the "Protectors of Gaia!"
We, the Members of your Galactic Family, are happy to say that we are seeing more and more of our volunteers to travel away from their fifth dimensional Galactic reality to take a third dimensional Earth body to assist Gaia during Her time of great need.
Yes, Gaia is having problems in the same way as humans are. Something has gone very wrong on Her Planet Earth and she has put out call for assistance from Her Galactic Family Members from all over the Galaxy.
We, the Arcturians, as well as the Pleiadians, Antarians, Vensians are happy to saw that the collective Spirit of Love and Light coming from all over the Universe will greatly ASSIST the extremely brave planetary being known as Gaia and/or MOTHER Earth.
We have mentioned the Galactic Beings from many different areas, but we have not mentioned the humans who are living on the actual body of Gaia, their Planetary Mother. We wish to say that more and more members of humanity are beginning to awaken to the real reason why they have chosen to take an earth vessel during this NOW.

The reason was not to find wealth and fame for humanity, but to assist humanity to remember that THEY, the humans, have chosen to take an earth vessel during this NOW of great change on Gaia's body, In fact, Gaia's planet ant people are aware that they have vowed to keep their LOVE focused on the humans who have become very frightened and alone.
The clear the sky of Earth which seem to send a deathly "unknown something" rushing through their world, and the wondrous gift of Faith in your Planet and Love for the Light that is expanding so that ALL humanity, and creatures on Earth can see that Gaia is ready to transmute into Her higher, fifth dimensional frequency of SELF.
But, can humans face the great challenge that lies ahead of them?
Can humanity learn/remember to LOVE all life, and to have a strong sense of assisting planet Gaia in their heart and in their mind?
Humanity has the choice of living within the knowing of how they can assist, as opposed to living in the fear of the harm and danger that humanity has allowed to grow. Therefore, can humans now stand strong and tall in the face of great challenges. As more and more members of humanity answer that question by asking Gaia's call which says:
"Dear Humans.
We, the members of your Galactic Family have watched over you for many incarnations. Now we are focusing on watching over our dear friend and family member, Gaia--The Planetary Being known as Earth!"
What is your answer humans?
Will you answer Gaia's call?
Will you remember to be the Guardians of your beloved planet know as Gaia?

Grener: Greetings, I am Grener. I am Grener of Ashira of Neptune and welcome, beloved daughter of halion. … Sweet angel of light, you have beckoned me forth, but let me also say how pleased I am to show up and to be beckoned!
D: Then it is a win-win for both! [Laughing]
G: That is correct. And yes, you are in the pause, you are in the transition, you are in the time of resurrection when you rise from the ashes, the ashes of the destruction of humanity – and no, we do not mean people dying; we mean the destruction of ‘the old’ that does not serve and has not served for thousands and thousands and thousands of years.
So the change that is in the air and in the soil and in the water are the changes, sweet one, that we have assisted in creating, that you have assisted in creating, and that set the stage for the re-emergence not only of Gaia but of this collective we call humans, regardless of where they’re from. They are on planet so they are Gaian, for, as you well know, we do not distinguish between nations other than to be aware of the cultural or historic differentiations.
Your time of service as beacon and as transmitter in this golden state comes to an end, and all of your heartfelt pleas to all of us have been heard and heeded. You have opened your heart and you have even opened your hearth, your home, to those that are disenfranchised and somewhat confused and lost, and you have mentored and very subtly taught many who have passed through these doors – or who have even just walked by!
So do not think, sweet one, that this time has been lost because from our perspective – yes, we know your perspective – but from our perspective, your presence and, yes, your willingness has been extraordinarily fruitful.
This place of California – in many ways, [Archangel] Gabrielle’s, for it is truly golden – the difficulty has been for so many that they have not realised they were golden. Oh, they have puffed up in many a different display of egos… yes, there are those that genuinely seek… but it is a very difficult place to truly, profoundly, seek.
Oh, there are numerous gurus, and, as you well know, the time of gurus has come and gone; that is ancient history. And as we, including you, beloved, as we meet and join those upon this planet, upon Gaia, we do so not as gurus, not as teachers, but as companions, as envoys, and yes, as part of Delegations.
We come to share not only our technology, not only our science – which compared to some of the Earth understandings is what we would call ‘relatively advanced’ – but we come simply with those in our backpack, in our school bag, but we do not put ourselves – ever – above any species or any race of planets or planetary beings that we have ever encountered in our various travels.
This issue of ascendency, of hierarchies, is being decimated, destroyed, eliminated and there is an equalisation, a very necessary equalisation, that is taking place particularly around and with the humans. Too often on Earth, there has been a deep sense of lack of self-worth, a deep-rooted sense of self-insufficiency, and how that has manifested has most often been in the need, the egoic need, to be over somebody, to make yourself better than somebody. That is a very difficult position not only to put yourself in but to maintain.
It has always been confusing to us why you would not simply want to stand next to somebody, heart-to-heart, eye-to-eye, regardless of height, and you have known this. And, in some ways, part of your contract, your endurance, has been putting yourself in places of insufficiency – and I do not mean ‘value’ because that would be absurd – but you have known physical/financial lack and so you know this habit of these humans to act with rather grandiose self-puffery. This comes to an end.
And let me be very clear because I am speaking, yes, as head of the Intergalactic Council, but I am also speaking to you very personally…
Now I would love in many ways to simply say, “I am welcoming you home,” and in your semi-conscious, unconscious self, you know that you are often with us on board ship or elsewhere, but I am not saying to you that it is time for you to leave. I am saying, “Welcome me home as we meet and conjoin upon this beautiful planet that is being restored even as we speak. She is a beauty!”
D: Yes, she is.
G: You know that we have not travelled so far and for so long, held the space, if it was not worth it. And there have been times, sweet daughter, when you have truly wondered: “Is it worth it?” So now comes the time of the bounty – yes, of the payoff, for endurance does have a payoff!
You will be moved. “Yes,” you say, “well, I can’t be moved during this lockdown,” and that is correct. But as you know, we are very forward-thinking, and what you also know is that you can be picked up and moved quite literally overnight, or in a very short period of time. You are of the water so we do not ask you to go to a place that is not close by the water because this is what feeds your mermaid soul. And so often, when you have been upon the Earth, you have always said, “Well, let me take my mer-self form,” or “let me be a dolphin.”
So we are fully aware of the challenges that this physical reality has served you, but you are emerging – and you are not emerging as your current self; you are emerging as your true chosen self, as we have always seen you. …
We came here not only to this galaxy but particularly to attend to Gaia during the transition, which for us has been over several hundred years, but we came because this is the Planet of Love of such diversity that everybody would be welcomed. Instead, what happened was nobody was welcomed! But that is changing, and it is changing with such rapidity that people will never again remember what it used to be like. …
What is this ‘solar flash’ spoken of?
D: I know a lot of this is false or exaggerated, but we constantly have comets hitting the Earth, etc. and this thing about Niburu has come back. That one just seems funny to me and I have to laugh when I hear people saying it is going to hit the Earth. And what is this ‘solar flash’ thing?
G: First of all, you are not about to relive Niburu. As you well know, we have… no, we would not interfere with the free will of Gaia, but the free will of Gaia is also not for massive destruction from a comet or anything else… so that is redirected. So that is a ‘fear conspiracy’, let us put it that way.
And the ‘solar flash’ is the same thing. What people are not realising, and what we have realised for a very long time… think of a solar flash as the moment of ignition within your being… when all of a sudden it is like a supernova within your consciousness and the flash simply brings a clarity of understanding, not simply a vision, but of consciousness. So it is not an external event. It is an internal event. …
It is a numbers game!
D: Well, how long approximately… I hope it’s soon… is it going to take before the ruling 1% is moved out?
G: How do you mean?
D: The people that really hold all the money and keep humanity captive…
G: Humanity is held captive because they believe they can be. So what we do is talk in terms of the awakening of the collective, rather than the restrictions of those that have to learn better. It is a numbers game! And so we are working with the huge percentage of people that are simply learning to say “No!” … yes, that is important … but also learning to say “Yes!” – to truly claim not only their heritage and their right, but who they are.
You and I have watched through various revolutions when the masses have risen up and said, “No more!” Now, we are not talking about a bloody revolution; there has certainly been too much of that upon Gaia and, as you well know, that continues to this day in various war-torn and oppressive regimes.
So we are saying that this awakening is actually underway already, so allow it to come forth. Yes, it is important. You are working on your receiving, but you are not engaging so much with the collective until you are re-situated. You are being the observer of this awakening and allowing the awakening, certainly the expansion of your own being, back to the truth of who you really are as well.
But it is happening rather quickly. Yes, there will be times of unrest, of unease, and you are in one of them right now. Many people are very worried about what the future holds, but it also allows for redefinition of what the future really holds. So we are saying a couple of months maximum.

As the global pandemic lock-down continues, be aware that changes of great importance for humanity are also occurring that are not being reported on the mainstream media. What is happening is all part of humanity’s collective choice to awaken, a choice that has been made by vast numbers of you, mostly below the level of your conscious awareness, and which will permanently alter the way you live your human lives as you each come to know who you really are – divine beings temporarily in human form in order to experience separation from Source as apparently real – and to learn some essential and inspiring lessons in the process, before you awaken from that illusory state.
There is only Love, God, Source, in which all of creation has its eternal existence in every moment and without interruption. However, large numbers of sentient beings chose to exchange that perfect environment or state for one that was unreal i.e. not permanent – but continuously increasing in entropy – by arriving there in different shapes and forms which seemed completely real. To do that they had to invent and construct a game, an unreal environment in which to do so, and because God gave you all the power/energy that She has, without in any way diminishing Herself, you were able to do so. Once you entered into that unreal state, your memories of Reality were cloaked or hidden from you – one of the rules of the game.
Separation from Love, from Source, from God, is completely impossible because, if that were to occur, the one who became separated would become non-existent, and the possibility of that happening is utterly unrealizable because you are eternal beings, living in a state of constant joy, just as you were created. And the reason for this is that Love, Source, God, wills only perfect, infinite, and eternal joy for all that is created. The divine Will is the only will, and is always in a state of becoming, without change or interruption.
Nothing that Source creates can ever cease to exist, for Source creates in endless joy, which is the only purpose for existence. The illusory world of form, that appears to be so utterly real while it is being experienced, will be gone when the choice to experience it is completely released. Its existence has been but momentary, even though it appears to have been in existence for eons. But because all sentient life forms have free will, then so as long as even one chooses to remain within it to continue the experience, it will seem to exist.
Because you were created for eternal joy, always present in the divine Presence, there is nothing to fear, EVER! Fear is an aspect of being in form, solely to remind and encourage you to take care of your physical form which is easily damaged if not properly and lovingly cared for. Frequently humans take great care of others who are sick or injured, while neglecting their own bodies. In order to take care of others you need to be in good health yourselves – physically, mentally, and emotionally – but it is common practice for caregivers to expend all their energy looking after others, only to become burned out themselves and with a diminished immune system.
You need to care of yourselves at least as comprehensively as you take care of small children or of the elderly and infirm. When you do this your ability to care for others is far more effective. Of course, as there always seems to be a shortage of caregivers, most are overworked, making it even more important to take care of self first. This is not self-centered or egotistical behavior, it’s practical common sense, but many feel that they cannot afford to take the time to care for themselves. This is an attitude that needs urgent change. As it changes, and it will because it is part of your awakening process, the percentage of people suffering with ill-health, sickness, or physical injury will decrease dramatically.
Truly, by caring properly for yourselves, you improve the health of all with whom you interact in any way at all. And as you are all presently incarnate to heal yourselves and others, because it is an essential part of the awakening process, all your health issues – whether physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual – are presenting themselves in your conscious awareness for recognition, healing, and release. Do not hold onto them as though they were an essential aspect of who you are – my poor health – just recognize them, thank them for bringing to your attention “stuff” that you need to release, and then, with loving-kindness, invite them to leave because they have served their purpose most beautifully. With a loving invitation like that from your heart center, they will dissolve, and, because they were in fact unreal, you will then very likely find yourselves more at peace with yourselves than you have ever been.
As so many wise ones, saints, mystics, and those in the spiritual realms who have been sending you a plethora of messages through myriad channels over the years, have frequently told you, the divine Will for all sentient beings, whether they are experiencing themselves as physical or non-physical, is that they live in joy. However, the game in which you engaged, by choosing to incarnate as humans, offers you myriad forms of suffering, and your news channels are constantly offering you the “dramatic news” of other people’s pain and suffering, furthering your sense of fear and lack of safety. This is unreal and unnecessary because, by setting the intent daily to be only loving whatever arises, and renewing it throughout the day whenever it occurs to you to do so, you can and will establish within yourselves a place of peace and joy that will most beautifully alter your perception of your life in human form. When you do this others will be drawn to you by the intense light and love that empowers your energy fields, and which is extended out to all with whom you interact, even for the briefest of moments.
This is why you incarnated at this moment in humanity’s spiritual evolution, at this moment in humanity’s awakening process. You were divinely guided to incarnate at this time to assist in the process by extending love to all in form, and the path that each one of you is following as a human in form is absolutely perfect for this divine task. Your loving intentions affect the whole of humanity, because all those seemingly individual energy fields in which each of you are enfolded as humans are One with Source, as are each of you. And the divine Will is for you all to awaken into the Reality from which you have never been separated, even for an instant, the divine Reality of eternal Joy which the veils or cloaks, that are major aspects of the illusion have, most intentionally because they are the rules of the game, hidden from you for so long.
You are all aware that enormous changes are occurring right now on Planet Earth, because the authoritarian lock-down that the powers that be have imposed worldwide on the global population are giving you a much needed time-out in which to come to know yourselves once more as you truly are – divine beings, eternally beloved children of Mother/Father/God. And this knowing is an ENORMOUS change. This knowing is always present within you, and it is now rising into your conscious awareness so that you can recognize and delight in the totally unconditional loving acceptance in which you are embraced by God in every eternal moment of now.

.I am Sananda. I am here at this time, and in these moments to continue this awakening process with all of you. To continue to guide you, assist you wherever that is possible.
You all have a saying, “the times they are a-changing.” And these times are certainly about that. It is about change. It is about awakening. It is about remembering who you are.
But not only you, the Light-workers and warriors, but the Collective Consciousness as well must come along. And you are the Way-showers to bring this about.
But you can only do so much. You can only do what you are able to do in the moment. Do not feel in any way if you are not making a dent. If you are not making a difference. Do not condemn yourself for this. For you must awaken first, and then assist others in their awakening as they are ready to do so.
But as you are finding out, not all are ready at this time. Not all come to understand what you have come to understand. So many are still continuing to sleep. So many are continuing to be within their slumber, and have been for many, many lifetimes, and continuing in this one.
But do not fear at all that everything is not going to change, because it is. You are coming out of the storm. The storm is upon you now, and you have been in the eye of the storm. Many of you have been very comfortable there.
But the comfort is now leaving for many of you. You are finding that you can no longer be in that storm and be comfortable in it. You must go beyond it, now. You must realize that everything is certainly happening for a reason and being orchestrated. And that The Plan is continuing to be in the works. Do not despair, as many of you are tending to do, now.
Many of you find yourselves becoming ensconced again within the three-dimensional illusion at times. But at other times you realize that you can come to your center within you and you can feel the Universal Source of your being fully enveloped within you. And in those times, you realize that everything is exactly as it needs to be, and you are in the exact place in that moment that you need to be there.
So have heart, people. Have heart that you are moving ahead exactly as you need to right now. There is nothing to be concerned about, even though it appears that all around you are bringing concern to the picture. All around you are continuing to hold fear.
But is up to you, the Light-workers and warriors, to help to extinguish that fear, to help to raise it to be higher vibrational frequencies within you, and to help them as well to come out of that fear. Not in a way that is detrimental to you. We would never suggest to take a chance like that to bring anything to you that is not for your better and highest good. But know that as you are working for your highest good and for the highest good of all around you, that you have everyone’s best interest in mind.
So continue to trust in The Plan because it is exactly The Plan that you have been a part of creating for many thousands of years. And that plan is coming to a culmination now. It is not far off at all, where you will find salvation, and all around you will find that salvation as well.
You will find your freedom. Because freedom is what your destiny is, what your right is. Freedom. Freedom to be whoever you are. Freedom to reach to the very stars above you. Freedom to become the highest good within you that you can be in the moment. It is your birthright. It is your destiny. It is The Plan.
I am Sananda, and I leave you now in peace, and love, and harmony, and joy. And ask you each one now to continue to reach out to your brother and sister, to reach out and bring them the Light whenever they ask for it.

To start with, a metaphor: humanity is out surfing, an enormous wave is approaching, therefore... relax, but be ready and allow this magnificent wave to carry you along for an exhilarating ride into the new era which you have all been working so assiduously to bring into being for a very long time.
You will not fail to rise up on it, because you have great expertise and you have been practising with powerfully focused intent to be ready for this precise moment, and you are ready, and you will rise to the occasion. You will be filled you with joy and wonder as you finally come to know yourselves, the true You, at One with all of God’s divine Creation. Your awakening is to be spectacular, way beyond anything you could possibly imagine, in fact way beyond anything that even someone who has had the most uplifting and inspiring Near Death Experience could possibly imagine. Your divine inheritance – infinite Joy – awaits your awakening.
To awaken is your only purpose, but within the game, within the illusion myriad distractions are constantly dragging your attention away, as, in moments of lucidity, you attempt to remember that purpose. You know that there is a much greater meaning to life than the materialistic and competitive cultures – in which you find yourselves experiencing life as a human – would have you believe. At some stage in their human lives absolutely everyone wonders if life has a higher purpose, but the vast majority believe that they cannot afford to waste time thinking about it because they have work to do, bills to pay, and families to take care of. They may be members of religious or spiritual organizations, and they may spend a few moments each week, or even daily, saying a brief prayer in order not to offend the divine being that the organization tells them they should honor. They may even pray strenuously and desperately for help if some catastrophe befalls them, but mostly they just focus on daily living, while seeking moments of pleasure by engaging with some of the distractions available solely for that purpose. Living like that does not provide satisfaction, even for those who are without any financial burdens, because you each have a deeply buried knowing that you do have a purpose, and that knowing will continue to nudge you towards wakefulness throughout your lives, unless you totally refuse to pay it any attention by choosing to block it out of your conscious awareness. Whatever you do you cannot totally remove it or separate yourselves from it, because it is an essential aspect of who you are — a divine being having a temporary experience in form.
Now the nudges that all are constantly receiving are intensifying and can no longer be ignored or denied, because it is apparent to all that something untoward is going on, is occurring right now that demands your urgent attention. And it is, of course, humanity’s collective awakening process. This process has been ongoing for eons, and it has been, and is, leading to a precise moment in time when your awakening will occur whether or not you are ready for it. Humanity’s collective awakening is inevitable! It cannot be delayed, and it will not be delayed, and so the nudges for your attention are becoming ever more insistent in their demands for your attention, for your undivided attention.
The major nudges that all are receiving and experiencing are the realization, the growing awareness of the need for major changes in the way that humans interact with each other and with the Earth, Gaia, whose ongoing support is absolutely essential for your survival in human form. It is the growing awareness that attitudes and behaviors that are not in alignment with Love are, in truth, and without doubt, completely insane. To awaken is to come to full awareness that there is only the ONE, Mother/Father/God, Source from which there is no separation. All sentient beings are, by their nature, divine and One with Source. And even in their experience of individuality there is still no separation. What one individual thinks, says, or does affects all the countless others . . . instantly. How could that not be the case when all are One?
To realize this divine truth, and to know it is to awaken. Many millions are aware of this truth intellectually, and this is a major step forward on the path to awakening. Knowing it is so, and feeling the truth of it in one’s heart without any doubt whatsoever is to be awakened. Some have arrived at this state, and, in so doing they are powerfully– even though they are not consciously aware of this – assisting others to join them in that magnificent state, a state of Grace, leaving conflict and disagreement behind in the illusion, the unreal environment that seems so real to those who have not yet awoken.
To think with the Mind of God and have individual thoughts and ideas that are never in disagreement with the thoughts and ideas of others, but that only add to them, making them greater and more beautiful, is a wondrous state to experience. It is to be fully awake, fully conscious, fully aware, and fully alive! That is LOVE, It encompasses ALL, because It is All. There is nothing else, in fact there is NO nothing!
If you are having difficulty believing in the truth of this, in believing that Reality is a state of being in which there are no needs, no disappointments, no suffering, and no catastrophes, it means that you are listening to and believing in the unreal but fear-filled ideas that your egos offer to you as you take note of the intense pain and suffering that many are experiencing because they believe the illusion is real. But pain and suffering, although it often seems interminable while it is being experienced, is temporary and does pass. Reality, on the other hand, is eternal!
To relieve and dissolve your doubts, anxieties, and fears, go within at least once daily and surrender to Love by opening your hearts. Yes, the pain and suffering will still be there because you are still choosing to experience the illusory state of separation from Source, but the Love within you will comfort and reassure you, reminding you that you are divine beings who are awakening into the magnificence of Reality, into awareness of your eternal state at One with Source. Eternal joy awaits your awakening, and the wonder of it will fill you with delight.

It’s such an honor for me to connect with your beautiful Spirit in this way.
The world is shifting more quickly than ever, and because of this, the veils of illusion and separation are dissolving. The Great Awakening is happening now, and I’m so excited to catch up on all of it with you!
The Great Awakening
Over the last 100 years, there have been many celestial occurrences that have served as anchor points for awakening humanity.
These awakening points have occurred in waves, spread out over time so that as many people as possible could evolve in the gentlest and easiest of ways.
Yet the waves of awakening we are receiving currently are all happening simultaneously. They have come together to create one of the strongest waves of awakening we have ever experienced in modern times.
An awakening is less about a destination we are trying to reach, and more about a way of being that results in our sovereignty–our freedom to increasingly become more of our true and authentic self.
Whenever a particular group or culture reaches a certain level of awareness, a ripe environment is created for an energetic opening to occur. This open doorway is known as a “portal” we travel through to experience greater shifts in consciousness, which tremendously shapes the way society exists.
The environment we are in right now has brought us right to the welcome mat of the doorway to one of the greatest leaps in consciousness humanity will ever experience.
We are all being given the opportunity to move through this energetic opening now, so that we can fully awaken and set ourselves free from a matrix that operates in fear, lack, separation, and everything in between.
This divine opening doesn’t show up outside of ourselves.
It is not about being saved by an outside presence, person, or culture that is greater or more evolved than we are.
Some may still be in the place where they believe that awakening is a matter of being saved by something outside themselves, and that’s absolutely OK. There’s no right or wrong in anyone’s growth process, and there is always individual choice about how growth happens.
The bigger question is, Do we want our journey into awakening to be on the easier side, or more challenging?
Each of us is exactly where we are meant to be right now. That doorway leading us to a more awakened version of ourselves will not close before we are ready to move through it.
It will not leave you or anyone behind.
Each of us is simply moving at our own pace. There’s no judgment as to which pace is “the right one.” Every pace is perfect and Divine for whatever path of growth and expansion we are on.
The doorway to Awakening we’ve co-created is as close to us as our sacred breath.
Many who have stepped through it don’t even realize they’ve done so, until they reflect back to see how much they have shifted in the past few days, weeks, months, or years.
To find out if you have stepped into your awakening, simply think back to where you were just one month ago, six months ago, or one, two, or even five years ago. Also think about how the world was back then, and how it is now.
Is everything the same? Or have things changed in big ways in your life and in the world?
It’s so clear to see, isn’t it?
Signs of Awakening
With the immense amount of powerful light flowing into our planet every day, it’s important to honor our integration process.
Many of us have come to recognize the signs of these integrations as Awakening or Ascension Symptoms.
For those who may not be aware of what these signs are, the list below offers some clarity on what millions of people are experiencing right now.
If you are experiencing a physical or emotional symptom you are not sure about, always check with your holistic healthcare practitioner to make sure everything is OK.
If we do experience any of the following symptoms, it’s important to give ourselves permission to feel them rather than resist them. Feeling them allows us to move through them more easily, rather than continue to recreate them in our reality.
By feeling them, we will allow the integration process to move much more quickly, so we can get back to being our optimal selves again.
Awakening symptoms may show up physically as:
- Anxiety
- Change in appetite
- Weight gain or loss
- Memory loss
- Ringing in one ear
- Vertigo
- Feeling disoriented
- Pressure in third eye area or temples (almost like a headache)
- Muscle cramps
- Heightened senses and awareness
- Changes in sleep patterns
- Stomach aches
- Hot flashes
- Tiredness
- Being hungry all the time
Awakening symptoms may show up emotionally as:
- Emotional ups and downs
- Crying
- Anger
- Moodiness
- Irritability
- Bursts of laughter
- Worrying
- Depression
- Over-analyzing situations or events
- Lots of unexplained, unfocused physical energy
Whatever comes up for you, please take extra care of yourself now, knowing that all will pass as it is fully embraced, felt, and honored.
In our personal lives, the Great Awakening is revealing itself in all areas of our lives, including relationships, career, health/well-being, thoughts, behaviors, desires, and personal development.
On the global scene, we’re seeing a great deal of information come to light that is laying the foundation for monumental healing and change to occur, for our planet and for humanity as a whole.
Any organization, structure, or ideology not operating from an all-inclusive, heart-centered, compassionate, respectful, and just space will simply not be allowed to continue in that manner much longer.
This shake-up is offering all of us the opportunity to evolve, heal, and expand beyond anything we’ve ever experienced.
Our Spirit knew we could handle it, and that’s why we chose to be here during the most monumental time in humanity’s history.
This is the time we’ve been waiting for, when we as a collective move from a primitive state of being (war, separation, fear) to an awakened state of being (unity, love, compassion, peace).
We are already seeing glimpses of this, and will continue to see other developments, such as:
New inventions—technologies and discoveries that will serve to unite, awaken, and inspire us, bringing great healing to humanity and our planet in ways we’ve previously consigned to seemingly “far-fetched” sci-fi films
Big progressions in the areas of medicine, education, business, global money exchange, governments, and other institutions. These will be reformed, refined, and upgraded to serve everyone, not just a select few who think they have been running the show this whole time.
A movement away from belief in the old patriarchal structures to new ways of co-existing, allowing for a balance of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies in our co-creations
The shift in how human structures will work in the near future will create changes to such a degree that those structures will become unrecognizable.
They will be founded on principles of integrity and transparency, and be of benefit to all people.
This transition from a primitive to an awakened state of being may not necessarily look or feel the way we imagined it would. But we are nevertheless most definitely moving forward in this direction, at warp speed.
The Awakening Mind
During times of awakening, the mind tends to get extra-reactive, because it wants to survive and protect itself from the changes it knows are soon to follow.
The mind resists change, because it sees change as something that’s requiring it to give up what it has become used to.
Change is something the mind can greatly benefit from, and it will be on board once we let the mind know that it doesn’t have to give up anything it doesn’t want to give up in order to embrace change.
How we are experiencing life right now depends solely on where we choose to place our focus and attention.
If we are focusing on surface energies (fear, lack, worry, survival,) we’ll find ourselves creating a reality that mirrors this back to us tenfold.
When we choose to focus on the bigger picture by noticing what’s happening underneath the surface, that’s when deep and lasting healing begins to take place.
We have the opportunity to see many extremes now, both in our personal lives and on the global stage.
On a personal level, the highs may seem higher than ever one minute, and then all of a sudden, we get triggered, and spiral into lows we thought we had overcome long ago.
Whatever shows up for you, be gentle with yourself and your mind, as it processes through these times.
The same thing is happening on the global stage as well. The thing about this intensity, is that it’s a precursor to the big changes that are unfolding now.
What is being asked of us right now is simply to become observers—Space Holders.
When we are able to step out of a reactive space—one where we’ve been triggered by our surroundings—and move into being an Observer, we begin to see every experience as simply feedback, letting us know what we either do and do not resonate with.
Getting into observer mode immediately lessens the charge of whatever is causing our angst. From this space, when we do encounter extremes in our surroundings, it becomes much easier to remain centered and unbothered by it all.
As observers, we empower ourselves to remain centered through all situations (even challenging ones), so that we can fine-tune our knowing of what we do want to create more of.
Extreme situations no longer become as extreme when we watch as observers, because we are no longer allowing ourselves to get caught up in them.
Whenever you find that the mind is getting caught up in the details and stories of life that feel challenging, here’s a simple technique that can help:
Pause for a moment, and take three deep, full breaths.
Close your eyes.
Imagine yourself (your awareness) stepping out of your body, and see yourself sitting there with your eyes closed.
Just observe yourself for 1-3 minutes.
Bring your awareness back into your body. Start by focusing on the bottoms of your feet, and then move up the body to the palms of your hands, then your heart, then the top of your head.
Gently open your eyes.
Express gratitude to your Spirit self for reminding you to objectively “see” yourself.
This simple process immediately helps move us out of survival mode and into Conscious Creator mode.
You’ll probably even feel a release in the body and mind from any tension they were holding.
Doing this several times throughout the day will create space for deep healing, peace, and higher awareness to enter our experience.
Universal Support
Because many of us have been used to doing everything on our own, we may have some resistance to asking for help.
The Universe is always helping us, no matter what. The Universe sends help in many ways, whether it comes through people, circumstances, messages, or personal insights.
If we continue to place all the pressure solely upon ourselves to take care of everything and everyone around us, we could be blocking ourselves from receiving help and support that can benefit us greatly.
If we would like a bit more help from the Universe, the only thing we need do is to simply to make that request.
When we place our request, the Universe will start presenting an abundance of opportunities for us to receive help and support that is aligned with our highest good.
May this Great Awakening bring us closer together as One family, and usher in a new day where we are all open to receiving life’s most joyful and abundant blessings.
