False Awakening in Regular and Lucid Dreams: Causes and Symptoms

.Have you ever been convinced that you’d woken up from sleep, but in fact, you were still dreaming? If so you might have experienced a false awakening.
A false awakening happens when the dreamer wakes up during their dream only to realise they are still dreaming and wake up later on. While the dreamer believes they are awake, they might go through the motions of turning off an alarm, getting out of bed and eating breakfast. However, they will then suddenly find themselves waking up for real, still in bed.
How Does False Awakening Happen in Regular and Lucid Dreams?
False awakenings are a mix of sleeping and waking states of consciousness. Our brains are in a kind of semi-conscious state; not quite awake but not fully asleep either. Actually, many sleep disturbances happen during this mixed brain state, including lucid dreams and sleep paralysis.
During lucid dreams, the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. They can even influence the outcome of the dream. In sleep paralysis, the dreamer wakes, but their body is frozen as if paralysed. However, false awakenings are not the same as sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming. The dreamer might experience paralysis but only within the dream. Once they have actually woken up they can move as normal.
False awakenings occur during regular dreams and lucid dreaming. Sometimes, during a false awakening in a dream, the dreamer can become aware that something feels a little ‘off’ in the dream. They get a sense that all is not quite as it should be.
They can also occur several times within one dream. The dreamer can believe they have woken up many times while they are dreaming. They then wake up properly, only to discover that all the previous times they were still asleep. False awakenings that occur again and again within the same dream are ‘nested’ dreams.
2 Types of False Awakening
There are two types of false awakening:
Type I
Type 1 is the more common kind of false awakening. Type 1 false awakenings happen once or twice a year. Here the dreamer goes about their normal business of waking up. For instance, they might get out of bed, turn on the shower, prepare breakfast, wake their children up, etc.
During this type of awakening, the dreamer may or may not notice that their surroundings are a little strange. The environment might not be realistic to them. For instance, they might wake up somewhere other than their bedroom.
A typical type 1 false awakening occurs where the dreamer believes he or she has overslept and is late for work. They ‘wake up’ in their dream but in reality, are still asleep in bed. Only when they wake up properly do they understand what has happened. It is a surprise to the dreamer but not overly worrying.
Type 2
Type 2 is a rarer kind of false awakening. Type 2 false awakenings can occur several times in one night. Here the dreamer is aware of a sense of foreboding. They know something is wrong but can’t put their finger on it.
In these types of false awakenings, the dreamer wakes to an atmosphere of tension or stress. They are immediately apprehensive upon waking. They feel suspicious and uncomfortable. The environment feels weird although the dreamer can’t quite account for what’s wrong. They just know something isn’t right.
Causes of False Awakening in Dreams
False awakenings in dreams are associated with broken or disturbed sleep patterns.
For example:
- Insomnia
- Snoring
- Frequent getting up to use the toilet
- Teeth grinding
- Daytime tiredness
- Environmental noises
- Restless leg syndrome
False awakening dreams are linked to mixed brain states and/or underlying anxiety. Mixed brain states are associated more with Type 1 awakenings, whereas anxiety is linked to Type 2 awakenings.
Mixed brain states
There is still much we don’t know about the brain and various levels of consciousness. In particular, the possibility that our brains can experience several states of consciousness at once.
So, in effect, we can be asleep and dreaming but also awake at the same time. It is during this mixed brain state that we become confused. Are we awake or still asleep? If our brain is in that grey area between two states of consciousness, it’s not surprising that we’re not sure whether we’re dreaming or have woken up.
Most people will experience false awakening dreams once or twice a year. In these cases, a specific event will trigger the awakening. For example, you might have an important job interview the next day and you dream that you’ve overslept and missed it.
Anxiety or worry
On the other hand, some people experience recurring and frequent false awakenings in their dreams. This is linked to underlying anxiety or worry in real-life that is not being addressed.
These awakenings are associated with the Type 2 dreams where you feel uneasy upon waking. You awake to an over-riding sense of foreboding. Experts believe that your subconscious is trying to tell you that you need to face up to the problem or worry in your life. In a sense, this is your subconscious giving you a wake-up call. Your brain is literally waking you up twice.
False Awakening in Lucid Dreams
False awakenings occur in lucid dreaming. The lucid dreamer is aware of being in a dream. As such, to some extent, they can control what happens and what they do.
There are two separate elements of control within lucid dreaming;
- Manipulation of the environment or the characters within it
- Control over one’s own actions within the dream
False awakenings appear to be linked to the lucid dreamer exerting self-control, rather than manipulating their dream environment. In fact, lucid dreamers are more likely to experience false awakenings.
Symptoms of False Awakening in Dreams
In Type 1 and Type 2 false awakening dreams, there are clues that can signal you are not awake. These are usually a single thing that appears out of place. For example, a person you wouldn’t expect to see, or an object in your house that shouldn’t be there.
You will usually have a sense that something is not quite right. But there are ways you can test yourself. Look at your environment carefully; are the windows and doors straight and the right size? Does the clock face have the right numbers on it?
It is important to recognise what is out of place. This is for two reasons:
- It is a clue that makes you aware that you are still dreaming.
- It can lead to the underlying problem that’s worrying you.
Dream analyst Kari Hohn reminds us:
“We dream about what we’re not facing during the day. If we block something out of consciousness, it can appear in our dreams.”
Dreaming allows us to process the thoughts and experiences of the day. Even subconscious ones.
Is There a Treatment for False Awakenings?
Generally speaking, there is no treatment for this kind of sleep disorder. However, if you are suffering from frequent and upsetting false awakenings that are affecting you, it could be a sign of an underlying worry or general anxiety.
In this case, talking therapy might be sufficient to get to the root of your anxiety. Once the worry or stress has been dealt with, your sleep should return to normal. Only if the awakenings are causing you serious distress will you be offered some kind of sleep or dream therapy. Medication may be used to control the symptoms of disturbed sleep.
How to Wake Up from a False Awakening?
Those that are experienced in lucid dreaming will already know how to manipulate the environment in their dreams. However, for anyone who does not experience lucid dreaming, it can be more difficult.
For all the regular dreamers who are not expert lucid dreamers, there are ways to wake up properly from a dream.
- Test your surroundings by focusing on one thing in your dream.
- Ask yourself – does this seem real to me?
- Try controlling what you’re doing, e.g. running or walking.
- Pinch yourself in the dream; does it hurt?
- Tell yourself to wake up right now.
- Move your fingers or toes and continue from there.
How to Turn False Awakenings into Lucid Dreams
Establishing control allows us to feel better about ourselves and the situation we’re in. Turning false awakenings into lucid dreaming is a good way of getting back control. Try the following if you believe you are experiencing a false awakening:
- Do the same thing every day upon waking up. This is your baseline of knowing whether you are still dreaming or not. For instance, always put your slippers on the left foot then right. Then, if this doesn’t happen, you’ll know you are still asleep.
- Find a mirror and look at your reflection. In one study, a woman experienced multiple false awakenings only realised she was still asleep because she happened to glance at her reflection and there was nothing there.
- Look at the clock face and see if you can tell the time. When we dream, our brains shut down the area in our brain responsible for language and numbers. As a result, we find it hard to read clocks and watches when we are dreaming.
Is False Awakening Dangerous?
It is important to remember that false awakenings, in themselves, are not harmful. However, recurrent and Type 2 awakenings do suggest that all is not well with the dreamer. It’s possible that some stress or worry is not being addressed. In this case, therapy to discover the underlying anxiety is the best way forward.

Welcome dear readers to the Arcturian Group message.
You are entering a new phase of the evolutionary process. Present “down times” are allowing a quietness during which many for the first time are pondering, questioning, evaluating their lives, and the right way of doing things. Every day more are allowing themselves to honestly examine aspects of their personal life as well as the world in general such as business, farming, religion, health, education, environment, and politics etc.
Much that has always been considered correct and appropriate is being recognized as inefficient, obsolete, and unfair to many and based in convenience and a resistance to change by those who benefit from the status quo. This period of quiet is also allowing nature a respite from the ongoing barrage of pollution and degradation she suffers.
All is proceeding according to plan. You have been hoping, praying, and waiting for a world that more closely resonated with truth and it is coming but will be an unfolding process over the next few years because the third dimension functions in time and space.
Know that things will never go back to exactly as they were because consciousness is changing, and as we have said many times, the substance of the outer is the inner (consciousness). Do not put effort and energy toward attempting to return everything to exactly as it was but rather be open to new and higher expressions of these same things.
Be prepared for change but also be prepared to hear things that will upset you. Much is going to surface regarding the long standing negative activities of some individuals. The denser energies must be exposed for what they are in order to be recognized and acknowledged. There is an element that feeds from energies of fear, pain, suffering, and discord and in order to keep feeding, they promote words, activities, and false information that will serve to keep fear and discord alive.
When you become aware of these types of issues, send these individuals Light while recognizing that they too are Divine Beings who have lost their way. They have chosen to close their hearts to Love energy and have no interest in or awareness of the fact that everything they sought is already fully present within them.
It is easy to get caught up in this type of information and spend a great deal of time and energy studying and researching negative activities. You have all experienced the heaviness of dense energy that comes from getting too involved in these types of issues. As awakened individuals you are ready to move beyond duality and separation and live from the higher levels of consciousness you have attained. Be aware of and informed about negative beliefs and actions, but then release them and align with Reality.
Activities of love are beginning to take place in the outer scene. Although these activities flow from spiritual oneness they are generally understood as activities of kindness, a looking out for neighbors, and the lending of a helping hand where needed. These seemingly ordinary activities are three dimensional interpretations of spiritual Oneness, evolutionary steps that eventually lead to a state of consciousness that understand service to be service to SELF–Universal Oneness.
A sense of camaraderie not possible in the old energy is developing among people simply because all are experiencing the same issues (oneness). Even the small sense of camaraderie you may feel towards a stranger as you walk by is in reality Oneness expressing through you. However, not all are ready or willing to understand this and the loss of what is familiar is causing them to act out with fear and violence as they seek to protect and perpetuate everything that has supported their false sense of empowerment.
Selflessness is beginning to penetrate collective consciousness on a deeper level but selflessness has been misunderstood and falsely taught to mean that the sacrificing of ones’s self for some “grander” purpose is spiritual . Sublimating and denying one’s self/SELF by believing it to be of less value than another’s self represents separation at its finest.
What can one possibly have to give another if they eliminate themselves from the equation? It is only an empowered person, one who knows and accepts themselves to be a spiritual being, that is able to truly serve. Sacrificing one’s identity, needs, and dreams in the belief that it is spiritual is a denial of God for is not God every person’s true identity?
Never allow yourselves to be guilted, threatened, pushed, taught, or used by others into doing something. When you do this you are automatically surrendering your power. Service must be a free will choice that flows from a place of love rather than an unwanted activity forced onto a someone for the benefit of another or others who appear more powerful and demanding, or are needy, disabled, and dependant.
We recognize that many are presently locked into some service that they did not consciously choose or want. As a result they may feel angry, depleted, unhappy, and trapped seeing no way out. To these dear ones we say; there are no accidents. Every life is planned before incarnation with the help of Guides, to include those experiences deemed necessary for spiritual evolution.
These types of situations are usually karmic in nature and represent a person’s spiritual readiness to address some old energy imbalance that may go back lifetimes but which can be balanced and completed through service in this lifetime. The one needing service may have chosen to learn about patience, humility, and helplessness in this life having never expressed it to others in previously. Frequently the server is a dear friend who volunteered to assist with this lesson.
Sometimes it is because the one needing service did the same for the server in a previous life allowing them both the experiences of giving and allowing. Service can be the push a spiritually prepared person needs in order to move more deeply into the empowerment, love, patience, and awareness that they are ready for.
Do not let obsolete concepts of spiritual duty, and self- sacrifice to enter into your activities of love and service. As universal consciousness shifts to new levels of awareness, service to others on all levels of need will become common, ordinary, backed by law, and simply the way life is lived because there will be a sense of oneness that was not present in third dimensional energy.
Realize that in and of yourself you have nothing to give another. God alone is love, energy, appreciation, gratitude, service, cooperation etc. and God alone has these things to give. To believe that self or some other person has spiritual qualities in and of themselves is the belief in a self separate and apart from God. Only God is good, patient, loving, friendly, honest, cooperative, etc. etc.
Both human good and human bad are impersonal, never becoming or belonging to the person. All there is, is God, Source, — perfect, whole, complete, harmonious, abundance, intelligent, Self sustained and Self maintained Consciousness.
This is why looking or expecting acceptance, companionship, friendship, forgiveness, cooperation etc. from a person is to look where these things do not exist unless they flow through the person. Always seek these things from God, from within, allowing them to manifest as they will which can and often is where least expected.
True selflessness intuitively guides a person to acknowledge and honor their own needs. It will also guide them as to whether their service is actually needed or simply wanted. It is understanding that what one does for another never comes from a personal supply of love, energy, abundance, and ideas, but rather flows through them from an Infinite Source within–from a well that never runs dry.
Present times are calling for more awareness, deeper understanding, and a serious contemplation of how one will continue living their life. “Will I grudgingly go back to the same old, same old that I have outgrown or will I have the courage to pursue something that makes my heart sing?”
This is where fear will jump in and say that you must go back to what you know or you will suffer lack and limitation, your family with starve, and you will be homeless. It is fine to return to what you are used to, but never forget that you are creators. Regardless of what others may tell you, do not allow your dreams to pass into oblivion in the belief that they are hopeless and could never happen.
Allow your dreams to grow and mature silently and secretly within your heart until they ready to be birthed as your new world and identity.
You are creators, creating your world from the contents of your consciousness.

.Yes, I am El Morya, and I am here to speak to you on this question.
How do you strengthen your minds?
You have powerful minds but at the moment, for many, they have not been exercised enough. As you work out your cardio, your legs and your abdominals, so should you work out your minds. Those who practise in the ancient arts of judo, tai-kwan doe and more, understand that the body responds to the mind and the real strength of the fighter is in the mind.
In your western societies, you strengthen your bodies without strengthening your minds. For neither is it likely that you must defend against accost as generally, your world has moved away from that, however to be fit is a goal for all. However, the holistic approach to fitness is to have a keen mind that is the driver of the body. And in the west, you have flabby minds.
Me: LOL. I know he’s going to use me as a subject!
ElM: If you wish.
Me: Why not? Ivo does too.
ElM: When I say that you have a flabby mind, my child, it is because you think as an overweight person would; you believe yourself to be overweight, and so your mind directs your body to comply. It has nothing to do with the food you eat as much as it has to do with the way you think. You understand that in your 20’s you used creative visualization, after having read Shakti Gawain’s book, to help you lose 30 pounds. You were visualizing this weight loss and in so doing, directed your body to comply.
Me: Yes, I remember that. I think I was a size 10 or 12 after that. I wish.
ElM: So, as well with your financial situation. You think as an impovershed victim of your circumstances at times and so you create the circumstances you fear. Your thinking is fear based. You paid this month for a large car appointment and then your feline became ill. So we worked on retrieving the health of your feline and he is back to his cantankerous self, attacking your hand as you go to pet him. He has only sneezed once today so I would say that our healing him was very effective indeed. You were right to call me. I am here to show you your power. I am the chohan of the blue ray and you are a blue ray that has forgotten her way.
Me: Well, please show us all, Father.
ElM: Your minds are very strong, when it comes to creating fear. You have been schooled your entire lives in learning and expressing fear, and now you must turn your minds around and learn to express power. You are on this path, my child, and I am here to help you.
Brother Ivo has gone into much detail about the expressions of fear in your lives: arrogance, manipulation, control, lack of belief in oneself, personalizing life, blaming all on yourself… so many things, however as you clear those from your mind and begin to step into your power, you will find you have flabby mental muscles.
At one point again, my child, you were reading, “Wisdom of the Mystic Masters,” by Joseph Reed, and this Rosicrucian master gave the practise that was necessary to improve your mind. He had you hold numbers in your head and multiply them, he had you focusing on colours in your mind and holding that focus, he had you memorizing paragraphs from books and reciting them. This is practising your lower mind to strengthen it.
To strengthen one’s lower mind is to prepare the proper ground for your soul to manifest itself through you in the physical. With a weak, flabby mind, your soul can not do much. You must prepare the body and the mind to house your higher being, and this is done through physical exercise and proper nutrition, and then through memorization and retention of one’s focus. You say that you cannot hold an image long in your mind’s eye before it changes. Were you able to do so you would be able to portray extraterrestrials you see as your friend Christine does. She is an amazing artist because she can naturally hold an image in her mind. When you paint, you work from a picture or photo. You must paint from your mind, dispense with the photo. Attempt to paint what you see in your mind. You did so yesterday as you were shown as scene of what is above your city. The image of the barracks and the spheric tower containing fluids was there, and you retained the blacktop. You saw the black and the white, however, the colours were not there for you.
Me: Yes.
ElM: So you must continue to use your mind to see what your higher mind sees. In more abundant colour, holding the images longer, keeping your focus. To do this, training by doing simple and then more complicated math exercises in your head, without writing down the numbers, is how you can begin. Hold a colour in your mind. Hold an image from your past. Hold an image of what you would like your world to look like. Hold a fantasy image in your mind, move around within it and describe it in words. This brings it into the mental mind.
Always describe the image in words as you are viewing or creating it. This works the left hemisphere in tandem with the right hemisphere. It makes it harder to hold, but this practise should be done.
Do you see what I am intending?
Me: Yes, I get it. Getting the two hemispheres to work together. Strengthening the left hemisphere.
I think a lot of people could just work to keep thoughts from wandering. I know at times that when I meditate that I’m getting a lot of thought interference.
ElM: That is because you are in the lower dimensions. When you take your meditation into the upper dimensions, you cease to experience “noise” and “head chatter” from your lower mind. This mind has to be silenced. It has to work for you, not against you. So it takes practise at these exercises.
Should you not do so, your lower mind will continue to work against your progress by distracting you, upsetting you and reducing your frequency. It must be put in alignment with your will for it, not its will for you.
ElM: You must learn that much of what your lower mind involves itself with is external to you. You share your lower mind with your controllers who beam waves of energy in to mesmerize the population and so you have many thoughts that do not suit a higher purpose. Why give them heed? Ignore them.
Me: I do.
ElM: They will not stop. You must ignore them. This is mind control, externalized thought control of your minds that is being introduced, and you must learn to control your mind such that you do not hear the thoughts, in the same way that you at one time ignored your higher mind in favour of listening to these internalized transmissions. Do you understand?
Me: Yes, both are possible.
ElM: Exactly. Listen to your god mind. Hold that intention. Train your lower mind to listen to higher thoughts and ignore the transmissions of mind control. It can be done and your people are ready to do this. Especially you.
Me: Yes.
ElM: Any practise where focus is brought to an object, memorization of passages, retention of images within the mind, is good practise for your mind. Be sure that this practise is one of higher awareness, and not a focus on anything degrading to another, pornographic, or of ill will, otherwise this will be released from your mind by your higher self. Focus on the image of a flower, perhaps, a bird, a baby’s face. In doing so, you also open the heart and have practise keeping it open as well.
This is another way you strengthen your mind – your heart mind. You focus on keeping the mind conditioned and the heart loving.
It is time.

.I am El Morya and I have a message for you of the Light.
You do not recognize your strength. Every day, you put so much effort into strengthening your body but you do not realize that you must strengthen your mind as well.
The strongest part of you is your mind, not your body. Your body was created by your mind. Your mind is the driving force of consciousness upon your planet. Your consciousness is filtered down through your mind and your mind decides what it will perceive and what it will not perceive.
You could realistically change your entire world right now. Many of you have crossed your countries, going ocean to ocean or ocean to land, and you have created an entirely new world for yourself in having made that move. Had you stayed where you were, circumstances would have remained the same unless of course, you change your mind. Your mind is what brings new circumstances to your life.
When you believe that you can alter the weather, you can alter the weather. When you believe you can resist the virus, then you can resist the virus. It is simply what you believe.
What you fear comes through to you for resolution because this is not part of Christ. You are christ and what is not part of you, when you create something that is not a part of your truth, you are resisting yourself. Truth is a part of who you are. Truth is the rule upon which you function in the same way that your world functions with natural laws – you have trees, you have birds, you have water, you have animals, dirt and land…. these are the rules of your world, and your world of your consciousness is truth. There is your world.
You are creatures of God, you are part of God and you must stand in your own Light. To do otherwise is to fail yourself and to fail the world in which you live. There is no choice. You must do so. Now is the time, particularly now, as this world needs you now. You must do whatever you can, but the first thing you must do is to stop believing that you are limited. You are unlimited. Because God is unlimited. Do you see limits in God? No, there are rules but these are not limits, but God is unlimited and so are you.
Anything you desire, you can create. When you desire a world free of viruses, of suffering, of struggling, then you can create that world by focusing on it. You must know with absolute surety that you can create it. You are all being tested to remove your doubts, to remove your fears because doubt comes from fears, and bring God into your life, because you are a god.
You are a powerful being. You must exercise this power now.
It is that simple.

Do you believe that to create new circumstances for yourself that you must move your physical circumstances. But in fact you can spend your entire life where you are and just continue to attract to you that what you wish to have. Physical movement is not required.
But if I want a bigger house?
I ask him and my response is.
Your house is a limitation that you set upon yourself. Your life is about overcoming your limitations so when you set a life of limitation up for yourself, then you must overcome this limitation.
Okay so if I want a bigger house … that’s true, many just create a bigger house all the time. Build onto what you have, or maybe the landlord will sell the apartment building and you can take 2 units.
When you limit yourself, look to see if there is a way that you can change your circumstances using your mind, not your body

So I have another question for you, Father.
I am here.
I want to get a house but it has to be one where Ivo and other galactics can land their ships. I live in a city with people around me so landing a ship isn’t possible here. How would I deal with that? The galactics don’t want to be seen by the general public and need a place that’s remote, and they also specified near water.
ElM: So there are physical parameters which are specified which requires your moving.
Me: Yes. So there’s no way to create that where I am.
ElM: No. You are creating that right now in knowing that there is a house which is waiting for you to purchase which fits your requirements but now physical movement is necessary.
Me: Ah! So you’re saying that changing things with your mind doesn’t work in all cases.
ElM: You in fact have a time limit.
Me: Yes, like before I die.
ElM: Otherwise you could create that circumstance where you are. However you are limited by your physicality in the respect of time. You only live so long. So this does require physical movement.
My information to you was based on many aspects of your life. I see you have moved many times in your life and this was not all necessary.
Me: Howso?
ElM: Had you used your mind you could have quieted noisy neighbours, so this accounts for the majority of problems you encountered in your places of dwelling, does it not?
Me: It does. There were many noise problems.
ElM: So then, using your mind to still their need to create noise or their stress, anxiety and other such emotions that seek outlet can be done through the power of your mind.
Your people engage in much physical movement and wishful thinking. As it happens, you created a much quieter place of dwelling for yourself now in your last move.
Me: I needed it.
ElM: You could have attracted quieter tenants for the last apartment. Movement was not necessary.
Me: There were laundry soap issues too.
ElM: Ah yes. This could have been dealt with as well at a higher metaphysical level. Yes, perhaps purchasing soap and distributing it to all tenants who used the washing room beneath you would be one solution. As it is, your desire to have the tenants upstairs removed from the building was effective because they did move.
Me: Yes. Took a while.
ElM: To speed up these circumstances, have a more positive mindset. It directs more energy towards the magnetization of the goal.
Me: What are some other examples of this, taking some from my past for example.
ElM: You now desire a washing machine.
Me: Yes, I have a dryer and no washer. LOL
ElM: You can magnetize one for free.
Me: How so?
ElM: They are there. It is possible. Charity is given daily. But you understand your feelings when I said the word “charity” and you see that you would not wish to have a free washer because it is charity. You believe in giving, but not in receiving.
Me: Yes.
ElM: So you would prefer to pay a minimal sum. That is the solution you think best, so you are limiting your choices.
Me: Yes.
ElM: For the advanced student of alchemy, there is the changing of energy into other atomic structures. St Germaine speaks of turning ore into gold and this can be done by all of you. You believe a process of high pressure is the only way to turn coal into gold but that is nonsense. Your science is limited and it makes you believe in limitations. It has been done already by some upon earth – the changing of ore into gold. Water into wine. Pulling a rabbit out of a hat, so to speak. Magic is very possible.
You have shut off your computer with your mind as it has a crystal chip in it. Understand that as all your technology becomes more crystalline, you can effect it yourselves. It is a question of learning to work with it, and that has to do with frequency. When in a bad mood, you find your computer acting up. Even the software changes screens, shuts down, etc. This is due to your mood.
Me: I find my ethernet cable doesn’t work as well as the wifi.
ElM: Because you wake up in a bad mood, my child. You are affecting the chip and the limited connection is more affected than wifi which can work independently of your mood.
Me: LOL Waking up with low blood sugar.
ElM: Try re-inserting the ethernet cable when your mood has improved. It will function better. You have no idea of the impact your fields have on devices around you.
Me: Thanks. This is very interesting. If I can think of any other examples to ask you, may I?
ElM: Of course. I stop at nothing to show you your godly self.

Dear readers, welcome to our message during these times of chaos and confusion. These messages are meant to inform, comfort, and assist those who resonate with them into more deeply understanding what life on earth is really about.
To hold the light, help others awaken, and to bear witness to a new and higher reality is why you are on earth at this time. It is what you came to do and you are doing it dear ones, you are doing it. You may think you are doing nothing but do not judge by appearances based in concepts of the third dimensional belief system because a large part of your mission has been to clear remaining dense cellular memory and any present false beliefs both of which only serve to perpetuate experiences of duality and separation.
Many commonly accepted beliefs are starting to feel unimportant and even silly for an increasing number of people because individually and collectively mankind is shifting into a state of consciousness no longer is in alignment with them.
Ascension is simply the process of evolving into a higher state of consciousness through the experiences of every lifetime. The Higher Self of every individual determines when they are ready for their next level of awareness. This is why proselytizing is a useless and ego based activity. Individuals cannot be forced into someone else’s consciousness of truth.
You cannot make something out of nothing and thus everything seen, heard, tasted, touched, or smelled whether seemingly good or bad is a Divine reality being interpreted by individual and/or the collective mind according to the state of consciousness.
Look deeply into every appearance, both the good and the bad, for good appearances are just as illusory as the bad ones. By not judging according to three dimensional standards but rather seeking to understand the underlying reality of all appearances, you are living truth and opening yourself for more to unfold.
Example; When in the presence of a sick person, know that in reality they are Divine Consciousness and because Divine Consciousness knows nothing of disease, you then realize that you are witnessing a manifestation of the belief in disease (separation).
You are Divine Consciousness utilizing the material body you formed for yourself in order to function in the denser energies of the third dimension. You have reached a point of spiritual readiness in which you must begin to identify with your real SELF rather than with the limited person you believed yourself to be. If you were not ready you would not even understand these messages.
The physical body is like a car that you use while on earth. You utilize it as needed while keeping it clean and well maintained as best you can. Occasionally the car may crash or get damaged for some reason but you never have been or ever will become the car.
Once you can accept that you are Consciousness and not simply a material body subject to every belief floating about in the collective, you can begin to use your mind as it was intended, as an avenue of awareness rather than the “boss”. The mind draws and then feeds information through one’s state of consciousness and as you begin to accept yourself as Divine Consciousness, allowing IT to express, everything in the outer begins to change.
Imagine Divine Consciousness as an omnipresent Light so brilliant it is unable to be directly looked at with the human eye. Over time and through ignorance this Light was covered over with hundreds of varied and colorful veils eventually blocking it from being seen or even known about. Some of these veils are bright, colorful, and welcome while others are dark and dense but all are accepted as reality because they are familiar and known.
Some of the veils become tattered over time and simply drop away if allowed to. Others develop small holes allowing tiny bits of Light to shine through. Most remain firmly in place until the individual carrying the Light begins to feel that there must be more to life than what he has known and begins to search for whatever that might be.
At first he seeks outside of himself because it is what he knows and this usually becomes the focus of several lifetimes. After much stepping and falling, hundreds of attempts to find what he does not yet know he is looking for, and many paths followed, he simply gives up. It is at this point the veils of begin to separate and reveal themselves and a deeper spiritual journey begins. You are here now.
You have been removing veils for a very long time through many many lifetimes. The intense high frequency energies of today are serving to speed up the process depending upon each one’s readiness and how thick and dense their veils. As some intense long standing veils surface, their energy is frequently re-experienced physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. If or when this happens, do not resist but rather allow these energies/experiences to flow through and out without claiming them back in as your very own personal “problem”.
Individuals are often tempted to hold on to or reclaim some comfortable old veil in the belief that it is who they are and that they will lose their identity without it. The only self that can ever be lost is the personalized false sense of self because your real SELF is infinite.
As each veil of false belief lifts from individual consciousness more of the already present Light Consciousness is able to shine without the need for prayers, candles, crystals, chants, ceremonies, or anything else meant to attract some separate God. All that is or ever has been required is an intention for more Light and the ability and willingness to get out of the way. Divine Consciousness needs no help from concepts of spirituality in order to express ITSELF.
ALLOW
Release the belief that spirituality must be or look a certain way in order to be authentic. Clear your mind of images of saints with folded hands and ascended masters bestowing light and blessings on adoring crowds. These as well as most metaphysical “tools” are valid in earlier and less awakened states of consciousness but relying on anything in the outer after once realizing that everything already exists fully present within will simply hold the person in an outgrown state and perpetuate the experiences of separation.
Continuing with groups–family, friends, those with like minded causes, or even military after they have begun to feel old and finished does continue to bring the some sense of the oneness that groups provide but only until a person realizes that they have never been or ever could be separate from the love and sense of oneness they sought from the group. The present form of many groups, clubs, and gatherings will dissolve in the new energy but will reappear once again in higher form.
Know that the one Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent Divine Consciousness is and always has been manifesting ITself as infinite form and variety. Know that every rock, every bird, every blade of grass, and every tree is just as much an expression of IT as are human beings.
Every different form holds a unique pattern of wholeness and completeness representing the Divine plan for that particular expression/form of IT self. Different, but not less than… EVERYTHING is Divine Consciousness and to judge certain life forms as being better or of more value than another is three dimensional ego unawareness.
Be aware that with every breath you breathe in the omnipresent Light of Divine Consciousness.
Rest in the realty of your own soul’s perfection.
Trust that all is as it needs to be at this time while releasing once and for all the belief that you need to do, do, do, in order to be.
You will never be more spiritual than you already are. It is time to accept and allow…

Fear in Trusting God
Q. “I am inspired by your transparent information and you are one of the only spiritual leaders that speaks on satanic ritual abuse of children. Unfortunately, I have witnessed the unspeakable evil things done to them and it makes me so upset that I question how could God allow it. It makes me question if God won’t help them, how would he help me? It makes me resist God at some level and fear to trust.”
A. This is a very good question and I think that it starts in the beginning of our journey. It takes some time to understand our own relationship with God and to feel that and experience that directly. I know that this is a very common question that many people on planet Earth ask themselves and others. Many atheists will say “if there was a God this situation wouldn’t be happening”. That is why in ES I’m always talking about the importance of understanding our true hidden history and the fact that we are in a war over consciousness. This planet is essentially a prison planet. There are many basic assumptions about the history of humanity that are unknown to the general public, which make it a lot easier to think that we’ve just been abandoned here on this planet, and there is no benevolent or loving force that is here to help in such dire matters.
Once we understand the larger context, the Guardian context of understanding the quality of consciousness that we have access to on the earth, what we can embody and experience in our consciousness, is made available through an architecture, it is through a manifestation blueprint. We are essentially existing in a fallen system with damaged manifestation blueprints. The damage that has been incurred is not only in the time space matrixes and within the blended reality with AI systems, but is also compounded with understanding that this reality has been invaded by nonhuman forces. Those that have exploited the weaknesses of this architectural damage, as well as exploit the immature level of human consciousness that is existing at this point in the timeline. Because if we understand where we are as a species on planet earth, the consciousness here is very young and undeveloped. Essentially, there are extradimensional bullies that are very proficient at warfare with extremely advanced technological weaponry that is being used as a form of mind control, as a form of subjugation of the consciousness that exists here.
By intentionally erasing the identities here on this planet, we’ve all been mind-wiped, we’ve been given a false history and we’ve been given a false identity. Then one can see the set up here more accurately, it is quite dire in terms of how challenging it is for all of us, as human beings. Without our handbook, without having access to that information of where we actually come from and how there has been a small group, a domineering group that decided to take planet Earth for its own purposes, we are blinded. Whether it was for the farming, for gaining resources, for energy management, for stealing the consciousness energy here, that’s essentially what we’re dealing with now. We have been enduring this in the last 26,000 year cycle after the Luciferian Rebellion, undergoing a very dark age.
The dark eon was upon us for 26,000 years, we have come to the end of that cycle and now we are traversing in the in between zone. We’re existing in the space of no-time. We haven’t quite started the new eon, we are in a transition phase where we are undergoing the ascension cycle, but simultaneously, we are also in a war over this planet. This is something that has been described as the war over timelines because the timelines are directly related to the operation of the planetary architecture. He or she who controls the architecture also controls time. When we talk about AI and superimposed overlays of alien implants and various levels of the corruption that have occurred in the planet itself, many of us that have been listening to the ES material or our body of work for a time, understood that our planetary logos was invaded. Essentially, the brain and head of this planet was taken over and it was turned into an AI machine that could be controlled by those off planet and those that exist in the in between spaces. To create essentially a farm down here and that is what we are evolving out of right now.
We talk about the spiritual freedom and liberation of this planet, the liberation of consciousness, this is what we’re living through right now. Many of us that were indigo or starseeded came from other galaxies, came from other planetary systems, came from other universes entirely. We answered the clarion call and we came here to help and experience the end of the dark aeon. We’re working in that field of reference supporting the ascension cycle, and not only are we working for the Ascension cycle, we’re doing recon, we are taking inventory. Because the issue is someone is accountable to the architecture, these forces will be held accountable to what has happened here to enslave consciousness. It’s also relative to our lifespan being very short, we have 70 odd years down here in this particular body, in which also was a genetic modification made by the invaders to limit our life span. By the time we are old enough to get some maturity and awareness, the body has to drop, and what has been happening down here is then starting the ongoing recycling of the reincarnation process.
This is now the time of the reveal in the clarion call of that which returned the original architects to the earth, the ancient builder races that are the Christic consciousness that exists beyond this universe. Who are basically responsible for the cosmic order, let’s say in this segment of creation, and are returning back to embody on this planet in order to lead the Ascension hosting into the support of the consciousness liberation process. This is a long-term plan, because obviously when you look at the diversity in the state of consciousness today, most people still don’t understand that this reality is energetic, an electromagnetic spectrum of frequency. That consciousness energy is intelligent and we are eternal beings that are a part of this electromagnetic energy, this field of intelligent consciousness. We still have many brothers and sisters on this earth that are asleep to that fact. It is going to take some time in terms of reeducation and support for the entire planetary body to undergo evolution to another paradigm.
In looking at and understanding our hidden history, which has involved several wars such as the electric wars, one can begin to understand the damage that has been incurred in this reality. Once you start to experience this, and I think because I’m an architect and obviously feel what has happened in the consciousness of this earth, it is very clear to me that this invasion has nothing to do with God. Because God didn’t do this, people did. It is the forces that were masking themselves as gods, the advanced extraterrestrial extra dimensional races who decided they would play God. Beings like Yahweh or Thoth or Jehovah, these are Annunaki entities that decided they were superior and elite and they would be worshiped as gods by the earth inhabitants. Unfortunately, many of the people on this planet do not know that they are worshiping an alien God. But that is the setup, the negative alien agenda was to set up organized religion for this very purpose. Revelations was basically the Armageddon software that they installed to torment the human race, they were putting predictive programming in the planetary brain even 2000 years ago. Bringing this predictive programming forward because everybody was waiting for the end of the Ascension cycle in 2012, when the Galactic gates opened and the neutron window opened, because this brought in an opening access into this reality.
Another thing to understand is that this reality was closed off. It was under quarantine from the damage and it was also covered with frequency fences from these particular negative alien forces that were preventing any kind of outside interaction with our spiritual links, that blocked communication with true family members. We could get in but we couldn’t get out. There are starseeds that came here to support and do recon work while this was happening, but the gates were closed and had to wait until the end of this 2012 period in order to open the links of communication with our true family. In understanding how recent this has actually been, at least from the ES Guardian host context, this body of work and of course of my own direct experience, because basically my walk-in, my direct contact didn’t happen until 2000.
This was to prepare 12 years later for the 2012 opening where all of this ascension information needed to be synthesized, integrated and understood. Because I was essentially a sleeper for the Christ consciousness forces, not knowing who I was either. We came down here without understanding our true identity here. So, through the contact at the end of the cycle, all of the entities whether they are Luciferian, whether they are Satanic, whether they are Christic, these are the various lineages that are contacting their people. Whatever genetic material, whether it’s the Christ consciousness 12 strand DNA or the reversal 10 Black Sun DNA or it’s the Belial DNA.
Essentially everyone is attempting to contact their preferred lineages down here. Helping people to prepare for an understanding of what is happening on the earth and as we know, some of these forces are completely against and are resisting the Ascension. They don’t want to rehabilitate, they don’t want to leave their territory because they consider this planet and the inhabitants on it as property. Again, this has nothing to do with God. What has happened here in the last 26,000 years is basically dark forces run amuck with silent weapons of mind control being directed to the inhabitants of this planet to get them to be conditioned to the alien gods. They have downloaded their brains to us, they have downloaded their egoic structure. They’re trying to terraform this planet and basically genetically modified human bodies so that they can use this DNA, the Christic model. Because this body is from an original 12 strand DNA model. They are essentially hijacking Christic architecture, Christic bodies, Christic forms for their own purposes.
This is a part of the revelation of waking up to this unsavory history and determining our own orientation, our own role on this planet at this time. Feeling our purpose in terms of our incarnational purpose and why we came to this planet, and to be aligned to that in order to fulfill what we call the heroic probability of our incarnation. The reason why we came to this planet was to help through the ascension. Now obviously this is that difficult area, I’m not here to tell anybody what to think. I’m just offering information with the hope that it empowers each individual to determine their own direct relationship with God, define their own relationship with their spirit and to determine what their purpose, their divine blueprint is. Why they incarnated on this planet at this particular time and to align with that purpose now, because that’s what gives us meaning and fulfillment throughout this difficult process.
So, understanding the Satanic ritual abuse and knowing what its main purposes are, is knowing the Satanists and these entities cannot generate co-creative consciousness on their own, so they hijack ours. One of the ways they feed upon us is this horrifying method of satanic ritual abuse, which is human blood sacrifice with a propensity of their desire towards children. The children of planet Earth are targeted for multitudes of reasons, but in understanding they want children because of the purity of the source that they get from sacrificing children. Their blood, their body parts and the soul energy that comes with it, especially those under 12 and under 6.
There is a very well-organized pedophilia ring and Satanic ritual abuse ring and cannibalism ring, that is actually being dismantled over the last couple years. Thank you God. But coming to that end times scenario and also recognizing that when human beings refuse to look at what is directly in front of them because it’s too painful, or does it fit in with their belief system, which they have been mind-controlled by these alien races to believe in this false nature of reality. You can see the conundrum with that because our co-creative consciousness is being usurped, is being superimposed upon. They use us to manifest our own genocide, what we see in the outer scape today.
That means that each person has to begin to find their power within and stop giving their power to the external authorities or to these control narratives which are largely false. Because this is what keeps it in power, this is what keeps it running. As you mentioned, I have been talking about SRA and child sexual abuse and child sacrifice for a great many years, to mostly deaf ears because nobody wants to hear it, nobody wants to listen to it. I’m finally pleased that after so many years of this that more people are waking up to the reality that this indeed exists on our planet and is a main causal factor of widespread global slavery.
Because my feeling is the slavery that is in place has always been there. We are told we are free and if we believe we are free, we promote our own genocide, and now we can see that’s changing in the outer scape. More people can see the slavery that was always there. They are now just taking it to the next level in the outer levels. Recognizing that the powers that be here have had a new world order or one world order agenda for the endgame strategy, and we’re seeing that play out right now. But this has been in play since the Luciferian covenant, since basically the Luciferian rebellion even. This was always their projected timeline in terms of the timeline wars, that at the end of the 2012 cycle they would rollout this agenda.
We can see that it’s in play now and the issue is we are in the final conflict stages, there is a battle that is being waged for the consciousness of this planet. It is essentially between Christ forces and anti-Christ forces, when you understand what the Christos actually is, it’s not a planetary Christ it is a cosmic order. It goes way beyond our universe and those that decided they would imprison this planet as their own territory and enslave the inhabitants here. As a part of their consciousness enslavement breeding program, so that they could use this system as a source of energetic food, but also steal resources and other things that they get from planet Earth.
I feel that knowing our true history of where we came from in our galactic history and also why many of us came to this prison planet to assist in the Ascension cycle, helps with context. Why we came to the earth to get the people out of here. It’s understanding that it happens through us. God consciousness is not a person, it is an intelligent energy. I think it’s very challenging as some people have their own idea of God as sort of a personification or personage. God isn’t a personage, God works through us. Essentially the Christ architecture, the Christos Kryst-Krystallah architecture is the embodiment of the God source, this is the sacred architecture that allows God to embody.
Everything on this planet, understanding it was made through God source and it is existing within the God body. But the intelligence of source could not be fully embodied at that level of consciousness here on planet Earth. It’s just happening now. That’s a part of the liberation of the human race, the liberation of the species of this planet which is a part of understanding this dark eon moving to a light eon. That we are living through that transition right now. There is an incredible quantum leap in consciousness that can be experienced by being here in matter at this particular time. Even though obviously when we start to open up this, I want to say open Pandora’s box, to go down the rabbit hole with the negative alien agenda it can be very difficult for people, to attempt to really integrate and understand that information and indeed it takes time.
I have found with myself the more intimate and deep and stable my relationship with God is, the easier it is to see the unpleasant truth. Until it was fully embodied within me and I feel God with me 24/7 all of the time, could I truly understand the nature of this reality. Until that process actually happens, you go through a healthy process of asking these questions about God. Because I think this really is the reason why we’re here, is to understand what is the purpose of life, what is the divine plan for this particular creation, what is our unique and individual role with creation? I’ve often said our two most important relationships, especially now, are understanding ourselves as the true contents of our consciousness and heart and developing that very intimate relationship with self and a very intimate relationship with God.
We cannot know God until we know ourselves. It’s like understanding that the universe doesn’t recognize you until you recognize your true self. You have to know who you are inside, you have to feel your heart and explore the contents of your consciousness to truly know who you are. This takes some time and certainly we’re in a very challenging time right now. I’m really not surprised by what I see in the outer scape because this has been in the architecture for a long time. For those of us that do grid work or understand the nature of reality in looking at timelines, this has always been there. The war over the timelines is essentially through those that are attempting to steer this planet towards the Armageddon scenario that brings on the one world order, a totalitarian and dystopian nightmare. However, they choose events or cataclysms for trigger points, and here they’re using pestilence programming, which is also part of the Armageddon software, to attempt to roll out the one world order.
But the issue with this is understanding we have to accept this in order for it to manifest. This is the challenge that we’re in, there are still many people that are believing the lies and the deceptions and the gas lighting of the Controllers. Many of us that have been on the ascension path when we were in those deeper moments we asked, what is it going to take for people to actually look at what’s in front of them and be able to see it in an accurate assessment? Instead of believing the gas lighting, believing the lies, believing the deceptions. I think there are many people waking up to this now thank goodness, but it’s been a long hard row, in going through and in seeing that all of these pieces have been put in place over the years in order to finally get to this point.
Because the two major timelines that they’re fighting for are the ascension which opens up into the disclosure movement, and the one world order which they’re trying to put in place right now. We can see that the war over disclosure is the war over information that I provide and many others provide that are on the ascension or disclosure path. That information is considered unapproved, they do not want unapproved topics given to the public that would stimulate critical or independent thinking. Therefore, those of us that steward or present this type of material are under heavy shadow banning, psychic attack, and all attempts to redirect this information from the public so that they do not have access to it. What is it going to take? Numbers.
It’s going to take more of us coming together and becoming organized, coming into unified cooperation and being willing to stand with each other. Most people don’t recognize how organized the Satanists and Luciferians are, they are extremely well-funded and they are extremely organized, while the spiritual communities are not. How many times have you seen people in consciousness or truther community who can barely have a conversation with each other with opposing viewpoints, without getting angry, hostile and accusing. People have to get the negative ego under control and be able to come to this level of unified cooperation for the sake of humanity. Where I don’t have to agree with you, but we can have a respectful and compassionate interaction with each other, as we explore our alternatives at this time. I can’t stress that enough.
Here in ES community, this is why we so emphasize negative ego clearing and impulse control, studying victim victimizer archetypes, understanding how this works as a type of psychic attack that separates people, so that we can become much stronger together as a unit. Because as long as we’re operating from negative ego, the negative ego destroys everything. Our spiritual communities are going to need to become a lot more savvy and understand that yes, there is a war raging right now, it’s a consciousness war. We need to step up and get our house in order. We need to start really taking care of our own and be able to go to this next level to create a mental, emotional, and spiritual strength in order to be more successful with our body of work.
I’m sorry about the fear involved in building trust with God, as I know that is very common in the earlier stages of awakening, because we have to build trust with ourselves, in order to build trust in our relationship with God. But rest assured, I hopefully can be an example to you that you know over time as you develop an extremely intimate and deep relationship with yourself, really knowing who you are inside, then you can feel God within your heart. As you develop your relationship with God, you will come to find out that this atrocity has nothing to do with God, we are in a fallen system that is controlled in a blended reality with a partial phantom matrix. These entities have used this phantom matrix in order to exert a tremendous amount of control over this planet. Therefore, we’re looking at the consequences of that abuse from these entities that have had that control on the earth during the dark age.
But the good news from an architectural level is understanding that the architecture is changing. I’m seeing a lot of the battery packs, the consciousness that they were yielding in terms of Loosh is dwindling, a lot of this is changing now. They do not have access to the things that they used to have access to and this is very good. Understanding the strategy is starving them out and it starts with us, we can’t give them food. Because how do we become a dark portal puppet? When we are angry, when we are lacking impulse control and we just go with the control narrative that they’re feeding us. We are feeding it, we are giving our consciousness energy to these alien structures that are designed to harm and enslave us.
It starts within ourselves, it starts with educating ourselves to really understand what we’re looking at in the outer scape and refuse to participate with it. That is the start and we need a lot more people, even in the New Age and in the ascension communities that still don’t understand that we’re in a spiritual war right now. Maybe more people are starting to wake up. But I have been talking about this a long time and I have to tell you, it’s made me very unpopular in the consciousness spaces because nobody wants to deal with this reality. And the bottom line is, we are going to have to and were facing it right now. It’s our come to Jesus moment. We are going to have to see it for what it really is and we’re going to have to face it and deal with the consequences of it.
I do hope that that is helpful in understanding and knowing that this is most likely a temporary stage in the early awakening process. Continue to develop your compassion, your love, your heart, which will reveal your direct relationship with God. To ask the question who am I, what is my divine purpose on this planet, why am I here? Keep exploring that. It’s time for guts on the table and it takes some time in order to really develop maturity and competency and confidence in this process of awakening. It just takes time. But thank you so much for sharing your concerns and question, it’s very difficult for a great many people.

.I am KaRa.
I come at this time, in these momentous times that you are finding yourselves now. But it is certainly not by happenstance that you are here. It is not by accident that you are here. It is all a part of the greater expression of the plan.
You have heard ‘trust the plan.’ But it is so far beyond the plan that you are experiencing now here on the Earth. The ‘plan’ is the universal plan. And you have also heard that nothing can stop what is coming.
For right now in these moments you have heard that there is an operation occurring across the planet – “Operation Freedom Earth”. And that is exactly what is happening. You are becoming freed. You as the collective consciousness of this planet are becoming freed of all that has held you back for so long. All that has held the consciousness of man, kept you in the programming, kept you in the hold of the three-dimensional illusion for so long a period of time for so many lifetimes. But that is all coming to an end now.
For “Operation Freedom Earth” has spread across the planet. It is not only here in this country, but it is the world that is becoming freed. Much of it is still seemingly behind the scenes. But if you look for it, you can find the truths being revealed here and there, little by little. And that little by little, that trickle now that is coming through is going to become a flood of information, a flood of truth that will take you far beyond your wildest imaginations of what has been and what is now as well. For many of you have awakened. But you, even you, have not awakened to the full enormity of this entire operation across the planet and what it is taking to bring this about.
You have two groups here in a sense: ones that are being shown the truth by your president, by President Trump, as well as other leaders around the world that are giving the populous what they can handle at this point. But then there is that operation that is being operated by that of the Alliance, by that of the spokesperson of the Alliance, the Q, the one that you know, the one and the ones that you know as Q. And these ones are coming forward now and sharing to the ones that are ready for this. For the ones that are reaching to the light and the ones that are ready for the truth.
Many have said you cannot handle the truth. But you can. All of you can handle the truth. And it must be brought forth. It must be revealed. Everything must come through disclosure. Disclosure of all of us that are working diligently with those of you here on the planet. We are right there with the Alliance. And right there with all of you, which are the ‘boots on the ground,’ all of you, are doing everything that you can, whether it is out in front and showing to the world, or whether it is behind the scenes and doing it within your meditations, your personal meditations. But certainly when you come together as a group, as a large group, in the millions, and you come together as a meditation of the collective consciousness of all of man here on the planet, you are bringing so many changes and so many shifts of consciousness here.
For the Light is winning. The Light has already won, and it cannot be stopped at this point. Ascension will go on. Ascension is going on right now. You are in the throws of ascension. You are in the very process of ascension right now.
Have you all ascended? No, you have not, because you must match the vibration of Gaia to do so. You must match her vibration and all of life here on the planet must match that vibration. For she will not hold the vibration, the low vibration, much longer. And, in order to ascend with her, you must raise your vibration in every way and any way that you know to do.
Utilize all of the tools that you have been given whether it is crystals, or whether it is simply going out in nature and finding the beauty, seeing the beauty, seeing all of life around you as you find yourself sitting by a stream and you know that the consciousness is all around you and in you, and you touch the water and you can feel that consciousness. All of you can do that right now. You don’t have to wait until after you have ascended.
You can feel the consciousness all around. For it is all around and in you. The Source of all of this universe is within every being here on the planet, whether it is human, whether it is extra-terrestrial, whether it is animal, plant, or mineral. All is in that consciousness. All is a part of the one, and all is one within the all. So allow for this to continue to move through you in very moment that you find the consciousness that you can slip out of that programming, move beyond it.
You have heard before ‘forgive, forget, move on.’ And that is such a wonderful expression. Such a wonderful affirmation to use each and every day. For you must forgive. You must forgive everybody everything that has ever done anything to you. And you must forget. You must forget about all of the past hurts, the past travails. You must let all of that go. It will not become or will not be a part of you in the new higher vibrational expressions. It cannot be. So you must forgive, you must forget, and you must be ready to continue to move on and be in the moment.
And as you are in that moment, you are creating the very perfect future that you are looking for. But not only as just yourself, but as a collective, as a collective consciousness coming together. You are creating the New Golden Age each and every moment. Each and every thought is doing that. And if you remember that, if you consciously become aware of that in every moment, then the New Golden Age Of Gaia will be upon you before you can even know it, before you can believe it.
It is here now. And it just needs to be brought into expression. But it has to be brought into expression as a collective. And that is what you, all of you, the Light-workers and -warriors, are working toward: to bring the Light into the collective consciousness. You have been anchoring it for so long now. Now it is time to release the anchor and spread the Light wherever you can, as much as you can. But do it only with those who are ready for it. And as you do, and as they become ready for it, then all of life, all of the collective consciousness, all of life here on the planet will raise along with it.
You have so much to look forward to in these moments. So much to look forward to beyond the seeming travails that are appearing now. And we say, ‘seeming.’ I say ‘seeming,’ because that is exactly what it is. It is only negative if you allow it to be. But it is also very positive if you allow that to be as well. For yes, there are those that perish. But have they not perished for many, many lifetimes. Many of your loved ones in many of your past lifetimes have perished. You yourselves have perished many times. This is only another time that you come together now. And it is all part of the greater expression of the whole. And if you look at it that way, if you feel it that way, then you will allow for this expression, this viral expression now, to run its course, and run its course, it shall. And even now, in these moments that I speak, it is already running its course. So it is time now to break free from the shackles that have held you all back for so long. Break free from it and become free.
I am KaRa. And all of this that is happening now, again, is happening for a reason and is part of the greater plan. So let yourselves now know that you are a part of this greater plan.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very happy to report that you all are affecting humanity’s trajectory in a significant way with the healing energy and compassion that you show towards your fellow humans. We know that it can be hard to see the positive effects of what you all have been doing for your fellow humans, but remember that the shifts in the physical realm are always the ones that take the most amount of time on your world.
The shifting of the energy can happen immediately, and yet, you will still see a lag time between that shift in the energy and the effects on the physical realm. And so, we ask that you be patient with this recovery period. Be patient with the results of your efforts. We know that some were expecting there to be some immediate results in the physical realm from all of the healing energy, prayers, thoughts and meditations that have occurred in the past forty-eight hours.
You are going to see the positive effects of your handiwork eventually, but it will take time. In the meantime, we can all continue to celebrate the way humans have been supporting other humans through this pandemic. We can feel the love that has been generated for those areas of the world that have been hit the hardest by the virus. We also see a great uptick in the amount of compassion that is being felt for the elderly and the more sick people in your population, and that is very encouraging.
Now, as you move forward, you might be asking yourself what more you can do to help. Continue to focus on using this time that you have to go within and process what you need to process. Use this time to let go of that which is no longer serving you so that you can let in more of the higher frequency energies that are bombarding planet Earth at this time. Your fellow humans will continue to tug at your heartstrings, and you will be able to answer the call with more of the unconditional love of Source that flows through you so easily when you are called forth to be the light that humanity needs.
You can see all that is happening right now as a practice round for the completion of the shift in consciousness, because there will be certain members of society that will need more help with that transition. There will be individuals who will be having a much harder time than those of you who are awake and have been working on yourselves, and they will need your help. The help that you are providing humanity now is something that you will want to build upon in the coming months and years, as you continue to see where your light is needed on Earth, and you continue to provide what humanity is asking for.
As far as we are concerned, this practice run for the completion of the shift has gone spectacularly well, and we are very encouraged by what we are seeing and feeling there on your world.

.Spiritualism is growing in popularity as we seek more answers and comfort in these trying times. Unfortunately, no everyone is following the spiritual path for the right reasons, or in a genuine way. There is no correct way to practice your spiritualism, but there are certainly incorrect ways. Spiritual materialism is being actively encouraged at every turn.
If you’re taking on a new, enlightened path, chances are that you’ve already come across a few traps. Spirituality teaches us self-forgiveness and a non-judgemental attitude, though. Apply these principles when considering whether you have become a victim of spiritual materialism. We can all be swayed easily at times.
What Is Spiritual Materialism?
A person becomes spiritually materialistic when they develop materialistic and shallow desires in the pursuit of spirituality. The ego tends to use spiritualism for its own gain, to fulfill the need to be special or interesting.
Our egos are the parts of our identities created by external influences, like comments from others, possessions, and achievements. This conceited part of us takes advantage of spirituality. We are in an era of “new-age spiritualism”, where the original traditions are being forgotten and replaced with modern ideas – and not always good ones.
Spiritually materialistic people are likely to be using the popularity of spiritualism to boost their own sense of self. Living a spiritual kind of lifestyle gives some people a feeling that they are above others, sometimes even God-like. Instagram “gurus” are popular but are, in fact, benefitting from spiritual materialism.
If your spiritualism requires the rest of the world seeing it, sponsorships and merchandise, then it’s likely not spiritualism at all. It’s pandering to a market the world seems to want right now.
We’re often sold “tools” to further our spiritual journey, but these things only add to the materialism. True spiritualism happens within and doesn’t require external resources. We convince ourselves that we need “things” to boost our connection with the spiritual realm, but these things only boost our ego and decay our self-awareness. We show off our possessions like trophies, to compete with others to prove who is the most spiritual.
Why Is Shallow Spirituality a Problem Today?
Spiritualism is a deep and personal experience. It is all about finding your inner strength, inner truth, and inner peace. When you add materialism into the mix, it becomes shallow and superficial.
Being spiritual has become fad-like these days and proving how spiritual we are is becoming a competition. You might notice more people are attending retreats or workshops and posting about it all over social media. Surely, this undermines the purpose? Spiritualism teaches us to be happy with ourselves and not compare our lives to others. A truly spiritual person does not need to use their experiences for attention, their experience is sacred and personal.
Aside from using spiritualism for materialistic gain, some people also use it to rid themselves of their troubles. True spiritual gurus encourage the use of spiritualism to become comfortable with suffering. Spiritual materialists assume that methods such as yoga and meditation will prevent ever having to experience hardship.
This is not realistic and not what the original spiritualists had intended. Spiritual practices are there to have you develop self-awareness and learn to be peaceful even in times of trouble. Spiritual materialism encourages the avoidance of suffering, which closes us off from the world – a total contrast to genuine spiritualism.
Arguably the most concerning problem with spiritual materialism is that it leads to cultural appropriation and fetishization of particular countries. Backpackers head off to countries like Thailand, India, and Vietnam to “embrace” the spiritual culture. Unfortunately, these people tend to pick and choose the traditions they like and ignore those they don’t.
This can be offensive to the traditional spiritualists who devote their lives to religions like Buddhism. Spiritually materialistic people travel to these countries to take photos posing in front of sacred monuments – instead of respecting the culture’s wishes.
Are You a Victim of Spiritual Materialism?
There are a few ways to tell if you’ve fallen victim to this superficial, materialistic spirituality. Approach the idea with an open mind and a judgment-free attitude. If you notice elements of yourself reflected in the signs, forgive heavily and correct gently. Spiritualism only ever teaches self-improvement for your own gain, not to compare yourself to others.
Shopping
There is no part of spiritualism that encourages money spending. You should be able to practice spiritualism no matter your financial status. Whether it’s expensive retreats or small trinkets, no genuine spiritualist would require any external “tools”.
Traditional spiritualists would shudder at the notion that you have to spend your money to be a “better” spiritualist. Some teachings, like apps and books, might require payment, and while they’re great additions, they aren’t essential. There are plenty of free resources out there provided by true believers who want spiritualism to be accessible to everyone.
Sharing
We love oversharing on social media, but we love to show off even more. For example, the Instagram hashtag #spiritualist is filled with odd quotes and unrelated selfies. It’s cool to be spiritual, and this leads to people sharing it more than they practice it.
You might have fallen victim to spiritual materialism if you spend time wondering how you can curate your posts to appear more spiritual. The spiritual journey is a personal experience and doesn’t require you to share it with others.
Forcing
It is possible to overdo it on the meditation. Spiritually materialistic people tend to force themselvesinto practicing spirituality even when their minds and bodies don’t really want it. This is because they want to be the most spiritual, and surely you can’t do that if you don’t put in the hours?
Spirituality should be a journey you take at your own pace, through thought and self-discovery. Some critics even mention hallucinogenic drugs as a part of spiritual materialism, as users tend to force and expect epiphanies. You should be able to reach enlightenment and understand your true purpose without any outside help, it is within you.
Spiritual materialism is easy to fall into in this modern world.
We’re told we need stuff in order to be the best, but no one tells us there is no best. Take your new spiritual journey in your own stride and always remember that everything you need is already with you. No amount of force, travel or excessive practice will bring it to you any faster. Focus on your own thoughts and your own progress.

.Spirituality can be a very vague term and has many unique definitions depending on who you ask. It is often assumed to be connected to religions, but some might disagree. Spiritual atheists aren’t religious at all but instead, believe in “spirit” by another definition.
To put it simply, a spiritual person is someone who is not concerned with material matters. They are concerned about the universe itself and use this feeling to navigate their days. This can be called an “energy”. We all have our own energy, as does the universe. Energy can be a feeling, an emotion, or just a “vibe”.
What Is a Spiritual Atheist?
A spiritual atheist is someone who, unlike a religious person, does not believe in any “God”. Instead, they believe in a higher consciousness that cannot be represented as a physical being. They believe the universe governs itself through actions and intentions.
This spirit flows amongst us all and connects everyone and everything on every scale, from minor coincidences to major global changes. Spiritual atheists believe each person has a soul that should be tended to, and a hard to define spirit which flows amongst us, similar to the energy, but more personal and unique to the individual.
Spiritual atheists believe in ideas like Karma, which govern us through consequences equal to our actions. If you put good into the universe, you will have a good life in return. This contrasts with the religious idea that God decides our fate.
Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson considers himself a spiritual atheist and in one famous quote, explains why the universe connects us all and why our lives are more meaningful than they might seem at times.
He says: “We are all connected; To each other, biologically. To the earth, chemically. And to the rest of the universe, atomically.”
In our modern times, religion is becoming less popular, especially among young people. The advances in science can make religion seem unappealing, and yet still, we crave meaning. Spiritual atheists find meaning in their lives through devotion to the universe, others and themselves. Their purpose is to improve, nurture and learn in order to reach their true path.
The Butterfly Effect
Spiritual Atheism can be linked to the Butterfly Effect – both a spiritual and physics-based theory. Spirituality and science are becoming more linked, and this is no exception.
The butterfly effect tells us that the tiniest of actions, such as a butterfly flapping its wings, can have massive impacts. It may be far in the future or far away, but every action has a reaction.
In spiritual terms, this means a spiritual atheist is more compassionate and considerate of the world around them as well as themselves. They are aware of their actions and behave intentionally to influence the world in their chosen way.
How Does a Spiritual Atheist Think?
Spiritual atheists are more aware of their thoughts and mental state than others. They may practice meditation to help them understand themselves and discover their true purpose.
They are deep thinkers and often philosophers. It means that they seek to answer the most important questions in life without relying on the idea of a physical God. Instead, they take responsibility for their own lives.
Spiritual atheists govern their own lives using their own rules, which typically develop around their core values and priorities. These tend to include matters such as kindness and compassion for other beings.
These values dictate their behavior in order to create positive karma for themselves and add positivity to the world around them. This differs greatly from religion, where the rules they must live by are dictated in scripture.
The beliefs of spiritual atheists are similar to those of the Buddhists. Buddhism is a path to enlightenment and living life well. It is often misunderstood as worshiping Buddha, but true believers will note that the intention is to follow in his path, not pray and devote themselves to him.
Why Spiritual Atheism Makes Sense
Ultimately, being a spiritual atheist is a way to add meaning and value to your life without relying on the structure of religion and debating the rules it sets. For matters such as the clothes we wear and even the food we eat, religion can feel outdated. Spirituality allows us to stay connected to the universe and each other without the obstacle’s religion brings.
The issue of an all-powerful and almost supernatural “god” choosing who lives or dies or suffers and succeeds is widely debated. With spirituality, we understand that we are in charge of what happens to us.
Through matters like Karma, the butterfly effect and responsibility, we dictate what happens to us. It also brings comfort to the suffering we don’t feel we deserve, by explaining that the universe cannot always be predicted.
We put faith in the idea that everything happens for a reason, even if we can’t see it yet. Each moment of our lives is connected, and one tragedy could change our lives for the better eventually.
Why It Encourages Self-Improvement
Spiritual atheism encourages self-betterment, while some complain that religion does not. Instead of reliance on an external God to “guide us”, we take responsibility for our own actions and the consequences involved. This encourages compassion for our fellow beings, the desire to work on ourselves and more self-awareness.
Spiritual atheism can seem to be a complicated concept and may differ in the mind of each person, but it is simple at heart. It is the belief that the universe is connected and that our actions, thoughts, and intentions have an impact on ourselves, others and the world around us.
Spiritual atheists believe in being positive influences on all scales to better themselves and the way they live. They work towards enlightenment, which will allow them to discover their true purpose on this Earth.
Between this and their values and morals, a spiritual atheist will devote their lives to achieving these goals and living as fully and as well as possible.
