.Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very excited to witness the tremendous leaps forward that many of you are making at this time. Now, often we speak to you as a collective. We speak about all of humanity and what you are experiencing as a group, but right now we are speaking to those of you who as individuals have been riding the waves that have been coming in from the far reaches of the Milky Way Galaxy. There are many amongst the awakened collective who have been able to take in the energies that the human collective has been summoning over these past several months.
You are able to connect more easily now because of the amplified desires of your fellow humans, and you are also able to heal more quickly, no matter what your ailment, because of the summoning that humankind has been doing. Now, you as the beneficiaries are now going to take what you are downloading, what you are receiving, and you are going to share those energies with the rest of the collective in all of the various ways that you have of doing so.
Now is the time to be sharing your wisdom, your practices, the different ways that you have of being grounded, being open, and being ready to receive from all of the various star systems in this galaxy. You are making very nice connections with your e.t. friends, and those connections will continue as the summoning, the asking, continues. And it will continue, as your fellow humans seek to feel safe, protected, and secure financially. Tell others about your success, and don’t be afraid to do so.
People need to understand that it is possible to thrive when you work with energy, and the more you thrive, the more curious they will be about your secrets, your approaches to living on planet Earth at this very peculiar time in human history. We have said it before, and we will say it again. You are the ones to lead humanity at this time, and we are here to support you, and of course, we will continue to do so.

As a continuation from last week’s energy update, I bring you some fresh downloads from the Universe to help you understand the Ascension process on a deeper level.
Whether noticed on a collective or individual level, the Ascension process is comprised of three main facets: transformation, transmutation, and activation.
Transformation refers to the process of evolution occurring within the relationship between your perception of life and the environment in view. This means nothing occurs by chance and everything has been orchestrated by the highest intelligence within you. It’s an intelligence that is always present but never something the ego can tangibly name, grip, coerce, or control.
Transformation is a word ensuring you that while everything changes, it can only change you for the better, even if the ‘better you’ it inspires has yet to be seen. In order for the evolutionary growth and expansion of transformation to occur, there must be oscillating periods of transmutation and activation.
Transmutation is the healing result of being triggered by the exact circumstances that bring up suppressed clusters of emotions that were never felt fully from the past or honored for their role in your healing journey.
During transmutation phases, it often feels like endless rounds of energetic purging. It is much like an emotional form of detoxification. Through the eyes of the Universe, whenever in the throes of transmutation, you are always in the right place at the right time for the exact healing that needs to be triggered and released.
While many people want to be in charge of releasing the emotions that feel so exposing or uncomfortable, the clearing of emotions during moments of transmutation is a role for your guides and angels to fulfill. In order to give your guides permission to clear each emotional layer, your essential role is to offer permission through the freedom of your will by how you welcome such feelings as an ally of evolution instead of bypassed as an enemy to avoid.
As your nervous system relaxes during phases of transmutation, you are able to interpret each spontaneous emotional release less as a trauma or invasion, and more as an opportunity to befriend the feelings that eagerly await returning to Source through the permission of your most authentic acceptance. Again, it’s not a matter of trying to like each feeling or how it feels when such feelings erupt, but to accept the role of each emotion as a helper and catalyst in the transmutation phase of your Ascension process.
As greater space is opened throughout your subconscious mind, due to the emotional purging clearing out densities recorded in your cellular memory– much like the changing of a season– from transmutation comes the opposite experience of activation.
During moments of activation, a greater awareness has more emotional space to move into your energy field to offer greater perspectives and inspirations to help you get to know this newly-upgraded you. While activation often comes with moments of elation and profound moments of clarity, there is a dance going on in the background where the frequency of this new consciousness must meld into harmony with the nervous system.
When the nervous system requires extra time to welcome the frequency of activated consciousness, it is often interpreted by the physical body as tension, anxiety, pain, drain, and/or a suppressed immune system. This is often why so many lightworkers are exhausted which I described in the previous Energy Update as “Empath Fatigue.”
Understandably so, it can be maddening to oscillate back and forth between intense emotional releases and learning how to function in newly-activated levels of consciousness, much like someone acclimating their breathing to life at a higher altitude.
And yet, you have seen so much of this journey through to such a pivotal degree, there is no turning back nor would you truly want to go back to an outdated reality you no longer fit into or resonate with — no matter how desirable or romantic it seems in retrospect.
As the seasons of transmutation and activation orbit in and out of your reality, sometimes by the day or even by the hour, the past 5 days has seen a tremendous upgrade to many people’s third eye chakra. While many believe a third eye activation only occurs with prophetic visions of the future, the very evidence of it opening to a greater degree feels like the opposite.
Many empaths who have undergone extensive third eye activations and upgrades experience a sense of their mind spinning. You may have noticed this in an inability to make decisions even of the smallest degree, or in your vacillating back and forth between various options.
This can, of course, trigger moments of intense irritability, frustration, anger, resentment, as well as a variety of negative self-talk which perfectly coincides with additional layers of transmutation being cleared out of your field on an energetic and emotional level.
When undergoing activations and upgrades to your third eye chakra, it is best to rest your mind from needing to know: “What is happening?”… “What’s the truth in all of this?”… “What do I do?” …“Where do I go from here?” As these questions are surrendered to give your energy field enough room to process the activations taking place, you can assist the process by repeating this healing mantra to yourself as often as needed:
“I don’t know what’s happening and that’s okay. I’m safe and one with the light exactly as I am.”
As empaths complete this third eye activation and continue to clear space in the cellular body through the ongoing transmutation process, more and more of your transformed reality begins to peek through the curtains from the inside out.
With a desire to see this Ascension process through, for the benefit of your journey and to further inspire the expansion of the whole, it is essential to take each step forward as authentically and mindfully as possible. This means to approach each step with reverence and respect, even when the feelings felt or the circumstances at hand seem anything but respectful in nature.
Whether your mind has been: spinning and unable to make decisions, going back and forth on what to do, having the experience of sudden migraine headaches, and or experiencing an increase in emotional triggers, greater frustration for your patterns or the conditioning of others, I assure you…it is all a part of a greater third eye activation to help you notice a wider spectrum of choices and perspectives that often come into your awareness as you let go of needing to see or know more than this moment provides.
As this deep letting go inspires greater transmutation to clear out space where the vibration of fear can no longer reside, you are ushered through a corridor of light to enter the most exciting timelines that all previous lifetimes prepared you to enter.
This is the shift of the ages. It is the dawning of a global spiritual renaissance activated by the rapid expansion of a transforming humanity.
It is the very mission you came to fulfill on behalf of Mother Earth as our way of saying ‘thank you’ for all the space she has held for each of us throughout all cycles of birth and death.
Whether you are still experiencing moments of emotional purging, empathic fatigue, greater emotional sensitivities, profound activations that haven’t quite integrated into a functional way of being, an oscillation between these extremes, or perhaps even suspicious of spontaneous bursts of radiance and wellness you feel, this is unquestionably the most intense time to be alive on planet Earth.
During this time, it is essential to be easy on yourself, as patient with your healing journey and others as possible, and maintain a life rooted in the simplicity of prayer, intention-setting, greater moments of surrender, and moments of authentic forgiveness for those who wronged you or humanity.
In my next Energy Update, I will outline intention-setting, as a step-by-step process from a 5D perspective. Until then, may you breathe in the joy of the Universe’s highest plan for you, while breathing out all that your guides are ready to release from your field.

Each thought that you think is making an incremental change to your trajectory of your world.
Everyone is experiencing this world differently.
Each person is moving through this shift differently.
You are creating your own experience with every thought, feeling, word and action.
The more you become aware of the power of your thoughts, the more you are able to being in charge of your experience and world.
You are then able to be more in control of your thoughts.
When you think the same thoughts consistently, a powerful momentum is being created towards your manifestation.
At the beginning, it might not look like things are changing towards what you wish to create, but in the unseen world, your new experience has been created.
Now, you simply need to become a vibrational match to the new experience by continuing to tend to your consistent thought.
Ask yourself:
“Does this thought agree with what I want to experience?”
Another important part of creating your new and improved experience is to be very diligent with what you are allowing into your awareness, through conversations and media of any kind.
Do your conversations and what you are reading and watching on your media agree with what you want to experience?
When you do come across something that doesn’t agree with what you want to experience, don’t give power to the “Illusion” of your reality.
It is similar to a virtual reality, a computer game.
It can change in the blink of an eye.
And you are in the powerful position to choose how your game is being experienced.

At this time, the grand restructuring of your planet has begun to accommodate the higher vibrational frequencies that have been established now.
Many things are changing now and the more open you are to change, the easier this transition will become.
Remember, that all is in Divine Order.
It might not look like it, but when you continue to hold the vision for the New Earth, all will fall into place in Divine Order.
Old structures are falling away to make room for a new way of life.
This new way of life is going to propel you forward in your Ascension process.
It is a new way to live in this world in regards to how to eat, work, socialize, love, uplift, collaborate and create.
The more you become an uplifter for others, the more you allow all good things to flow to you.
What do you perpetuate on your social media and in your conversations?
Whatever you are sharing on social media, more of it will be created.
When you are sharing all the positive things that are coming out of this current situation, the more your vibrational frequencies will rise and you will draw to you more good things.
When you are sharing negative things, it lowers your vibrational frequencies and you will draw to you more negative things.
This is your opportunity to take a determined stand to create your new reality with every moment.
Tend to your energy field when you get up, when you go to sleep and anytime in between.
Your energy field becomes more and more sensitive and when you have the determination to be of a high vibrational frequency, you will accelerate your well being on all levels.
Tend to your inner peace and calmness as much as you can.
As this restructuring is taking place, choose the world you wish to live in.
Choose it with your focus and your energy.
Choose it with Love.

Dear Ones,
Perhaps the past few days, you noted what you once considered miracles, perhaps not. Such does not matter for miracles are in the air.
No longer do you need to chant, hope, and wish. For your life is rapidly evolving to more like a genie in a bottle than the hopes and desperation of 3D. Maybe this thought is disconcerting because you have not yet tapped into your personal inner genie, or you do not believe such is possible.
So it is you fear what might or might not happen. Perhaps you believe you are not of this transition. Or, if you are, you are the one who cannot do what others do. Such is merely a continuation of 3D beliefs that you are not good enough or wise enough to be at the forefront of anything. Your memories return to the 3D times you were considered odd or to the times you and others believed you could never succeed in 3D. A self-sacrificing belief you picked up from your family, community, or other 3D places.
Perhaps you continue to cower in the corner waiting for someone to tell you that you can. We are and have been doing so for years now. So it is you must address your 3D block. No one can do it for you.
You are wise beyond all 3D knowledge. You are more powerful than any 3D being. But if you wish to continue cowering in the corner, that is your right. You can no longer be in two worlds, so you must choose to be in that corner with no power, no skills, and a limited personality as you likely have done for eons. Or you can accept your power and declare to the world that who you were in 3D, is no longer.
This is not rocket science. It is merely you discovering how talented you are in the Universes and, more importantly, now, of the earth.
You are no longer a student, a ‘patsy,’ a cowering human. You are a glorious god/goddess of the Universes.
So stop your whining. Stop waiting for someone to give you the right to be that god/goddess. Stop pretending you are less than you are to fit within a 3D earth group. It is time for you to be.
We have urged something similar in the past. The difference is, in the past, you would have been declared different. Such is not true now. Others will merely wonder why you do not have the courage to be.
Some of you might whine – and whine is the correct term – that you have too much to lose, that others will not like you, that you might do something in your new being that will destroy your career, relationship, or whatever else you wish to hold onto despite your discomfort.
Enough. You no longer need to cower whenever someone wealthier or seemingly stronger addresses you in a subservient manner. That is not to say you must respond, but instead that such pettiness is no longer that important. For it is similar to you worrying about spending a dollar when you have ten billion dollars. Silly. And so is your need to pretend that you are not as powerful and creative as you are.
The energies now pummeling the earth are building your confidence, skills, and self-love. Such energies are not accidental. For it is time to become your true being. Of course, not everyone will accept or understand you. Would 3D you not have felt the same discovering your maid was a powerful Universal entity?
Such is who you are now. You are not the cowering 3D human you have come to accept and expect. Nor are you a narcissistic coward who must prove they are better than others. You are merely you with new thoughts and actions. Both of which no longer need to be hidden or forced.
Accept yourself for who you are. And expect that those you wish to interact with will also. Throw away the 3D disguises that have served you well for eons. Accept that you are no longer that person and will never be again. And then accept that you are indeed your own genie in a bottle capable of creating first a joyful personal life and then, a world of joy. Such is what you have been pining for eons. That time is now. Throw away your disguises. Allow who you are to come out in full force. It is beyond time for you to do so.
Many of you believed if you allowed your true power to be displayed while of the earth, you would not fit in, that you would be isolated, mistreated, and alone. Such was true before. Even though you now have full Universal capabilities while of the earth, many of you pretend that you do not.
You must shift your thoughts from hiding yourself to expansion. To fully display your skills – both old and new. For you are not growing a tail or turning blue, you are remaining in your 3D body with a new life approach while of earth. Allow that thought to ramble throughout your being. And then encourage your cells and belief systems to adapt to new you. It is as if some of you are living in the 1800s, refusing to acknowledge any invention created after1900. You could do so, of course, but why would you want to?
It is time for you to fully accept yourself while of the earth, including creating the life of joy you have experienced in many other locations. You are no longer of 3D, and there is no need for you to pretend that you are. Enjoy your new world, your new life, as you meant to before entering earth in this lifetime. “Why deny yourself?” is your new mantra and life.
Some of you will comment that not everyone can be this or that. Of course not. But then, such is a 3D concept that has nothing to do with your unique skills and interests. You are not like anyone. And thinking you might be indicates you are holding onto 3D fears and beliefs that have nothing to do with your new being.
Dare to be you by following your joy and all will fall into place perfectly and easily. Try to retain your 3D fears, and your road will be bumpy and limited to your 3D capabilities.
So be it. Amen.
