9 Signs You Have Mean World Syndrome and How to Fight It

.There’s an unwritten rule we all tend to assume. The rule is ‘the more violence a person views on TV, the more violent their tendencies are in real life’. But one person believed the reverse to be true. That in fact, the more violent the media, the more frightened we become. This is Mean World Syndrome.
What Is Mean World Syndrome?
Mean World Syndrome describes a psychological bias where a person believes the world is a more violent place because they watch a large amount of violence on TV.
Mean World Syndrome is based on the research of Hungarian Jewish journalist George Gerbner. Fascinated by the influence of violence on TV on our perceptions of society, Gerbner wondered why, if we are all now consuming larger amounts of violence on TV are the real-life crime figures dropping.
How to Spot the Signs of Mean World Syndrome?
You might think to yourself that there’s no way you would succumb to this way of thinking, but here are just some of the signs of Mean World Syndrome:
- Do you believe that most people are just looking out for themselves?
- Would you be afraid of walking through your neighbourhood at night?
- Are you cautious when interacting with strangers?
- Would you cross the road if you saw a man of ethnic minority approaching you?
- Do you think people should go home to their native countries?
- Are most people out to take advantage of you?
- Would you be unhappy if a Latino or Hispanic family moved in next-door?
- Do you avoid people of different ethnic backgrounds?
- Do you always tend to watch the same types of programme i.e. horror, gore?
Violence and TV: What Leads Us to Develop Mean World Syndrome?
We tend to think of the TV as an innate and harmless form of entertainment. It sits in our living rooms, we turn it on to appease bored children, or it remains on in the background unnoticed. But TV has changed throughout the decades.
For instance, I’m 55 years old now, and I remember the very first time I watched The Exorcist. It frightened me for nights on end. I happened to show the film to a few friends who were twenty or so years younger than me, expecting them to have the same visceral reaction. But they just laughed.
It’s easy to see why. Films like Hostel show a woman’s eyes blowtorched in graphic detail. In contrast, Linda Blair’s turning head just looks comical.
I think we can agree that TV and films, in particular, portray violence in a much more graphic way these days. But the majority of us watch violence like this on TV and do not turn into serial killers. And this is what interested Gerbner.
See Violence, Commit Violence?
Historically, psychologists focused on whether those who had been exposed to media violence would be more likely to commit violence in real life. Gerbner believed exposure to media violence was far more complex. He suggested that consuming media violence is more likely to make us scared and fearful. But why?
Gerbner found that people with moderate to heavy TV and media viewing habits were more likely to believe they would be a victim of violence. They were also more worried about their personal security. They were less likely to go out in their own neighbourhood at night.
These responses differed greatly from people with light viewing habits. In this case, light viewers had a more rounded and generous view of society.
“Our studies have shown that growing up from infancy with this unprecedented diet of violence has three consequences, which, in combination, I call the “mean world syndrome.” What this means is that if you are growing up in a home where there is more than say three hours of television per day, for all practical purposes you live in a meaner world – and act accordingly – than your next-door neighbour who lives in the same world but watches less television.” Gerbner
So What Exactly Is Going On?
There’s a historical view of media and TV violence that we viewers are passive in our entertainment. We are like sponges, soaking up all the gratuitous violence. This old view suggests that TV and media fire information like a bullet into our minds. That TV and media can control us like automatons, feeding our minds with subliminal messages.
Gerbner saw things differently. He did believe that TV and media played a crucial role in the way we view society. But not one where we are encouraged to commit violent acts. One where we ourselves are scared and frightened by what we see.
How Mean World Syndrome Is Cultivated in Our Society
According to Gerbner, the problem lies in how this violence is portrayed on TV and in the media. It intersperses with banal content. For example, one minute, we are watching an advert for bleach or nappies, and the next, we see a news item that someone’s daughter has been abducted, raped, and dismembered.
We switch from one shocking news story to comedies, from a graphic horror film to a cute animal cartoon. And it is this constant switching between the two that normalises the violence we see. And when mass media normalises something as awful as a child abduction we don’t feel safe anymore.
We assume that this is the world we live in now. It’s that old news saying: “If it bleeds, it leads.” News channels focus on the most violent crimes, movies find new ways to shock us, even local news prefer gore and horror to cute stories about rescue puppies.
Violence Is Normal
Gerbner realised that it was the normalisation of violence, he called it ‘happy violence’ that cultivates a fearful society. In fact, there is a direct correlation between the amount of TV a person watches and their level of fear.
Mass media saturates us with graphic images, horrific stories, and frightening storylines. News channels remind us about the ‘War on Terror’, or the consequences of the coronavirus, all while glaring mugshots of offenders pierce through our collective consciousness.
It’s not surprising we are afraid to go outside our own homes. This cultivated fear shapes us into victimhood.
TV and Media Are the New Storytellers
Yet, you could say that we come across violence in fairy tales as children, or in Shakespeare’s play as teenagers. That we need to acknowledge violence as part of what’s good and bad about society. However, we are told fairy tales by a parent who provides context or comfort should we become upset. Shakespeare plays often have a moral story or ending which is discussed in class.
There is no parent or teacher advising us when we view violence portrayed in mass media. Moreover, this violence is often sensationalised, it’s delivered in a spectacular way. It’s often portrayed as humorous or sexy. As a result, we become indoctrinated with this constant flow saturation.
We Are Born into Viewing Violence
Gerbner stated that we are born into this saturation. There is no before or after viewing violence, we grow up with it, and from a very early age. In fact, children view around 8,000 murders by the age of 8 years old, and around 200,000 violent acts by the time they are 18.
All this violence adds up to a pervasive narrative we believe to be true. Each TV programme, every news story, all those films add up to a seamless and continuous dialogue. One that tells us the world is a scary, frightening, and violent place to live in.
The reality, however, is much different. According to the Justice Dept., murder rates are down 5% and violent crime is at an all-time low, having dropped 43%. Despite this, coverage of murders increased by 300%.

How to Fight Mean World Syndrome?
There are lots of ways you can control how you feel about the society you inhabit.
- Limit the amount of TV and media you view.
- Alternate between different types of programmes, e.g. comedy and sport.
- Remember, the majority version of violence presented by the media is a small minority of real life.
- Use different kinds of media to access information, i.e. books, journals.
- Get the facts from reliable sources so you don’t over-estimate the amount of violence in the world.
- Ask yourself, who benefits from perpetuating the myth of mass fear?
Final Thoughts
It’s easy to see how we can become enveloped in Mean World Syndrome. Every day we are bombarded with the most gruesome facts and images. These present a distorted view of the world.
The problem is if we only see the world through fear-tinted glasses, solutions to our problems will be based solely around this fear. And we could end up imprisoning ourselves for no good reason.

I am Sanat Kumara, it's been a while since my last message, which I delivered to humanity, it was at the beginning of Coronavirus.
Today, I am glad to be here and I would like to share my wisdom with all of you. It has been rocky, fearful and unexpected times for you dear ones. I understand, that a lot things happened and changed for you. The Coronavirus was brought on humanity for a reason to create chaos, bring fear, and to eliminate the human population. As you see right now, the Dark Forces plan didn't work too well. They wanted to destroy and kill most of the people on Earth and of course to attack and destroy your well being by bringing uncertainty to your life and making you fearful and uncertain. The Negative Forces are losing their battle, because their plans keep failing, and all this propaganda by their media, who are trying to scare everyone is also not working, they are loosing and they will continue to lose.
The human race started with fear, because they couldn't understand, why suddenly they were loosing their jobs, got closed and locked in their homes. All of the countries on the planet where told to stay home because of this Coronavirus. The virus, which was superficially created and let out into to the world, as Ashtar of Galactic Federation Commander mentioned to you already, so you know the details, how everything was done on purpose to scare you to death, so you would follow the orders of your governments. Your government leaders were exposed and they could not hide their true agenda, if you had any doubts before and were wondering, if they were ever on your side and really tried to help you, now you can see clearly that they are not on your side, they never were and never will be. All of the government ever wants for you is to be constantly in fear, so they can control you, it's all about power and control over you and nothing else.
How do you deal with that, you know very well how, it's very simple, not to listen to what they say and follow your own discernment, what makes sense to you on how you want to live your life and not the way they tell you to live. You know that your governments have been lying to you for thousands and thousands of years, telling you lie after lie. They never cared about you to give you, what you deserve and what is your right. Your right is to be free, live abundantly and in peace. Instead you got stress and more stress and your always worried about how your going to pay your bills, while working hard and being unsatisfied with your job. These times are coming to an end and each day brings you closer and closer to the real date, to the date when you will be completely free, and there will be no more control from your governments or anybody else.
In the meantime, what you can do, just don't let fear take over you, don't trust your mass media or your government leaders, just meditate. I know you heard from many Ascended Masters to meditate, yes, to meditate, to raise your energies and vibration, to maintain your energies, because if you don't, it's hard to stay in this 3D reality in a high vibration, so not to let anything bother you or cause you to be fearful. We, all of us the Ascended Masters, Galactic Federation, Prime Creator and etc. have been working very hard to help you with your Ascension to bring this process to the end to the final destination, so please help us by doing simple things, what I mentioned by having faith in yourselves and us, and by meditating.
I am glad to be here, because I can tell you my message and let you know that I have been always on your side, and I am doing what I can to help you to move to The New Age, The Golden Age and close this chapter of enslavement in your life behind you. Also, I would like to ask you please don't get vaccinated by your doctors, because they are going to put poison in your vaccination. Don't trust your government, they have been lying to you for so long, why would they suddenly now do something good for you, it's only going to be benefit them. Especially these doctors who come on TV and preach about how wonderful they are, and that they want to save you and help you. They are not looking for your best interest that's for sure, they have their own agenda, which is to destroy humanity and nothing else. Humans have been nothing, but subjects for the Dark Ones to experiment on all their fear tactics, they have been exploiting, torturing and killing human beings.
The good news are that some abused children have been rescued and brought out of the tunnels in different parts of world to the light and are being taken care of by trying to bring them back to life, healing them and ensuring them that their nightmare is over and that it will never repeat again.
I am aware that these times have been very difficult for you. I am asking you please, don't give up, just keep going and be strong, believing that these bad times, what you had will end and the light will shine through the darkness, and everything and everybody will be restored to the light and healed from all this misery that humanity has experienced for so many years, I don't even want to mention how many years because you know yourselves it has been too long. I want you to reach the destination where you will be happy, in peace, creating what you love and living long lives, not how you live now. You leave your physical body in a very early age, for us, it's like your a baby and your leaving your body so soon. We all live long lives, this is how it's been created by Prime Creator, that our bodies and our souls never die. It only happens here and on other similar planets, where life has been cut short and taken away sooner than it's suppose to. We live forever, there is no such thing as death.
I am really happy that these rough times and Dark Ones control over human civilization are ending, and I am happy to be part of this process, that I can be here and deliver through this channel my message, because this message represents all of us. All of us on the other side, you call that beyond the veil, but this veil is getting thinner and thinner. Information for you and everyone else is coming in more and more, soon all of your memories will be restored, and you will remember all of your lives, and who you were then and who you are now. You got stuck here and lost all your memories, and didn't really know that you have been living long lives here on planet Earth, in the galaxy and other galaxies. Everything was taken away from you, the Negative Ones erased everything from your consciousness and kept you in the dark, because they didn't want you know who you are. You are a spiritual being like us and you have amazing and magical powers, and you don't need to be living like a slave.
A lot of you got awaken in different parts of the world since this lockdown happen. You starting to questioning, why I need to be sitting home, is the virus really there or not, are people really dying, and how many are dying from the virus and how many are not. The information has been delivered to you not truthfully, it was manipulated, and the news gave what they wanted to give you, so in reality nobody knows for sure how many people really died from the Coronavirus, and how many people died from something else. Every person who died, they were counting as from the Coronavirus, no matter what symptoms they had, so please understand, you can't expect the truth from your government and your news media, who have been misleading humanity for so long.
I am looking forward to when you will start speaking the truth yourselves and start saying, I had enough of this, I am not putting up with it anymore. You will say, I know what my rights are and I know that I have the right to be free, prosperous and be happy. I am happy that awaking is taking place across globally, more and more people are getting awake and questioning daily, why things are the way they are in this world. It's the greatest and the most rewarding times for human civilization.
When you will cross that line and will be in 5D and you won't need to live anymore in 3D, then you will see, understand and appreciate even more your freedom in this new reality, where you will be happy and nothing will bother you, make you sad or put you in despair. You will be creating for the good of your civilization in unity and not in separation.

.The word ‘pandemic’ bears a similarity to the word ‘panic’ and indeed ‘pandemonium’. In fact ‘pandemic’ evokes an almost instant flush of fear in those easily manipulated by mass media, before any details have even touched the surface or context in which the word is being used.
Those who plan the major moves on the chessboard of covert human control know that by leading with the word ‘pandemic’ they have an instantly effective weapon at their disposal to psychologically weaken the resistance of individuals vulnerable to irrational and impressionistic mindsets.
So, in a world heavily conditioned by the proclamations of the mass media, the fear weapon has a huge psychological power.
As we have all witnessed over the past months, the coronavirus story has been unleashed with barely contained lascivious delight by news media under orders from the purveyors of malevolent missions against mankind. Pumped-up to maximum volume and dispersed globally, the deliberately designed fear message has the instant effect of making the majority of people feel powerless. The Big problem is at large – and we the people feel small. This is the beginning of an entrapment which colours every aspect of daily life.
Most of humanity has undergone a process of education which depends for its effectiveness on the perceived power of some ‘authority’ to exert an unquestioned controlling influence over the general direction of the life. A source of influence that depends for its continuing effectiveness on never being subjected to rational scrutiny, or genuine examination of any kind. Such is the beguiling power of full-on indoctrination.
In the battle now raging for ‘who controls the world’, some of the largely hidden or disguised controlling agents of planetary life – are now appearing on the surface. And that’s why chaos and fear are very much ‘flavour of the month’. The Corona Contagion is chock full of idiosyncrasies; in fact there are so many nonsensical factors associated with media attempts to report on what’s going on, that one can only feel dazed and confused should one try and follow the script in real-time.
However, what has become all too clear is the fact that large numbers of people are being herded – and are not resisting. The scare tactics being employed are more dangerous than the virus that is the excuse for deploying them. Under this induced state of psychosis all manner of tricks can be perpetrated on mankind – and that is precisely what we are witnessing at this time.
Many reading this will already be familiar with the ambitions of the controlling deep state ‘elite’ and will know that a pre-planned phase of social and economic chaos is a key factor in their attempted roll-out of totalitarian New World Order. We are now in this phase. Its success depends upon a large body of people following the instructions passed down by the political puppets of the deep state and by the cowardly repetition of these instructions by the mainstream media.
Once again, the fear card plays a key role. This time, in keeping a constant level of anxiety and hysteria on the boil, while working to ensure that those able to recognise the true nature of the scam are coerced into not stepping out of line, thereby risking their job, security or status within the rigidly enforced master/slave relationship of the status quo.
The whole sick edifice maintains its momentum based upon pure top-down deception and exploitation. Yet those at the receiving end largely choose to remain oblivious of the fact that they are being used and abused for the benefit of a fascist ideal. By not rebelling in the face of such treatment – but instead by complying with it – a mute populace establishes the basis of its own debasement and slavery.
These methods have been practised over and over again in the history of the world, and each time hindsight reveals the motivation to have been an obsession with power and control, and the perpetrators to be a small number of psychopathic despots. Whether taking the form of military might, religious dogma or modern-day corporate and banking control freaks, provided the drama has been well stage-managed and the ‘might has produced fright’, the hegemons get their way.
How well is the roll-out being stage-managed on this occasion – and what is the plan?
Owing to the trans-planetary link-ups that take place today, the ‘master plan’ is no longer a regional or national affair, but a global one. The main players have hatched the plot long before any of us get to know about it, and gatherings like the Davos Economic Summit and Bilderberger meetings are used to gain consensus on the timing and methods to be deployed.
In the case of Covid-19, its appearance on the scene – or at least the spreading of the story about something nasty going under this name – is timed to divert attention from the speeding-up of the installation of what are deemed to be important spokes in the creation of a totalitarian New World Order. For example, the roll-out of 5G microwave modulated WiFi; a digitalised smart grid and ‘internet of things’; a robotic transport system; facial recognition population surveillance programmes; new strains of genetically modified organisms and vaccines, and so forth. However, the predominant game plan is to ‘re-set’ global finance so as to appear to be supporting the euphemistically named Green New Deal with its holy grail ‘Zero Carbon’.
The fact that China has likely been the initial bio-weapon target, does not detract from a more widespread aim to disrupt the world economy as a whole.
The effectiveness of this disruption depends upon the greater part of the populace being swept along in a bubble of blind belief in the authenticity of the ‘virtual’ story line. A line which disguises the very actual imposition of a fascist state.
I would say that the stage-management is pretty poor this time around. The plethora of contradictory and irrational clamp-down actions being imposed in the name of containing the bogey bug stretches the credibility of the operation to the breaking point. In point of fact, it’s a farce; but a farce which involves actual deaths and the support of a police state, cannot simply be laughed-off.
Instead, it can be put under the spotlight and be seen for what it is: a planned manipulation of the people and resources of this planet, whose main goading-tool consists of the well-rehearsed art of spreading fear and panic. And this, in turn, to undermine the rational and commonsense-based gift which we have all been blessed with from birth, and which – when in good order – can clearly see through the facade and hold the line of reason and truth.
Many have seen this ‘order out of chaos’ drama coming for years. The chaos bit is with us right now and very visible. The ‘order’ is to follow and consists in the emergence of a peace maker – or peace plan – that involves the lead croupiers raking the chips off the roulette board and cashing them in to their temporary satisfaction. Thus allowing for a little holiday period in which the weak kneed can rejoice at their survival and bless the emergence of the ‘new order’, under the authority of no matter who or what, so long as they can believe that the world has been saved from anarchy and ruin.
Every one of us whose knees have not turned to jelly and whose brains have not turned to mind-controlled pulp, must take this moment to declare ourselves, boldly and resolutely with these four words: “We do not consent”.
There’s a surprise in store for the cowardly imposers of chaos – it is our time that’s coming and not theirs. For ours is the True World Order which aligns with Universal Law, not the false laws of a manipulated status quo.
It is our re-emergent marriage with Universal Truth that is going to oust this scare-loaded pandemic and all similar manifestations of dark-side deception that have gripped this planet for far too long. Our true-world-order is going to take on this obsessed and demonic dynasty, so that it stumbles, falls and fails to rise again.
Seize this auspicious moment – and let us be joined as one in an unwavering commitment to get off our knees and stand firm in the cause of defeating the ghosts of chaos and fear.

I am Ashtar Galactic Federation Commander,
I am happy to be here today and deliver you this message. It has been a while since I have been channeled through this channel. I have some new information to disclose to all of you.
First, I would like to bring your attention to the Coronavirus. I mentioned in my past message that this virus feeds on fear. Fear is a lower vibration and it feeds and mutates on fear, so remember don’t let fear take over you, as soon as you allow for that to happen the virus will thrive on you and will try to destroy your body.
There is more to it, I would like to tell you more information, you probably heard about it. When the Cabal and the rest of the Negative Ones created a program on how to destroy humanity, they were planning to release this virus, which was created a while ago, after releasing this biological weapon on humanity, they wanted for the economy to crash and then kill 95% of human population, it was called The New World Order. If you see for yourselves they failed to wipe out most of the humans on the planet and their agenda didn’t work. It had the opposite effect, a lot of you got awaken instead and you start questioning what’s really going on around you.
The Galactic Federation knew and expected this attack on the people of Earth, so we started working and trying to eliminate this threat. The virus what was released, it was not just one virus about 100 different viruses were released and they all were related to Coronavirus. This virus is actually a living entity that can live and thrive in negative energy, but as soon as it’s exposed to the light or higher vibrations it dies. I have a great suggestion for all of you, if you start meditating or being in higher vibrations by doing things that uplift your spirit then this virus will never affect you.
We are happy to announce that we were able to help humankind to prevent this catastrophic event. We eliminated more than 90% of the Coronavirus, so only a few are left that are still here around the planet, but they are going to die also, we working on that. Humanity was now able to see with their own eyes on how their governments really are. The governments showed their true colors, they really don’t care about the people at all, they only care about their own interests.
Your leaders shut down whole countries, they shut down everything they possibly could, not thinking or caring on how this was going to effect everyone. They were supposedly saving you, but actually they were saving themselves. The governments were not thinking about you on how to help you, all they were interested in was how to gain more power and control over you by taking away most of your rights. Your leaders didn’t care if you had food on the table or how you were going to pay your basic bills, all they cared about was to do their own agenda.
Also, their famous and amazing doctors you keep seeing on TV and everywhere, they are not your friends. These doctors are not here to help you, they here to put you down or to poison you, so I want to ask all of you not to get vaccinated. Don’t let anything to be put in your body, like any foreign substances, because they are not going to tell you what they are going to put in your body. They will just try to destroy your body and kill you.
I have more happier news than this virus entity. Please remember, this virus is going to suddenly disappear the same way it came and life will be different, it’s going to go to the New Age. The Golden Age what we have been talking about now for a long time, your closer than ever to reach that destination. Prime Creator has been sending a lot of energies to Earth to speed up the process of Ascension. He is trying to help you to ascend by waking up your DNA, which has been dormant for a while, some strings of your DNA are already starting to wake up, we are all ready to bring you and this planet to 5D.
I would like to let everyone know that we have just recently reunited a group of Angels who have been separated for centuries. Now, they came together and they will be helping to cleanse this planet and humanity from the Dark Ones, the Draconians and Reptilians to finish them up. We are happy to announce that these Angels already started working together as group and they are doing amazing job by cleaning up energies around the whole planet. There will be more groups who will be coming together, they will starting doing the work what they came here to do. This Angels group that I am mentioning, you will hear more about them in the near future. As of right now, I am not going to disclose their name for their protection.
Our ships have been sitting in the orbit for a while now, more than a while and now they are starting to do some movements. We just recently were able to locate the main control center set up to control humans by Reptilians. One of our special forces who is right now incarnated as a human on your planet was able to with his team to find that main control center and dismantle it, this was the last link what the Dark Ones had to mind control humanity. This link has been destroyed and it’s our pleasure and our pride to tell you that we are getting closer and closer to the finish line.
Our ships right now are moving around during certain times and doing some cleaning to the Earth grid and connecting all the grids points around the whole planet to bring energy and shell protection to your planet, so that it can’t be penetrated by the Negative Ones. As soon as we completely clean up all the entities from Mother Gaia, then that shield will be put around the planet and none of the Negative Ones or uninvited guests are going to able to land on Earth without our permission or permission from your new leaders.
I am really happy and joyful about it, because we are seeing tremendous progress happening on Earth. I am Ashtar and I am grateful for being in service to humanity. Mother Earth, we call her Gaia, Mother Crista, different names, she is already in 5D, what your seeing right now it’s just her reflection, so humanity is moving and following in her footsteps. You are now between 3rd and 5th dimension, you are right in the middle. Each day brings you closer and closer to your destination, your destination to the New Golden Age.
Regarding the funds, prosperity funds they are also on the way and I am not going to talk too much about it. Prime Creator in his next message will disclose more information on it. I am just mentioning for now, so you would be aware that everything what we said is coming your way, just trust yourself, support and love yourselves and help each other unite together and everything will be the way it was planned by Divine, Prime Creator and by everyone else who have been serving and helping you through this long Ascension Process, the first one ever in the history of the Galaxy.

Fear in Trusting God
Q. “I am inspired by your transparent information and you are one of the only spiritual leaders that speaks on satanic ritual abuse of children. Unfortunately, I have witnessed the unspeakable evil things done to them and it makes me so upset that I question how could God allow it. It makes me question if God won’t help them, how would he help me? It makes me resist God at some level and fear to trust.”
A. This is a very good question and I think that it starts in the beginning of our journey. It takes some time to understand our own relationship with God and to feel that and experience that directly. I know that this is a very common question that many people on planet Earth ask themselves and others. Many atheists will say “if there was a God this situation wouldn’t be happening”. That is why in ES I’m always talking about the importance of understanding our true hidden history and the fact that we are in a war over consciousness. This planet is essentially a prison planet. There are many basic assumptions about the history of humanity that are unknown to the general public, which make it a lot easier to think that we’ve just been abandoned here on this planet, and there is no benevolent or loving force that is here to help in such dire matters.
Once we understand the larger context, the Guardian context of understanding the quality of consciousness that we have access to on the earth, what we can embody and experience in our consciousness, is made available through an architecture, it is through a manifestation blueprint. We are essentially existing in a fallen system with damaged manifestation blueprints. The damage that has been incurred is not only in the time space matrixes and within the blended reality with AI systems, but is also compounded with understanding that this reality has been invaded by nonhuman forces. Those that have exploited the weaknesses of this architectural damage, as well as exploit the immature level of human consciousness that is existing at this point in the timeline. Because if we understand where we are as a species on planet earth, the consciousness here is very young and undeveloped. Essentially, there are extradimensional bullies that are very proficient at warfare with extremely advanced technological weaponry that is being used as a form of mind control, as a form of subjugation of the consciousness that exists here.
By intentionally erasing the identities here on this planet, we’ve all been mind-wiped, we’ve been given a false history and we’ve been given a false identity. Then one can see the set up here more accurately, it is quite dire in terms of how challenging it is for all of us, as human beings. Without our handbook, without having access to that information of where we actually come from and how there has been a small group, a domineering group that decided to take planet Earth for its own purposes, we are blinded. Whether it was for the farming, for gaining resources, for energy management, for stealing the consciousness energy here, that’s essentially what we’re dealing with now. We have been enduring this in the last 26,000 year cycle after the Luciferian Rebellion, undergoing a very dark age.
The dark eon was upon us for 26,000 years, we have come to the end of that cycle and now we are traversing in the in between zone. We’re existing in the space of no-time. We haven’t quite started the new eon, we are in a transition phase where we are undergoing the ascension cycle, but simultaneously, we are also in a war over this planet. This is something that has been described as the war over timelines because the timelines are directly related to the operation of the planetary architecture. He or she who controls the architecture also controls time. When we talk about AI and superimposed overlays of alien implants and various levels of the corruption that have occurred in the planet itself, many of us that have been listening to the ES material or our body of work for a time, understood that our planetary logos was invaded. Essentially, the brain and head of this planet was taken over and it was turned into an AI machine that could be controlled by those off planet and those that exist in the in between spaces. To create essentially a farm down here and that is what we are evolving out of right now.
We talk about the spiritual freedom and liberation of this planet, the liberation of consciousness, this is what we’re living through right now. Many of us that were indigo or starseeded came from other galaxies, came from other planetary systems, came from other universes entirely. We answered the clarion call and we came here to help and experience the end of the dark aeon. We’re working in that field of reference supporting the ascension cycle, and not only are we working for the Ascension cycle, we’re doing recon, we are taking inventory. Because the issue is someone is accountable to the architecture, these forces will be held accountable to what has happened here to enslave consciousness. It’s also relative to our lifespan being very short, we have 70 odd years down here in this particular body, in which also was a genetic modification made by the invaders to limit our life span. By the time we are old enough to get some maturity and awareness, the body has to drop, and what has been happening down here is then starting the ongoing recycling of the reincarnation process.
This is now the time of the reveal in the clarion call of that which returned the original architects to the earth, the ancient builder races that are the Christic consciousness that exists beyond this universe. Who are basically responsible for the cosmic order, let’s say in this segment of creation, and are returning back to embody on this planet in order to lead the Ascension hosting into the support of the consciousness liberation process. This is a long-term plan, because obviously when you look at the diversity in the state of consciousness today, most people still don’t understand that this reality is energetic, an electromagnetic spectrum of frequency. That consciousness energy is intelligent and we are eternal beings that are a part of this electromagnetic energy, this field of intelligent consciousness. We still have many brothers and sisters on this earth that are asleep to that fact. It is going to take some time in terms of reeducation and support for the entire planetary body to undergo evolution to another paradigm.
In looking at and understanding our hidden history, which has involved several wars such as the electric wars, one can begin to understand the damage that has been incurred in this reality. Once you start to experience this, and I think because I’m an architect and obviously feel what has happened in the consciousness of this earth, it is very clear to me that this invasion has nothing to do with God. Because God didn’t do this, people did. It is the forces that were masking themselves as gods, the advanced extraterrestrial extra dimensional races who decided they would play God. Beings like Yahweh or Thoth or Jehovah, these are Annunaki entities that decided they were superior and elite and they would be worshiped as gods by the earth inhabitants. Unfortunately, many of the people on this planet do not know that they are worshiping an alien God. But that is the setup, the negative alien agenda was to set up organized religion for this very purpose. Revelations was basically the Armageddon software that they installed to torment the human race, they were putting predictive programming in the planetary brain even 2000 years ago. Bringing this predictive programming forward because everybody was waiting for the end of the Ascension cycle in 2012, when the Galactic gates opened and the neutron window opened, because this brought in an opening access into this reality.
Another thing to understand is that this reality was closed off. It was under quarantine from the damage and it was also covered with frequency fences from these particular negative alien forces that were preventing any kind of outside interaction with our spiritual links, that blocked communication with true family members. We could get in but we couldn’t get out. There are starseeds that came here to support and do recon work while this was happening, but the gates were closed and had to wait until the end of this 2012 period in order to open the links of communication with our true family. In understanding how recent this has actually been, at least from the ES Guardian host context, this body of work and of course of my own direct experience, because basically my walk-in, my direct contact didn’t happen until 2000.
This was to prepare 12 years later for the 2012 opening where all of this ascension information needed to be synthesized, integrated and understood. Because I was essentially a sleeper for the Christ consciousness forces, not knowing who I was either. We came down here without understanding our true identity here. So, through the contact at the end of the cycle, all of the entities whether they are Luciferian, whether they are Satanic, whether they are Christic, these are the various lineages that are contacting their people. Whatever genetic material, whether it’s the Christ consciousness 12 strand DNA or the reversal 10 Black Sun DNA or it’s the Belial DNA.
Essentially everyone is attempting to contact their preferred lineages down here. Helping people to prepare for an understanding of what is happening on the earth and as we know, some of these forces are completely against and are resisting the Ascension. They don’t want to rehabilitate, they don’t want to leave their territory because they consider this planet and the inhabitants on it as property. Again, this has nothing to do with God. What has happened here in the last 26,000 years is basically dark forces run amuck with silent weapons of mind control being directed to the inhabitants of this planet to get them to be conditioned to the alien gods. They have downloaded their brains to us, they have downloaded their egoic structure. They’re trying to terraform this planet and basically genetically modified human bodies so that they can use this DNA, the Christic model. Because this body is from an original 12 strand DNA model. They are essentially hijacking Christic architecture, Christic bodies, Christic forms for their own purposes.
This is a part of the revelation of waking up to this unsavory history and determining our own orientation, our own role on this planet at this time. Feeling our purpose in terms of our incarnational purpose and why we came to this planet, and to be aligned to that in order to fulfill what we call the heroic probability of our incarnation. The reason why we came to this planet was to help through the ascension. Now obviously this is that difficult area, I’m not here to tell anybody what to think. I’m just offering information with the hope that it empowers each individual to determine their own direct relationship with God, define their own relationship with their spirit and to determine what their purpose, their divine blueprint is. Why they incarnated on this planet at this particular time and to align with that purpose now, because that’s what gives us meaning and fulfillment throughout this difficult process.
So, understanding the Satanic ritual abuse and knowing what its main purposes are, is knowing the Satanists and these entities cannot generate co-creative consciousness on their own, so they hijack ours. One of the ways they feed upon us is this horrifying method of satanic ritual abuse, which is human blood sacrifice with a propensity of their desire towards children. The children of planet Earth are targeted for multitudes of reasons, but in understanding they want children because of the purity of the source that they get from sacrificing children. Their blood, their body parts and the soul energy that comes with it, especially those under 12 and under 6.
There is a very well-organized pedophilia ring and Satanic ritual abuse ring and cannibalism ring, that is actually being dismantled over the last couple years. Thank you God. But coming to that end times scenario and also recognizing that when human beings refuse to look at what is directly in front of them because it’s too painful, or does it fit in with their belief system, which they have been mind-controlled by these alien races to believe in this false nature of reality. You can see the conundrum with that because our co-creative consciousness is being usurped, is being superimposed upon. They use us to manifest our own genocide, what we see in the outer scape today.
That means that each person has to begin to find their power within and stop giving their power to the external authorities or to these control narratives which are largely false. Because this is what keeps it in power, this is what keeps it running. As you mentioned, I have been talking about SRA and child sexual abuse and child sacrifice for a great many years, to mostly deaf ears because nobody wants to hear it, nobody wants to listen to it. I’m finally pleased that after so many years of this that more people are waking up to the reality that this indeed exists on our planet and is a main causal factor of widespread global slavery.
Because my feeling is the slavery that is in place has always been there. We are told we are free and if we believe we are free, we promote our own genocide, and now we can see that’s changing in the outer scape. More people can see the slavery that was always there. They are now just taking it to the next level in the outer levels. Recognizing that the powers that be here have had a new world order or one world order agenda for the endgame strategy, and we’re seeing that play out right now. But this has been in play since the Luciferian covenant, since basically the Luciferian rebellion even. This was always their projected timeline in terms of the timeline wars, that at the end of the 2012 cycle they would rollout this agenda.
We can see that it’s in play now and the issue is we are in the final conflict stages, there is a battle that is being waged for the consciousness of this planet. It is essentially between Christ forces and anti-Christ forces, when you understand what the Christos actually is, it’s not a planetary Christ it is a cosmic order. It goes way beyond our universe and those that decided they would imprison this planet as their own territory and enslave the inhabitants here. As a part of their consciousness enslavement breeding program, so that they could use this system as a source of energetic food, but also steal resources and other things that they get from planet Earth.
I feel that knowing our true history of where we came from in our galactic history and also why many of us came to this prison planet to assist in the Ascension cycle, helps with context. Why we came to the earth to get the people out of here. It’s understanding that it happens through us. God consciousness is not a person, it is an intelligent energy. I think it’s very challenging as some people have their own idea of God as sort of a personification or personage. God isn’t a personage, God works through us. Essentially the Christ architecture, the Christos Kryst-Krystallah architecture is the embodiment of the God source, this is the sacred architecture that allows God to embody.
Everything on this planet, understanding it was made through God source and it is existing within the God body. But the intelligence of source could not be fully embodied at that level of consciousness here on planet Earth. It’s just happening now. That’s a part of the liberation of the human race, the liberation of the species of this planet which is a part of understanding this dark eon moving to a light eon. That we are living through that transition right now. There is an incredible quantum leap in consciousness that can be experienced by being here in matter at this particular time. Even though obviously when we start to open up this, I want to say open Pandora’s box, to go down the rabbit hole with the negative alien agenda it can be very difficult for people, to attempt to really integrate and understand that information and indeed it takes time.
I have found with myself the more intimate and deep and stable my relationship with God is, the easier it is to see the unpleasant truth. Until it was fully embodied within me and I feel God with me 24/7 all of the time, could I truly understand the nature of this reality. Until that process actually happens, you go through a healthy process of asking these questions about God. Because I think this really is the reason why we’re here, is to understand what is the purpose of life, what is the divine plan for this particular creation, what is our unique and individual role with creation? I’ve often said our two most important relationships, especially now, are understanding ourselves as the true contents of our consciousness and heart and developing that very intimate relationship with self and a very intimate relationship with God.
We cannot know God until we know ourselves. It’s like understanding that the universe doesn’t recognize you until you recognize your true self. You have to know who you are inside, you have to feel your heart and explore the contents of your consciousness to truly know who you are. This takes some time and certainly we’re in a very challenging time right now. I’m really not surprised by what I see in the outer scape because this has been in the architecture for a long time. For those of us that do grid work or understand the nature of reality in looking at timelines, this has always been there. The war over the timelines is essentially through those that are attempting to steer this planet towards the Armageddon scenario that brings on the one world order, a totalitarian and dystopian nightmare. However, they choose events or cataclysms for trigger points, and here they’re using pestilence programming, which is also part of the Armageddon software, to attempt to roll out the one world order.
But the issue with this is understanding we have to accept this in order for it to manifest. This is the challenge that we’re in, there are still many people that are believing the lies and the deceptions and the gas lighting of the Controllers. Many of us that have been on the ascension path when we were in those deeper moments we asked, what is it going to take for people to actually look at what’s in front of them and be able to see it in an accurate assessment? Instead of believing the gas lighting, believing the lies, believing the deceptions. I think there are many people waking up to this now thank goodness, but it’s been a long hard row, in going through and in seeing that all of these pieces have been put in place over the years in order to finally get to this point.
Because the two major timelines that they’re fighting for are the ascension which opens up into the disclosure movement, and the one world order which they’re trying to put in place right now. We can see that the war over disclosure is the war over information that I provide and many others provide that are on the ascension or disclosure path. That information is considered unapproved, they do not want unapproved topics given to the public that would stimulate critical or independent thinking. Therefore, those of us that steward or present this type of material are under heavy shadow banning, psychic attack, and all attempts to redirect this information from the public so that they do not have access to it. What is it going to take? Numbers.
It’s going to take more of us coming together and becoming organized, coming into unified cooperation and being willing to stand with each other. Most people don’t recognize how organized the Satanists and Luciferians are, they are extremely well-funded and they are extremely organized, while the spiritual communities are not. How many times have you seen people in consciousness or truther community who can barely have a conversation with each other with opposing viewpoints, without getting angry, hostile and accusing. People have to get the negative ego under control and be able to come to this level of unified cooperation for the sake of humanity. Where I don’t have to agree with you, but we can have a respectful and compassionate interaction with each other, as we explore our alternatives at this time. I can’t stress that enough.
Here in ES community, this is why we so emphasize negative ego clearing and impulse control, studying victim victimizer archetypes, understanding how this works as a type of psychic attack that separates people, so that we can become much stronger together as a unit. Because as long as we’re operating from negative ego, the negative ego destroys everything. Our spiritual communities are going to need to become a lot more savvy and understand that yes, there is a war raging right now, it’s a consciousness war. We need to step up and get our house in order. We need to start really taking care of our own and be able to go to this next level to create a mental, emotional, and spiritual strength in order to be more successful with our body of work.
I’m sorry about the fear involved in building trust with God, as I know that is very common in the earlier stages of awakening, because we have to build trust with ourselves, in order to build trust in our relationship with God. But rest assured, I hopefully can be an example to you that you know over time as you develop an extremely intimate and deep relationship with yourself, really knowing who you are inside, then you can feel God within your heart. As you develop your relationship with God, you will come to find out that this atrocity has nothing to do with God, we are in a fallen system that is controlled in a blended reality with a partial phantom matrix. These entities have used this phantom matrix in order to exert a tremendous amount of control over this planet. Therefore, we’re looking at the consequences of that abuse from these entities that have had that control on the earth during the dark age.
But the good news from an architectural level is understanding that the architecture is changing. I’m seeing a lot of the battery packs, the consciousness that they were yielding in terms of Loosh is dwindling, a lot of this is changing now. They do not have access to the things that they used to have access to and this is very good. Understanding the strategy is starving them out and it starts with us, we can’t give them food. Because how do we become a dark portal puppet? When we are angry, when we are lacking impulse control and we just go with the control narrative that they’re feeding us. We are feeding it, we are giving our consciousness energy to these alien structures that are designed to harm and enslave us.
It starts within ourselves, it starts with educating ourselves to really understand what we’re looking at in the outer scape and refuse to participate with it. That is the start and we need a lot more people, even in the New Age and in the ascension communities that still don’t understand that we’re in a spiritual war right now. Maybe more people are starting to wake up. But I have been talking about this a long time and I have to tell you, it’s made me very unpopular in the consciousness spaces because nobody wants to deal with this reality. And the bottom line is, we are going to have to and were facing it right now. It’s our come to Jesus moment. We are going to have to see it for what it really is and we’re going to have to face it and deal with the consequences of it.
I do hope that that is helpful in understanding and knowing that this is most likely a temporary stage in the early awakening process. Continue to develop your compassion, your love, your heart, which will reveal your direct relationship with God. To ask the question who am I, what is my divine purpose on this planet, why am I here? Keep exploring that. It’s time for guts on the table and it takes some time in order to really develop maturity and competency and confidence in this process of awakening. It just takes time. But thank you so much for sharing your concerns and question, it’s very difficult for a great many people.

How to Create Safety Signals to Cope with Anxiety.

.There are many ways of coping with anxiety. But there’s one we may not notice. Safety signals can be quite an effective tool for dealing with anxiety.
As a child, I had many safety signals. When trouble was coming, I ran to retrieve them and I held them tight. But until now, I never really understood their significance in treating anxiety. This is mainly due to the fact that I was a child. It was seen as normal for me to latch onto objects and become obsessed with them.
Discovering your safety signals
The human race goes through negative experiences all the time. You hear about it on the news and on the internet. Then you have those who experience trauma that causes damage later in life through conditions such as anxiety, PTSD and other mental health conditions.
So, there are “normal bumps in the road” or present trauma and then you have mental trauma scars from the past, which affect people differently. However, both can leave you with triggers.
There are differences in the ones who cope quickly and move on, and the ones who are gripped by fear that comes from unresolved triggers. But no one should ever be ashamed of this difference.
We have cognitive behavior treatments and medications, but this usually only helps about half of those who suffer from mental health-related fears. Now, we’re discovering what’s called safety signals, that which seems to work especially well for many who struggle with fears and unwarranted fears.
Therapy, medication and safety tools
The introduction of the safety signal offers a tool that actually comes from an entirely different area of the brain than where cognitive therapy operates.
With cognitive therapy, the patient who suffers from anxiety or phobia about certain objects is slowly presented with the object in order to help them grow the courage to deal with the triggers. Over time, anxious people spend more and more time with the object or even the situation they fear, and these half really progress.
But our topic is about safety signals, and how this can help the other half and maybe even those who’ve initially tried cognitive therapy.
Going back to my childhood, I remember certain stuffed animals that made me feel comforted. I remember how they took away my fears sometimes during abusive situations. Do you know what that stuffed animal represented? That’s right, it was my safety signal, a positive stimulus that was bigger than my negative object or situation.
There are other things that are considered safety signals as well. I can touch upon these for a bit to help you understand.
What can be a safety signal?
1. A shape
The first safety signal was used in case studies. The subjects of these studies were asked to associate one shape with a negative feeling, and another shape with a positive one. The negative feelings represented a threat, while positive shapes were non-threatening.
When test subjects were alone with the threatening shape, they became anxious, but when the non-threatening shape was introduced, they seemed to calm down. Thus, you have the beginnings of a new way of healing.
2. A sentimental object
The first safety signal was a shape, used to prove a point about another way of coping with anxiety. But to get a little more specific, we need to look at common comforting things so you can understand what a signal of safety can be. One of those signals can come from sentimental objects.
When you’re afraid and anxiety has exacerbated that fear, you can look at a picture of a lost loved one who used to comfort you. You can hold an object that has a lovable meaning to you as well. You may read old letters, use cups that a loved one gave you, or even sit in your car if it has sentimental value for some reason.
Sentimental objects have few limits considering many things are gifted by special people in your life. This signal is not meant to cause dwelling in the past, however, it can temporarily take you back to a time and place of safety.
3. Stuffed toys
You don’t have to be a child to use a stuffed toy as a safety signal to ward off fears. I still have bears that I cuddle when I get really upset. It seems to be a way to feel something soft and familiar in your arms while defeating the fears of being alone, the paranoia of future bad news, or any negative thing that causes fear.
I can’t exactly explain why stuffed toys work so well, but they do. They’re inviting, comfortable and definitely always there for you. You’re never too old for a stuffed toy safety signal.
4. Music
In the same way, and yet differently, music can serve as a safe way to deal with fears. If you’ve been on this planet for a long time, you’ve probably built up quite a few favorite songs, styles of music and genres that provide certain feelings at certain times. When you’re afraid, due to anxiety, go to the music which signals a warm feeling inside. This is the type you want to listen to.
For me, many classic rock songs from the 70s and 80s seem to bring my head into a good space. Music choices to battle anxiety are different from person to person. The next time you are afraid, experiment with songs until you find what seems to calm you.
5. Certain people
Safety signals can also be people, but don’t assume they’re going to be the obvious choices. You may assume your mate would be your safety signal, but they’re not always the correct choice.
Your signal could be one of your children, a friend, or some other extended family member, like a cousin. You will know who it is when you feel that same feeling of safety as when you squeeze a stuffed toy.
6. Nature
And again, I must give props to nature for being a powerful safety signal for many people who have phobias and anxieties. That is unless, of course, they have a fear of nature. In that case, it won’t work.
Otherwise, nature, with its brisk fresh air, beautiful greenery, trees, the open skies – all this can quickly calm fears if you let it. And don’t forget the sounds of nature as well. You can listen to nature sounds on digital media, but nothing beats the real thing.
Finding your best signal for safety
Only you can discover what works best when dealing with anxiety, phobias, or other unwarranted fears. Triggers can be tamed with safety signals when used quickly and practiced for consistency.
With a routine of using these signals, your therapy, and prescribed medication, you can really put a hurting on those things which scare you. And that’s exactly what we aim to do. Even during times of universal crisis, we can stay on top of things with the right comforting object, person, or place.
Now’s the time, if you don’t already know, find your safety signal. I already have quite a few myself.

Dear readers, in these present times of stress and confusion, allow yourselves to rejoice in the realization that everything taking place at this time is bringing in the changes you have sought, hoped, and prayed for since incarnating into this present lifetime.
You who are spiritually awake will become the way showers, those who will be helping others open to new and more evolved ideas, solutions, and general ways of living. Present times are making life difficult for everyone but you must realize that the cessation of “busy-ness” is an effective way to bring about activities of Oneness where it can then be recognized, experienced, and begin integrating into the collective.
Mankind is in the midst of an evolutionary experience that is about shifting from fear to love. Is it not interesting that it is taking place at the time of the Christian holy day of Easter–a time of death, entombment, and then resurrection?
The virus is not a punishment, nor was it chosen as being necessary for your evolution. The disease you are witnessing today represents the exposure and clearing of false, old, hidden, dense, and no longer valid energy (beliefs) based in duality and separation, energies that have been fed and kept alive for hundreds of thousands of years by the unenlightened consciousness of the majority.
The time has arrived in man’s spiritual evolution to move beyond the three dimensional concepts and beliefs that have and continue to hold the majority in bondage. Spiritual evolution is an ongoing process governed by the higher dimensions as well as each individual’s Higher Self. Spiritual evolution or lack thereof has never been or ever can be controlled by individuals or groups who stand to benefit by keeping mankind locked in ignorance. Every individual is a Divine Being destined to awaken to their reality at some point.
Things will eventually quiet down but do not expect them to go back exactly the way they were for they will not, cannot. Present times are birthing a new world consciousness, one that is learning to see others in a new and higher way and which will eventually lead to the dissolving of separation based rules, laws, concepts, beliefs, and ideas. You are a part of this because you chose to be a part of it. Change is not going to happen over night, but the process has begun.
Those leaving earth at this time have chosen to do so on a deeper level. Death is always a personal choice regardless of how it may appear. Every individual has the free will choice to go or to stay. Many leaving are simply tired, and their contracts are complete and so have chosen the virus as their mode for leaving. Others are leaving in order to return to a more evolved world at a later time. Some leave because they believe they can better serve earth’s ascension process from the other side.
Everyone has Guides and a Higher Self always assisting them to make choices that best serve their spiritual evolution. Three dimensional ignorance has created a belief system that says; 1. Every person must try to stay on earth in body at any cost to self or others. 2. That success is about accumulating as much “stuff” as one can. 3. That one must do whatever it takes (drugs, activities, etc.) to always feel happy.
Life is about spiritual evolution, about waking up to oneness with Source and all that IT IS. Everything else simply represents the experiences and distractions, some good and some bad, necessary to eventually bring each individual to a readiness for truth.
Isolation is providing everyone the opportunity to stop doing, doing, doing and just be. Success during these times is not about how many rolls of toilet paper one can accumulate but is about doing no-thing–allowing, being, and clearing the mind of all the three dimensional nonsense that has come to be thought of as acceptable, important, and necessary.
It is about reconnecting with your Real Self in new ways while acknowledging the Divinity of everyone else as well, even those you don’t like. It is about recognizing and letting go of the “should’s” and “should not’s” that have ruled your life and allowing the I AM to express as and through you. It is only through receptivity, pondering, then allowing and living truth does it then integrate and become an attained state of consciousness.
Many see present circumstances as an inconvenient delay in their getting back to things as usual. Life is not going be be the same as it was before because consciousness, the substance of form, is changing.
Masculine energy (active, be-er, do-er) is gradually integrating and balancing with feminine energy (receptive, intuitive, love) and the result is going to be that the masculine without the feminine balance will no longer be able to hold dominance and power over everything as it has in the past.
It was necessary to at least temporarily halt the striving for more, more, more regardless of who got hurt in the process while believing that more equals better and makes one superior in some way. The third dimensional world must stop polluting and harming the the very source of its life and health–Mother Earth. Three dimensional human minds will continue finding ways to destroy each other and the planet for profit and gain if old concepts and beliefs remain.
The continual drive for more, more, more needs to be quieted and hopefully people will begin to seriously question and begin to take action on issues like the polluted water, food, and air that is harming (killing) all forms of life including humans, issues that are generally accepted simply because they increase some business’s bottom line.
Humans are meant to be the caretakers of earth dear ones, but greed has caused present conditions which cannot continue. Gaia, her people, and her creatures are sick and you are witnessing it now.
Those of you drawn to these messages are already caretakers well aware of the oneness of all life and so will be the ones explaining this to those drawn to you for guidance. You will be explaining that this is a spiritual universe peopled by sons of God rather than purely physical human beings at the mercy of every belief floating about in collective consciousness. You can tell them about energy and how each person’s state of consciousness creates their world and situations.
Your work is about to begin dear ones, It is what you have been preparing for even though you were not aware of it. It is why you chose to be here at this time. Let go of any concepts you may hold about how the work must look, for it will be different for each depending upon the circumstances and individuals involved. For some the work may simply be to hold the Light of truth for the world.
Some drawn to you will be only capable of assimilating the “baby food” of truth, while others will be ready for a full course meal. Allow your intuition to guide you as to which is which rather than following some protocol you may have been taught along the way.
All is proceeding according to plan and your job is to allow the process to unfold without resistance. Even though appearances testify to discord and suffering, the reality is that a great deal is going on behind the scenes. Collective consciousness is opening into new levels but as of yet most are unable to comprehend anything beyond outer appearances. Be practical, follow the guidelines, but don’t let your actions be reactions based in fear
Sit quietly and ask yourself. “What am I believing? What do I continue holding as truth in my consciousness? Am I willing to live truth or am I too afraid? Should I remain in third dimensional consciousness where I know what to expect even though it reflects duality and separation?”
The time is now. The time is upon everyone. The time has arrived to live what you know dear ones for this is only the beginning and there is much to come.

.Humanity as a whole has been living backwards moving away from spirit and are becoming more lost into the material world. This was always part of the greater plan. You have been exploring increasing levels of separation from source for over 26,000 years. You felt that you could have not been more divided from each other this last month. But you were wrong. Humanity is no longer divided into one extreme side or another. You are now all separated from each other. Separation from source, its insights and the perspectives it offers us, has reached its furthest point possible, while still being able to maintain your physical body. Many thousands of light rebels have been holding threads of light to keep the Earth from slipping past a tipping point of no return in this grand exploration process. (and this means you reading this). So here you are.
Humanity wanted to see how far we could remove ourselves from the ONE and not be lost. Humanity has become separated from each and every living being in more ways than you could have ever imagined. Now, you are afraid of each other because of a virus. The only way humanity can obtain true, godly unity and divine oneness is to feel the total impact of the extreme opposite of oneness. You needed to feel total isolation laced with extreme, collective fear. You need to feel the impact of not being able to trust any source but yourself, while feeling the end is unknown and the future is unseeable. This time has been a big surprise and a huge shock to your system. Shock opens you up to hidden, unprocessed vaults within you. Humanity will learn many things, in very real and human ways, in the coming weeks and months.
Your world has been put on pause to face the atrocities of living out of balance with the natural world. This is a great opportunity to allow yourself to feel and clear things you did not have time for in the past. While you are isolated and asked to slow down your busy days, many issues and deep wounds that you have avoided, up to now, will come up to be healed. Take this incredibly concentrated time to accomplish years of spiritual clearing that would have otherwise taken many years.
You will begin to see the illusion in that you are separate. You could not ever be separate even if you lock yourself away and hide from the world. You are all connected to everyone. You cannot break this bond. This illusion of separation is the most deep and absolute illusion of your reality. You will see through this illusion.
Soon, humanity will have the opportunity to begin to return to a more natural, mindful balance. A huge wave in humanity will profoundly and deeply awaken in the coming months. In their quiet retreats, they will see the illusions that were programmed into their DNA. They will begin see the mass, global madness that we have become use to. They will discover the truth.
The great opposition, the creators of this unprecedented situation, will not reach their goal of disempowering or controlling humanity. Their plans are already beginning to backfire. They will only make you stronger in the light, and unshakable in your knowing your inner truth. In the most highest perspectives, this was the divine plan all along, and it is going according to plan.
Because humanity has become accustomed to living in a way that takes you further from natural balance and oneness, what will come next might feel that it is going in the wrong direction. It might feel like reversing time, because you are used to life the way it was flowing. But the truth is you are actually beginning to flow with a natural flow of time that is ever living, changing, moving and evolving with life. It will be unfamiliar and sometimes scary times for you ahead. But simplifying and refocusing your lives on what is important and NEEDED, not what is simply WANTED, will be key to you evolving in the right direction.
Your Earth’s ecology is already recovering at rapid rates. The atmosphere is clearing, and the waters are clearing. Earth knows how to balance herself. She is strong. You cannot kill her, but you can destroy yourself. Your needs and your spiritual path callings are always in balance with Earth. Your wants are from ego and come from access and greed... and most of all, it comes from fear and lack that you can heal in the days ahead. Humanity must be aware of this and learn to be in harmony with the Earth so as not self-annihilate, but to live on into a new future on a healthy, balanced Earth. Be aware. Listen and watch with new ears, new eyes and open hearts to pure, unpredictable possibility. This time is your opportunity.

4 Systematic Desensitization Techniques to Use to Fight Your Anxiety and Fears
.How would you like to learn a few ways to battle your anxiety and fears? Well, systematic desensitization may be the answer.
During my lifetime, and that’s been 4 decades, I’ve tried everything I could think of to eliminate or even alleviate my anxiety. Some things helped pretty well, while other things just seemed like a waste of time. My fears and anxieties just continued to follow me wherever I went.
So, I saw the words, “systematic desensitization”, and I wondered if these were techniques that might work for me. It seemed like learning to face my fears through the help of a relaxing environment would much better than analyzing and deconstructing everything that happened to me. So, let’s examine this systematic desensitization approach.
What is systematic desensitization?
The systematic desensitization combines techniques of relaxation and gradual exposure to whatever is troubling you. If it’s a phobia, these techniques keep you calm, but they also coax you to face your fears, you see.
Of course, as you face these fears and anxieties, you start slow as not to cause an overwhelming sensation or possibly a panic attack.
The systematic desensitization techniques come in 4 steps:
1. Relaxation
Before you can even start approaching the subject of your fears and anxieties, you will need to learn how to relax. I don’t mean just sitting or lying down. I mean genuinely relaxing your entire being. Here are a few ways to properly relax:
Breathe slowly, inhaling through your nose. This is called diaphragmatic breathing. As you inhale, hold your breath for 2 seconds, then release your breath through your mouth. This type of breathing helps you relax pretty fast and helps you focus as well.
Now, close your eyes and imagine a scene. See the colors, hear the sounds, and even imagine you can smell the scents of this imaginary place. You can also let someone describe an image to you, and then see what they are describing utilizing your own mind.
Tense your muscles, then release them. Do this several times. This helps you understand what happens when you are afraid. You might not notice, but your muscles tense up all over your body during anxiety.
Take the time to learn more about meditation and mindfulness. These techniques help you accomplish all of the above and more. You can ground yourself in the presentinstead of saturating your mind tomorrow or the next day.
2. Making lists
After indulging in relaxation techniques, it’s time to make a list of what makes you anxious. You can include your phobias, or write them on a separate sheet of paper.
Either way, it’s important to try and list every single thing that triggers anxiety or fear. Knowing what makes you afraid is the key to facing the things that make you afraid.
You may be surprised by the things that come to mind. After all, you should list even the smallest things that make you afraid. This is especially helpful for those who start worrying as soon as they wake up.
I do this. I wake and wonder what negative things will happen during the day. It’s virtually taken over a corner of my life. So, I guess you would say, my list is long. But it doesn’t matter as long as you write it down and come to terms with it.
3. Rating your fears
After listing your fears, rate them at the worst and least fearful with everything else in-between. As you work through these things, other fears may surface, but you can’t let this distract you. Think about fears in different ways as well.
For instance, you may be terrified of spiders, which fall at level 10, but a picture of a spider may only rate on a level 7. Talking about them could be a level 5. Rating your fears helps you get ready for the last technique…coming to terms with your fears.
4. Facing fears
The first thing to do when facing your fears is to make sure you are totally relaxed. If you’re already going through something, it’s not quite the time to face fears and anxieties.
A good time would be in a quiet atmosphere, and it’s best to start with a therapist who can support and help you stay in control during the transition.
As you face your fears, you will imagine the fear first, then talk about what makes you anxious. As you talk through your anxieties, think about why you’re scared in the first place.
Where did the fear start, and how long has the fear been present? These are questions that will help you see the fear as something smaller than it really is. Therapy like this will slowly help you see your anxiety as something that cannot control you.
Final thoughts
It will take several sessions using the systematic desensitization techniques before you will notice a difference.
Over time, you may even be able to endure more than one fear at a time or face a fear during a stressful event. Until then, give yourself credit for every milestone you achieve toward your goal of being free of your fears.
