.

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this moment to speak with you today.
We speak to you each week from the perspective of your being on an Earth that changes by the hour in terms of vibration and the resulting new reality you are molding.
This you create with your words, your intentions, your visions and feelings about life, and how things are going for your beautiful Lady Gaia, and your expectations of how life shall continue on this planet.
We speak often of your increasing empowerment as you realize your presence as co-Creators, for it has long been your training to look at outer circumstances and feel that that is what determines the quality of your life—the content and experience of it.
Yet we assure you, friends, nothing could be further from the truth
You are far more than observers of and reactors to What Is, and yet—yes, it is also a gift, to move into Observer mode when you wish to create some distance, particularly emotional distance between you and what you see happening outwardly.
We are asking you to understand that the amount of higher assistance flowing to you now is astounding and unprecedented.
And that that is not a matter of “rescue,” but a matter of your and Gaia’s increasingly ability to hold a higher vibration.
This in turn opens many more energetic portals for Ascension, for freedom from old constraints, and for an end to the current machinations of those who would discourage or end that progression.
You are no one’s minion, as we have said many times.
You are lord and lady masters of that which is, and is yet to be.
As you step out of Time and into the higher realms in your meditation time, you know it to be so.
You begin to remember more and more Who you are and why you have come in at this time which appears to have fallen into chaos and loss.
Take this moment, this blank canvas you face now, and create as you will, guided by your own soul and higher self, and the very high, refined, beautiful notes of clarity, new life, and rebirth being sung in the higher realms by every Light being “holding space” now for Earth’s renewal and Ascension.
The reason you are seeing or hearing of increasing numbers of ships in the sky, is due to an increase in movement by those benevolent galactic friends assisting Earth’s beings, and moving to protect those held under various forms of density by the old regime.
As you look up at the sky, hopeful to see the ship of an old friend or family member, know that you are already visiting with them in your nightly travels, during your sleep state.
And that you already know deep down how they are assisting and why, and that they have no intention of letting Earth (or you) fall through any cracks in the façade, as the old forms crumble so that new ones may be birthed.
You are already becoming those beautiful beings you have dreamt of, have prayed for, have believed in and envisioned.
Move to the next step, and co-Create your own Joy, your own refusal to be discouraged now, as you move into greater heights of awareness and manifestation ability.
Yes, this is a demanding time to be on the planet, and yes—it is the time you have been waiting for.
Namaste, friends! We are with you, always.

Spending More Time in Nature and in Meditation

Spending More Time in Nature and in Meditation

A Message to Lightworkers

Collective of Guides.

Through Caroline Oceana Ryan.

May 15th, 2020

.

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this opportunity to speak with you today.
We are aware that even more news has appeared on the horizon since we last spoke with you, and that therefore, more misgivings, uncertainty, and general unsureness has arisen in the hearts and minds of many, as they wonder what may become of them, their loved ones, their community, their country, their planet..
Please know that many, many more intergalactic beings and Earth-raised humans are working to resolve humanity’s dilemma than you could ever imagine.
You are not being abandoned to a dense and difficult fate, with uncertainty as your daily bread until some final axe drops.
Nor are you being “rescued.”
We do not offer scenarios of complete rescue, but of assistance that not interfere with your free will.
You did not come to Earth to passively accept yet again someone else’s word that you are safe, only to be once again ruled by authoritarians while your own inner power lies dormant and unseen, except on rare occasions.
Nor do we offer a scenario of complete abandonment, in which your situation is unnoticed or uncared about.
You yourself have come to anchor NESARA in place, and you are doing so daily — holding space, as they say, for those forms of Light and higher Wisdom, empowerment, and sovereignty that are co-Creating a New Earth.
An Earth in which each comes into his or her own power, rather than constantly looking to another to provide leadership and “answers” that turn out not to be answers after all.

We wish for you to image daily your own and others’ Ascension, release from the old order, and reclaiming of your own Light Being, Divine self.

We wish for you to spend more time in Nature and in meditation than in watching “the news” and filling your heart-mind with inaccuracies, mental programming, and narrow definitions of which lives are worth saving, and why.

We wish for you to inquire every day what your higher self wishes to tell you, and that you would listen and be open to absorbing the energies of that message, even if you cannot inwardly hear the words of it.
And we would wish for you to realize you came in at this time not to stress or to worry, but to move into the high heart, and to remain there.

To assist you in that journey, we have created a new video to help you move energetically into a more relaxed and centered state.

This is Who you are now, dear ones! Co-Creators of a world you can as yet only relate to in your co-creative visualizations, your high heart, your memory of the higher dimensions.

Yes, you have all of that, and more.
We bow to your courage, your inner strength, and your power to overcome the end of an experiment in duality that has gone further than any envisioned.
And so now — stand up! Claim your place in the New Earth you are building.
All is well.
Namaste, dear ones! We are with you, always.

This video is an intro into the videos offered in the Collective’s video series, Time to Rest & Renew.

Tree-Hugging Encouraged in Iceland as a Way to Cope with Isolation

Tree-Hugging Encouraged in Iceland as a Way to Cope with Isolation

Lottie Miles, M.A.

learning-mind.com

Posted May 4th, 2020.

.Tree Hugging

The citizens of Iceland have been encouraged by the forestry service to hug trees every day for five at least minutes. This is being encouraged to help people cope with social isolation, but does it really work? In this post, we will look at research showing the surprising benefits of hugging trees and explore why tree-hugging really can make you feel better.

Why is tree-hugging recommended in Iceland?

In response to the challenges of social isolation and social distancing due to COVID-19, Iceland’s Forestry Service has encouraged tree-hugging. Physical contact with others has been discouraged whether we are socially distancing or socially isolating. However, this prolonged physical separation can be psychologically challenging. The lack of hugs and physical touch can intensify feelings of separation, isolation, and loneliness. Iceland’s response? Hug trees!
Icelanders are being recommended to hug a tree for at least 5 minutes. The experience of hugging a tree has been described as a visceral feeling. As you hug the tree, a sensation travels through your toes and up through your body all the way up to your head. Rangers from the Hallormsstaður National Forest have cleared snow and marked out 2-meter spaces to help.

The psychological benefits of connection to nature

Humans are intimately connected to nature. This is an idea that has persisted across cultures and throughout the history of time. This is reflected by the idea that we all tend to prefer countryside views to urban ones. Similarly, 100s of studies have found that experiencing nature has a positive effect on our physical and mental wellbeing. Other studies also show that people with pets tend to be happier.
Nature and images of nature often inspire feelings of awe. Piff et. al.’s study found that this sense of awe changes our sense of self and reduces barriers we feel between ourselves and others. The positive emotions we get from nature have also been shown to foster altruistic behavior even when briefly experienced. On the other side, Louv’s “Last Child in the Woods” study hypothesizes that depression and anxiety are fuelled by a disconnect with nature they term a “nature-deficit disorder”.
Other studies have shown the numerous and wide-ranging benefits of a connection to nature. For example:

What are the benefits of tree-hugging?

As we have outlined, getting out into nature, being surrounded by it, or simply viewing it can have psychological and physical benefits. Getting up close and personal only serves to accentuate these effects. This has long been known in Japan, where the national health program has offered forest bathing since 1982.
Known as shinrin-yokuforest bathing has been found to reduce blood pressure, improve memory and concentration, and lower cortisol levels. Rather than simply strolling through a forest, it involves shedding all devices and mindfully spending time under the tree’s canopies. Typically, this would last at least 3 hours. However, the close contact of hugging a tree for 5 minutes makes mindful practice somewhat easier.
Breathe in the smells, feel the way the tree presses against you, feel its energy, and listen to the sounds. Some studies have suggested that forest bathing and tree-hugging might even work because of chemicals the tree emits. Known as phytoncides, these chemicals may have physiological effects that explain why hugging trees and immersing yourself in nature can be beneficial for your health.

How can you benefit from hugging trees and immersing in nature?

walking in nature
There are numerous ways you can seek to benefit from increased engagement with nature, whether that involves hugging trees or not. Here, we outline some of the different ways you can increase your connectedness to nature from the small to the big:
  1. Watch nature programs (truly, this works!).
  2. Surround yourself with plants (at work and at home).
  3. Choose routes with more trees and green spaces, not just the quickest.
  4. Get up early for the birds’ dawn chorus (be sure to be in place before the start of sunrise).
  5. Grow your own flowers and/or food to feel that connectedness with nature.
  6. Plant a tree (or more than one).
  7. Sit under a tree and practice mindfulness.
  8. Go the whole hog and give that tree a big old cuddle! Do this daily, once or more. Close your eyes and really feel at one with nature.
During the time of social distancing, we should be careful to avoid emotional distancing. Fortunately, Iceland’s forestry service might just have cracked how we can all feel more connected.
More and more studies reveal the benefits of feeling connected with nature, and tree-hugging is just one example. Simply seeing it more can improve our wellbeing, both physically and psychologically. However, when we get up close and hug a tree, the benefits can be even greater. Give it a go and see what it can do!

5 Lessons Coronavirus Lockdown Teaches Us about Life

5 Lessons Coronavirus Lockdown Teaches Us about Life

By Anna LeMind, M.A.

April 6th, 2020

coronavirus lockdown life lessons.

With current coronavirus lockdown in many countries of the world, the regular flow of life has stopped. Basically, our lives have been put on hold.
We are asked to stay at home and to reduce our social and outdoor activities to the very minimum. Sounds like an introvert’s definition of paradise, doesn’t it? Yes, in these uneasy times, the quiet ones finally have an advantage in society.
However, for everyone else, it’s an incredibly challenging situation. An outgoing person who craves social contact and whose normal life is full of gatherings and activities can’t just turn into an introverted loner out of the blue.
Still, the coronavirus quarantine and lockdown can give us many valuable lessons about life. Everyone can learn from this difficult situation, both introverts and extroverts.

5 Life Lessons to Learn from the Coronavirus Lockdown

1. Don’t put your life on hold

This one may sound controversial at first. After all, everyone’s life is on hold right now. But here, I’m talking about our lives before the coronavirus pandemic (and hopefully, after it).
We all have something we dream about but don’t have the courage to fulfill it. We all have plans in life but are waiting for better times to turn them into a reality.
Maybe you wanted to change your career path or have a baby. Maybe you dreamed about traveling the world or enrolling in art classes. Right now, you can’t do any of these things because of the quarantine. You have to wait. And who knows for how long.
When we constantly postpone our plans and dreams, there comes a time when we no longer can (or want) to bring them to fruition. So don’t neglect your dreams and don’t put your life plans and goals on hold, waiting for the right moment. This moment may never come.

2. Live in the moment and find happiness in simple things

Here you are, stuck in your home, bored and lonely. But even in isolation, it’s possible to find ways to have fun and things to be grateful for. Use this situation as an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and kids. Plan a stay-at-home date with your special someone. Call your parents. Read books or find an online course you long wanted to take.
This list can be endless. The point is that even in times of quarantine and social distancing, you can enjoy yourself and live in the present moment. The joys of everyday life like a video call with your best friend or a walk with your dog have the power to make you happy.
With the coronavirus lockdown, we all have the opportunity to see that happiness is in simple, everyday things. And most importantly, it is in immaterial things. Expensive jewelry and brand clothes are out of use right now. But simple pleasures like a good read or a warm conversation are worth their weight in gold.

3. Taking breaks is necessary

hectic, anxiety-fueling lifestyle has become normal in our world. Before the pandemic, we couldn’t even imagine our days without busy schedules and tons of unnecessary stress. And yet, here they are. The whole world is taking a break from this rat race.
No matter how difficult the overall pandemic situation can feel, we could actually benefit from this break. Take a few moments to appreciate that. Enjoy the abundant sleep you lacked before. Relax at home, take a hot bath, just let yourself be lazy.
We all know that anxiety and stress are bad for our physical and mental health. But being busy all the time can also distract us from fulfilling our life purpose. When our minds are constantly occupied with job worries and mundane problems, we lose touch with our inner selves.
For this reason, taking a break can help us hear the voice of our souls. Use the lockdown time to get to know yourself better and discover what makes you truly happy and brings meaning to your life.

4. Appreciate nature

Here, I’m talking about appreciating nature on both personal and societal levels. Those of us living in the cities rarely have the opportunity to escape the world of concrete and asphalt and get closer to nature.
I bet that right now, many people think about those walks in the park they didn’t take and those trips to the countryside they didn’t go on. Even introverts who don’t go out that often are likely to have this kind of regrets. I do. Even when you are not a fan of going outside, it’s great to have an option to.
Then, the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown show us what we’ve been doing to our planet all this time. Now that most people stay at home and tourism is dead, nature is taking back. Scientists report reduced levels of pollution in Italy. Even the waters in Venice canals have cleared up as there are no tourists in the city and the locals are staying at home!
The sad truth is that we have become parasites to our home planet. Maybe it’s time we start to treat it with more respect and appreciation.

5. Always be ready for the tough times

We have talked about living in the moment and following your dreams. But we should never forget that tough times are a part of life and we need to be ready. Right now, many people have found themselves unprepared in a both financial and practical sense. And they have nowhere to get help from.
Situations like the coronavirus lockdown teach us that we need to stay optimistic but be ready for the worst. Always have a financial safety cushion and health insurance. You never know what can happen tomorrow.
You may say that this is quite a pessimistic approach. It is not. It’s just a realistic one. I’ve got an acquaintance who, no matter how severe your problem is, always tells you one single thing: think positive. Lost your job? Think positive. Have an acute conflict with your in-laws? Think positive. Coronavirus threat? Think positive.
While positivity has plenty of benefits, this kind of advice is valid only to a certain extent. If you get seriously ill or run out of food, no amount of positive thought can help you. Oftentimes, you need to take real actions in order to solve a problem.
Positive thinking is good, but blind positivity is not. Cultivate an optimistic attitude, but be prepared for possible adversities that may show up at your door.Turn the coronavirus lockdown into an opportunity for personal growth
The coronavirus pandemic is a tough situation for everyone. But this too shall pass. Meanwhile, use this period of self-isolation as an opportunity to learn and grow as a person. After all, it’s during difficult times that we discover our inner strength and perseverance.
Stay strong and be well.

19th-Century Photos of Snowflakes Under a Microscope Show the Captivating Beauty of Nature’s Creations.

19th-Century Photos of Snowflakes Under a Microscope Show the Captivating Beauty of Nature’s Creations.

Sherrie Hurd.

learning-mind.com

Posted February 13th, 2020.

Every snowflake is different, and yet, curiously the same. Why is this? Well, the fluffy edges and lengths are various, but each snowflake always has the same number of points.

As a child, I folded paper and used scissors to cut shapes off the corners of the folded paper. Then I would fold the paper again and cut more shapes from the new corners. After I was done, I unfolded the paper to reveal what looked like a snowflake. This one couldn’t melt, and it brought a huge smile to my face.

I think many children did this, and it was magical to them. Although I couldn’t hold the beauty of the snowflake in my hand during a snowstorm, I could keep these paper snowflakes as long as I wanted. Either way, I never got over just how amazing snowflakes could be.
The thing about snowflakes

Have you ever heard the expression “No two snowflakes are alike”? Well, it’s actually true. Every single snowflake has its own shape and size. The only similarity and I mean identical part of each snowflake, is the fact that they all have 6 points. Isn’t it remarkable how such unique forms of nature have such mathematical aspects? But you can only fathom this if you understand how snowflakes are formed in the first place.

How snowflakes form

Do you want to know how snowflakes form? Well, the short answer is that cold drops of water attach to pollen or dust in the air, which then forms a crystal. This crystal continues its descent until more water vapor attaches to the crystal and forms its unique shape – which pertains, basically, to the 6 arms of the snowflake.

Also, it is that the temperature, not the humidity governs how the snowflake is formed from the crystal. In 23 degree weather, the snowflake will have long pointed crystals while in colder temperatures, the 6 points of the crystal will be flattened. The truth is, a snowflake can change shapes all the way down, but it always retains 6 points. It all depends on the atmosphere.
Capturing the snowflake under a microscope

In the 17th century, Johannes Kepler was the first to wonder why snowflakes formed the way they did. It wasn’t until two centuries later that a farmboy in Vermont, Wilson Bentley, used a microscope to discover more.

After Bentley’smother purchased him a microscope, he started gazing at everything from blades of grass to insects, but what stopped him in his tracks was when he caught a melting snowflake underneath the lens. He was amazed.

Of course, Bentley had to study his snowflakes in the coldest place he could find around his home. After some time, and despite his father’s irritation of him neglecting his farm chores, he received a camera. When he attached his huge accordion-like camera to his microscope, he captured the first photograph of the snowflake. This was on January 15, 1880.

Wilson Bentley took more than 5000 pictures of snowflakes over the course of 46 years. He examined each one carefully, admiring their intricate and unique formations.

Of course, after each photo was taken, the snowflake would melt away gradually, taking it’s tangible beauty away forever. If not for the images, we would never be able to see what Bentley saw in those many winters that he devoted his life to his passion.

Bentley became known as the “Snowflake Man” to those who knew him and also in a 1998 biography written by Duncan Blanchard.
Snowflakes are alluring

I may have cut out paper snowflakes as a child, but nothing rivals the real deal. I applaud nature’s art and hope you have enjoyed learning facts about the snowflake and how while vastly different, all retain 6 points of intricate beauty. Maybe we will see a few of them this year, and catch a glimpse of their magic before they fade away.
