.Lightworker Mission Statement:
As a lightworker, your task is to wake up, either gradually or quickly, to your role on this planet. You have come from another world or another dimension where you were embodied or not, to take the role of a human earthling of higher consciousness and to work along with the Galactic Federation of Light in liberating humanity on earth from their alien controllers.
In your previous lives as a galactic being, you attained higher states of consciousness, some even becoming Masters of this Universe or having risen above that. Regardless of your level of consciousness, you have been trained for the work you are doing here during the day and at nighttime, as you board galactic ships and work with your teams to advance the spirituality of humanity on earth and to liberate earth from the hands of its evil controllers.
You were born a lightworker and you have trained for that role throughout this lifetime as well. Technically, you are a hybrid consciousness, partly of earth and partly of your home planet/dimension.
Roles of the lightworker include holding Light, grid creation, helping other lightworkers to wake up, healing, channeling messages to earth, caring for earth’s eco-system, and more.
Specific tasks can include: weather manipulation, reversing polarities on the planet, influencing the collective consciousness, transmuting dark energy, battling dark entities, teaching others, reporting the truth.
We are currently using social media to create a new system of Light – Light being information spread as truth to all upon planet Earth.
One of the key jobs of the lightworker is to OVERCOME MIND CONTROL. This means working with your shadow to align your ego with your soul. We are here to master our emotions, overcome fear, master our ego’s and to house our higher selves. Until this is done, little of your role on earth will be revealed to you, as the Light does not shine through your ego – it is of higher soul frequency. Until the soul is accessed, you will be on a learning journey of understanding limitations you’ve imposed upon yourself and overcoming them.
Learning to be open hearted, integrous, authentic, virtuous, and committed to the Truth is the primary hallmark of a lightworker. Saving this planet is our primary purpose.
NIGHT TIME RAIDS – Ivo of Vega
Me: Ivo, I know that at night time lightworkers are fully aware of their roles as GFL members on the ships, and now I’m being asked more frequently about what’s going on as we sleep.
An interesting post I just saw is one woman was saying she woke up with scratches all over her body and fears she may be being attacked at night time by dark entities/ETs. Can you please elaborate on this? What are we doing at night? Why would someone wake up with scratches and how should we understand this when we wake in the morning?
Ivo: My love, good question. Indeed. Many of you are Light Warriors as well as Lightworkers. The Lightworker works with the Light, raising the frequency on earth but Light Warriors are actively involved, in the astral and on your physical plane, with the removal of dark entities from your planet and the lower astral plane.
So if you have dreams of battles at night time, frequent nightmares and you wake up with scratches, then it is quite possible that you have been involved in battle with the dark forces.
What, in fact, you are working with as you battle are the energies. So in fact your bodies, being the carriers of these energies are the weapons that are used against the dark ones. Some do like to carry a sword or another implement that helps with the focus of these energies but you are annihilating these anti-life forms by infusing them with life energy.
We often use gamma, theta or photon rays which come out of the hands, feet, fingers and eyes, and now you see why we do not make such a habit of telling you what you have been up to at night time. You cannot create these energies at such a low frequency as your physical body and it takes a strong mind in order to do this, which you currently physically do not have.
Me: So we’re shooting death rays out of our eyeballs on the astral plane? Okay, no wonder I wake up tired some mornings.
Ivo: It depends on the project. At times you are in your lower earth, fighting the occupation there, other times you are fighting ships out in the galaxy. You are capable of travelling through space without protection and directing energies towards these ships.
Me: Phasers on stun, Scotty!
Ivo: If you will. You jest but you are doing God’s work. Eliminating these anti-life beings is of the utmost importance.
You are powerful beings when you are fully aware and fully functional and you help us with our work as we go on raids or anticipate malevolent activity on the planet. We have collectively saved many people.
Me: Why would someone wake up with scratches, then?
Ivo: At times, as the template is scratched, it incorporates into the physical realm. Any injuries incurred during the night are typically healed before you wake up. Otherwise you would be as this woman was, wondering where she got all the scratches from.
Me: So she was in some kind of hand to hand battle with probably reptilians, I guess.
Ivo: Hand to hand is also possible, yes. At times we are ambushed, and we must fight our way out of a situation. We have the upper hand. They cannot produce the same energies as we can and their guns can be whisked away quickly with just a thought. They are no match for us. The only difference is the physical strength of a reptilian or a draconian, and when they materialize behind us, it is possible they would have the upper hand for a moment.
Me: Thank you Ivo.
Ivo: My love, do not fear going to bed.
Me: I don’t. I know I can deal with them, as a matter of fact, let me at them! I know already that Archangel Michael and I go to the lower fourth to stir up some hell, so I knew I was doing this. I have the odd scratch, nothing huge.
Ivo: You are the incarnation of the Goddess of War and Wisdom, and you combine both well in our nightly sojourns. You do, however, pick up on it emotionally and this is transferred through at times in nightmares.
Me: I have friends who wake up screaming at times.
Ivo: This could be why as well.

Os pleiadianos têm sido seus superintendentes nesta época, pois vocês são como nós nesta quinta densidade e abaixo. Nossa expressão é muito parecida com a sua. Nossos DNA são muito parecidos um com o outro. Nós somos os primos mais próximos, como vocês diriam.
Por esse motivo, nós os vemos como nossos irmãos, atingidos por um flagelo sombrio. Durante essa época, seu povo encarnou repetidamente em baizas circunstâncias, mas conseguiu manter sua linha do tempo contra uma implosão coletiva por 26.000 anos. Sim, os Pleaidianos estavam aqui para ajudá-los pessoal, privada e coletivamente nesse empreendimento, ajudando e guiando seus líderes mundiais, ajudando e orientando pessoas-chave em seu mundo, e ajudando e orientando a pessoa normal.

Todos eles tiveram sua mensagem e nós trabalhamos com eles para garantir que sua celebridade não se perdesse em assuntos irrelevantes.
Agora estamos nas bases subterrâneas, desmantelando a tecnologia, trabalhando com suas forças armadas. .I am Mira of the Pleiadian High Council. I come to you today, lovely beings, to respond to a question asked of me, “How are the Pleiadians involved in the Storm, and liberation of Planet Earth in general?”
I will gladly expand upon what knowledge you surely have on this topic by now.
The Pleiadians have been your overseers for this era as you are most like us in this fifth density and lower. Our expression is very similar to yours. Our DNA is most like each others. We are the closest of cousins, as you would say.
For this reason, we see you as our brethren, befallen upon by a dark scourge. Through the era, your people have continuously incarnated repeatedly into lesser circumstances, but have managed to hold your timeline against a collective implosion for 26,000 years. Yes, the Pleaidians were here to help you personally, privately and collectively in this endeavour, helping and guiding your world leaders, helping and guiding key people in your world, and helping and guiding the normal person.
One such leader that we worked with was Diana, Princess of Wales. Although her task didn’t see completion, as she was indeed the one who was to tell your world of the dark ones leading it, she was murdered before she could reveal all she needed to, she did however, show you what true royalty was, what a true leader was – a woman who cared for so many and whose Light shone brightly to the masses. She left her sire, William, to again pass on her DNA to his children, who will make amends for the way the dynasty has treated the people. All will be shown to you, and amends will be made. Diana’s legacy has not ended yet, by far not.
We brought you David Icke as well, who has opened the eyes of so many who didn’t want to see. And of those who were more than ready to hear what he has to say. He continues to grow in popularity.
There are the everyday heros on earth that we support, protect and nurture in their work. Julian Assange is also one of the Pleaidian heros. Phil Schneider and John Lennon as well. They all had their message and we worked with them to ensure that their celebrity was not lost on inconsequential matters.
Now we are in the Underground Bases, dismantling technology, working with your armed forces. We have some of the children who were in these bases and this has been going on for a while, many years, healing them and helping them to recover from their trauma. They live with us in the Pleaides; they’re not to be found on earth but may one day be returned if they wish.
Our ships surround your planet. Yes, the Galactic Ships but we have our own fleet of scientists, technicians, healers and our own light workers who help guide and arrange the energies. We direct these to the correct spots on your planet in order to help awaken people in these sectors, and to change around the negative polarities to positive.
We heal and cleanse your skies and your oceans.
We work to educate those who will step up with new technologies to present to your world, so that you too may enjoy non-invasive healing as the rest of the galaxy does.
The Pleaidians are key in the arrestation and processing of dark entities who will seek time before a universal judge for dispensation as is decreed by the councils.
Arrests are still ongoing. Your planet is heavily infested.
As your viral warfare continues, we seek cures for these and we seek to heal those who have been affected.
We energetically support your environment.
And we work through the lightworker system in order to express our Light at your third and fourth dimensional levels.
New food sources are being created for your planet by us. New foods will be discovered that are delicious, nourishing and of high frequency, and these will have been planted by us, the Pleaidian collective. We are botanists who will transplant or create new species of life for your future nourishment.
We bring you love. We are there to encourage and to soothe you when your outlook is dim. We are there to call on you to help your brothers in need. We prompt you to donate, to help out and to care whenever we see opportunity and now there is much upon your planet.
The Pleiadians are highly active, nurturing, guarding, aggressing against the dark, viewing all from our ships hovering over your world, and working according to the divine plan to set your world back on a path of Light.

.My post today: Ever notice that the ego’s out there have to keep commenting on your comment?
I commented on a post this morning and someone commented. She gave me an explanation of how she felt about the subject and I replied, “Suit yourself.” The comment wasn’t even directed at her, but for some reason she felt she should include herself in the conversation, which is one of the things I complain about with social media: it’s a free for all and anyone can comment on what you say. She commented again. I didn’t respond. So she commented again, and again. I blocked her.
I have no need to prove what I say as being correct. This person may have been spoiling for an argument by opposing me. Okay, suit yourself. It’s your life. I wouldn’t give her the gratification.
Which is ANOTHER THING I learned when I was in the 12 steps: They say, “Give up the need to be right.” I have. I channel a lot of my posts and trust Ivo and Athena to give me the words to express.
When you give up the need to be right, this need can then be replaced with a plethora of other needs that suit you better, and help all those on earth, such as:
– practising your need to spread love– practising your need to spread the truth
– practising your need to nurture others
– practising your need to master your self
– practising your need to remain peaceful
– practising your need to help others
(again, wait until it’s asked for)
AND THERE ARE MORE, these are the few that have come to mind right now.
What is your need when you interact with others?
Me: Ivo, can you comment on this post please? I think this would make a good video. To remind people that they have to get their ego under control if they want to hear their higher self, and that there is more to discussing matters with other people than the perverse enjoyment of trying to dominate them, which is what the need to be right is – it’s the need to own everyone you speak to and be better than they are.
Ivo: My love, we have discussed this in other videos, I believe, this issue of arrogance and practising the power over others structure.
There are many objectives to strive towards in conversation with others rather than the need to dominate them or to be right. You have suggested some examples and we can discuss these as well as add more into the mix.
Me: Great!
Ivo: Practicing your need to spread love. This is a worthwhile endeavour. People are not always receptive and others are in it to take advantage, but overlooking these problems, being loving towards others is a wonderful way to use your energy. Energy, in fact, should flow outwards towards others, not inwards towards yourself. Also when you are in conversation and maintain a stance of lovingness even towards those who are not reciprocal, it still benefits you as well as the world in general.
Practicing your need to spread the Truth. This is a highly advantageous position in your world today. If you are one who understands the truth of your common dilemma, then you are indeed blessed, and frankly you are also obligated to tell others as well. You were given this information so that you would share it, as is the fourth dimensional stance for the human – to share with others, not to continue to hold on to this knowledge for yourself, as this is a third dimensional standpoint.
Nurturing and helping others are closely related, so we will speak of them in one point. In fact this falls under loving others, and yes, you must ask first if the help is desired otherwise you run afoul of their free will, and fall into the “power over others” structure again. Giving another the knowledge, love or the energy to move ahead in their own life’s process is indeed a benevolent practise.
We shall also discuss practicing the need to master one’s self, as well as mastering the need to remain peaceful under all circumstances in one point. I will explain that your power is love and love functions best while you are in a higher state. These higher states can only be reached while one is peaceful and tranquil; otherwise the energy drops in vibrational frequency and works against the good of the experiencer and the collective. Peace is the first step to self mastery. Not reacting to provocation is another healthy step. Maintaining your own sense of self rather than losing energy to another who would think to provoke you, such as your conversation of this morning, my love, indicates that you are in control of your own energy. Of course there will be further testing.
Me: Of course. What’s the next step? Not getting triggered by anyone and reacting to their provocation when they’re trying to steal your energy. What’s next, Ivo?
Ivo: My love, you are in the perfect place. You see chaos around you, and to walk as a peaceful person in a world of flurry and stress, not worried about the trials and tribulations you see being played out around you. Containing your peace despite all evidence that perhaps you too, should become unwell, because that is what being unpeaceful leads to – unwellness.
Me: I know that.
Ivo: And so you would live contrarily to everyone around you. Being able to hold your own mindset when the mindsets of everyone else are on a stressful frequency, being the eye in the middle of the storm, being the calm on a windy day, being at peace with yourself when all around you appears to be falling apart….. that is self mastery at your level.
Me: Aha. So that’s the next step.
Ivo: You are headed there.
Me: Not always.
Ivo: I make you aware of when you have fallen short of the mark.
Me: I know. LOL
Ivo: Imagine the power of the one who walks in peace when all around him are fraught with stress, overwhelmed with negative energy.
Me: Yup.
Ivo: When you have this level of self control, you are a master and your powers of changing the nature of life will increase. We are now working with you to change the weather, but there will be more challenges ahead for you as you master these lessons of self control.
Yes, so what other practices can one assume for themselves as they rise out of bed in the morning?
Perhaps the need to see all as being divine parts of God
Perhaps the need to see all as being One, not separate
Perhaps the need to love those who you might earlier have declared your enemy (Yes, the other day you wished your ex a happy birthday and he was such an enemy of yours.)
Me: Ivo, I knew him 40 years ago.
Ivo: And the impact he had on your love relations was detrimental, to be sure. He sent a message to you that you have fought against for so many years and you realize now that knowing him empowered you. Yes, I hear you calling him a jerk, but he was a good teacher because he taught you to stand in your power. You found him extremely beguiling, attractive and desirable, yet you had to fight off these feelings of attraction because you knew you had to learn to say no and stand up to his abuse for your own sake, and you did it.
Me: True.
Ivo: This was a man you would have wanted to have in your life longer than was the case and far less casually, but you had to say no to him because he was no good for you and you knew it.
Me: True.
Ivo: You have always lamented that what you’d hoped he’d be for you was different than who he was for you, because you wanted this man. It took a lot for you to release him but you did it. You refused his abuse before it became extreme. You do not see these things as we do. We feel you did quite well. It was not so much that he was your sworn enemy, my love, it was because he did not give you the love you wanted from him. He could not love you and this was why you were angry at him.
Me: Yes. I see that.
Ivo: Other needs that one can work on:
The need to love one’s self
The need to maintain self discipline
The need to set limits with one’s self and others where appropriate
The need to assert one’s self and to say no when necessary
The need to set one’s best interests ahead of all – to honour the self and release those who dishonour you, such as my love did with her man of 40 years ago.
Me: He wasn’t the only one.
Ivo: Yes, and you continuously released men who could not and would not love you. It was also pointed out recently to you, that these men had the propensity to become your handler, had you allowed the relationships to continue. In spite of the way you felt you were unlovable, you continued to release these men who could not love you, hence you did understand yourself to be lovable and would settle for nothing less. Do you understand?
Me: Yes.
Ivo: And to all those of the divine feminine and masculine who have released unsuitable partners or suitors, this lesson pertains to you as well. The reason you are releasing them is because you are not believing that you are unlovable, you understand that you very much are. Sharon has, many times, not realized the reason she behaved was out of self love and it has been my point to show her that it was there all along.
These are all avenues to self mastery. They can all be practiced daily and in relation to other people. When one experiences failure, then it is simply a question of trying again.
When one has power over the self, a world of powers await.

.Yes, I am El Morya, and I am here to speak to you on this question.
How do you strengthen your minds?
You have powerful minds but at the moment, for many, they have not been exercised enough. As you work out your cardio, your legs and your abdominals, so should you work out your minds. Those who practise in the ancient arts of judo, tai-kwan doe and more, understand that the body responds to the mind and the real strength of the fighter is in the mind.
In your western societies, you strengthen your bodies without strengthening your minds. For neither is it likely that you must defend against accost as generally, your world has moved away from that, however to be fit is a goal for all. However, the holistic approach to fitness is to have a keen mind that is the driver of the body. And in the west, you have flabby minds.
Me: LOL. I know he’s going to use me as a subject!
ElM: If you wish.
Me: Why not? Ivo does too.
ElM: When I say that you have a flabby mind, my child, it is because you think as an overweight person would; you believe yourself to be overweight, and so your mind directs your body to comply. It has nothing to do with the food you eat as much as it has to do with the way you think. You understand that in your 20’s you used creative visualization, after having read Shakti Gawain’s book, to help you lose 30 pounds. You were visualizing this weight loss and in so doing, directed your body to comply.
Me: Yes, I remember that. I think I was a size 10 or 12 after that. I wish.
ElM: So, as well with your financial situation. You think as an impovershed victim of your circumstances at times and so you create the circumstances you fear. Your thinking is fear based. You paid this month for a large car appointment and then your feline became ill. So we worked on retrieving the health of your feline and he is back to his cantankerous self, attacking your hand as you go to pet him. He has only sneezed once today so I would say that our healing him was very effective indeed. You were right to call me. I am here to show you your power. I am the chohan of the blue ray and you are a blue ray that has forgotten her way.
Me: Well, please show us all, Father.
ElM: Your minds are very strong, when it comes to creating fear. You have been schooled your entire lives in learning and expressing fear, and now you must turn your minds around and learn to express power. You are on this path, my child, and I am here to help you.
Brother Ivo has gone into much detail about the expressions of fear in your lives: arrogance, manipulation, control, lack of belief in oneself, personalizing life, blaming all on yourself… so many things, however as you clear those from your mind and begin to step into your power, you will find you have flabby mental muscles.
At one point again, my child, you were reading, “Wisdom of the Mystic Masters,” by Joseph Reed, and this Rosicrucian master gave the practise that was necessary to improve your mind. He had you hold numbers in your head and multiply them, he had you focusing on colours in your mind and holding that focus, he had you memorizing paragraphs from books and reciting them. This is practising your lower mind to strengthen it.
To strengthen one’s lower mind is to prepare the proper ground for your soul to manifest itself through you in the physical. With a weak, flabby mind, your soul can not do much. You must prepare the body and the mind to house your higher being, and this is done through physical exercise and proper nutrition, and then through memorization and retention of one’s focus. You say that you cannot hold an image long in your mind’s eye before it changes. Were you able to do so you would be able to portray extraterrestrials you see as your friend Christine does. She is an amazing artist because she can naturally hold an image in her mind. When you paint, you work from a picture or photo. You must paint from your mind, dispense with the photo. Attempt to paint what you see in your mind. You did so yesterday as you were shown as scene of what is above your city. The image of the barracks and the spheric tower containing fluids was there, and you retained the blacktop. You saw the black and the white, however, the colours were not there for you.
Me: Yes.
ElM: So you must continue to use your mind to see what your higher mind sees. In more abundant colour, holding the images longer, keeping your focus. To do this, training by doing simple and then more complicated math exercises in your head, without writing down the numbers, is how you can begin. Hold a colour in your mind. Hold an image from your past. Hold an image of what you would like your world to look like. Hold a fantasy image in your mind, move around within it and describe it in words. This brings it into the mental mind.
Always describe the image in words as you are viewing or creating it. This works the left hemisphere in tandem with the right hemisphere. It makes it harder to hold, but this practise should be done.
Do you see what I am intending?
Me: Yes, I get it. Getting the two hemispheres to work together. Strengthening the left hemisphere.
I think a lot of people could just work to keep thoughts from wandering. I know at times that when I meditate that I’m getting a lot of thought interference.
ElM: That is because you are in the lower dimensions. When you take your meditation into the upper dimensions, you cease to experience “noise” and “head chatter” from your lower mind. This mind has to be silenced. It has to work for you, not against you. So it takes practise at these exercises.
Should you not do so, your lower mind will continue to work against your progress by distracting you, upsetting you and reducing your frequency. It must be put in alignment with your will for it, not its will for you.
ElM: You must learn that much of what your lower mind involves itself with is external to you. You share your lower mind with your controllers who beam waves of energy in to mesmerize the population and so you have many thoughts that do not suit a higher purpose. Why give them heed? Ignore them.
Me: I do.
ElM: They will not stop. You must ignore them. This is mind control, externalized thought control of your minds that is being introduced, and you must learn to control your mind such that you do not hear the thoughts, in the same way that you at one time ignored your higher mind in favour of listening to these internalized transmissions. Do you understand?
Me: Yes, both are possible.
ElM: Exactly. Listen to your god mind. Hold that intention. Train your lower mind to listen to higher thoughts and ignore the transmissions of mind control. It can be done and your people are ready to do this. Especially you.
Me: Yes.
ElM: Any practise where focus is brought to an object, memorization of passages, retention of images within the mind, is good practise for your mind. Be sure that this practise is one of higher awareness, and not a focus on anything degrading to another, pornographic, or of ill will, otherwise this will be released from your mind by your higher self. Focus on the image of a flower, perhaps, a bird, a baby’s face. In doing so, you also open the heart and have practise keeping it open as well.
This is another way you strengthen your mind – your heart mind. You focus on keeping the mind conditioned and the heart loving.
It is time.

.I am El Morya and I have a message for you of the Light.
You do not recognize your strength. Every day, you put so much effort into strengthening your body but you do not realize that you must strengthen your mind as well.
The strongest part of you is your mind, not your body. Your body was created by your mind. Your mind is the driving force of consciousness upon your planet. Your consciousness is filtered down through your mind and your mind decides what it will perceive and what it will not perceive.
You could realistically change your entire world right now. Many of you have crossed your countries, going ocean to ocean or ocean to land, and you have created an entirely new world for yourself in having made that move. Had you stayed where you were, circumstances would have remained the same unless of course, you change your mind. Your mind is what brings new circumstances to your life.
When you believe that you can alter the weather, you can alter the weather. When you believe you can resist the virus, then you can resist the virus. It is simply what you believe.
What you fear comes through to you for resolution because this is not part of Christ. You are christ and what is not part of you, when you create something that is not a part of your truth, you are resisting yourself. Truth is a part of who you are. Truth is the rule upon which you function in the same way that your world functions with natural laws – you have trees, you have birds, you have water, you have animals, dirt and land…. these are the rules of your world, and your world of your consciousness is truth. There is your world.
You are creatures of God, you are part of God and you must stand in your own Light. To do otherwise is to fail yourself and to fail the world in which you live. There is no choice. You must do so. Now is the time, particularly now, as this world needs you now. You must do whatever you can, but the first thing you must do is to stop believing that you are limited. You are unlimited. Because God is unlimited. Do you see limits in God? No, there are rules but these are not limits, but God is unlimited and so are you.
Anything you desire, you can create. When you desire a world free of viruses, of suffering, of struggling, then you can create that world by focusing on it. You must know with absolute surety that you can create it. You are all being tested to remove your doubts, to remove your fears because doubt comes from fears, and bring God into your life, because you are a god.
You are a powerful being. You must exercise this power now.
It is that simple.
I remain El Morya.
Do you believe that to create new circumstances for yourself that you must move your physical circumstances. But in fact you can spend your entire life where you are and just continue to attract to you that what you wish to have. Physical movement is not required.
But if I want a bigger house?
I ask him and my response is.
Your house is a limitation that you set upon yourself. Your life is about overcoming your limitations so when you set a life of limitation up for yourself, then you must overcome this limitation.
Okay so if I want a bigger house … that’s true, many just create a bigger house all the time. Build onto what you have, or maybe the landlord will sell the apartment building and you can take 2 units.
When you limit yourself, look to see if there is a way that you can change your circumstances using your mind, not your body

So I have another question for you, Father.
I am here.
I want to get a house but it has to be one where Ivo and other galactics can land their ships. I live in a city with people around me so landing a ship isn’t possible here. How would I deal with that? The galactics don’t want to be seen by the general public and need a place that’s remote, and they also specified near water.
ElM: So there are physical parameters which are specified which requires your moving.
Me: Yes. So there’s no way to create that where I am.
ElM: No. You are creating that right now in knowing that there is a house which is waiting for you to purchase which fits your requirements but now physical movement is necessary.
Me: Ah! So you’re saying that changing things with your mind doesn’t work in all cases.
ElM: You in fact have a time limit.
Me: Yes, like before I die.
ElM: Otherwise you could create that circumstance where you are. However you are limited by your physicality in the respect of time. You only live so long. So this does require physical movement.
My information to you was based on many aspects of your life. I see you have moved many times in your life and this was not all necessary.
Me: Howso?
ElM: Had you used your mind you could have quieted noisy neighbours, so this accounts for the majority of problems you encountered in your places of dwelling, does it not?
Me: It does. There were many noise problems.
ElM: So then, using your mind to still their need to create noise or their stress, anxiety and other such emotions that seek outlet can be done through the power of your mind.
Your people engage in much physical movement and wishful thinking. As it happens, you created a much quieter place of dwelling for yourself now in your last move.
Me: I needed it.
ElM: You could have attracted quieter tenants for the last apartment. Movement was not necessary.
Me: There were laundry soap issues too.
ElM: Ah yes. This could have been dealt with as well at a higher metaphysical level. Yes, perhaps purchasing soap and distributing it to all tenants who used the washing room beneath you would be one solution. As it is, your desire to have the tenants upstairs removed from the building was effective because they did move.
Me: Yes. Took a while.
ElM: To speed up these circumstances, have a more positive mindset. It directs more energy towards the magnetization of the goal.
Me: What are some other examples of this, taking some from my past for example.
ElM: You now desire a washing machine.
Me: Yes, I have a dryer and no washer. LOL
ElM: You can magnetize one for free.
Me: How so?
ElM: They are there. It is possible. Charity is given daily. But you understand your feelings when I said the word “charity” and you see that you would not wish to have a free washer because it is charity. You believe in giving, but not in receiving.
Me: Yes.
ElM: So you would prefer to pay a minimal sum. That is the solution you think best, so you are limiting your choices.
Me: Yes.
ElM: For the advanced student of alchemy, there is the changing of energy into other atomic structures. St Germaine speaks of turning ore into gold and this can be done by all of you. You believe a process of high pressure is the only way to turn coal into gold but that is nonsense. Your science is limited and it makes you believe in limitations. It has been done already by some upon earth – the changing of ore into gold. Water into wine. Pulling a rabbit out of a hat, so to speak. Magic is very possible.
You have shut off your computer with your mind as it has a crystal chip in it. Understand that as all your technology becomes more crystalline, you can effect it yourselves. It is a question of learning to work with it, and that has to do with frequency. When in a bad mood, you find your computer acting up. Even the software changes screens, shuts down, etc. This is due to your mood.
Me: I find my ethernet cable doesn’t work as well as the wifi.
ElM: Because you wake up in a bad mood, my child. You are affecting the chip and the limited connection is more affected than wifi which can work independently of your mood.
Me: LOL Waking up with low blood sugar.
ElM: Try re-inserting the ethernet cable when your mood has improved. It will function better. You have no idea of the impact your fields have on devices around you.
Me: Thanks. This is very interesting. If I can think of any other examples to ask you, may I?
ElM: Of course. I stop at nothing to show you your godly self.

.I am Archangel Michael and I have a message for all upon Planet Earth.
You are repressing your godliness.
For those who live in your day to day lives, never looking beyond the end of the day, never looking outside of your normal life, what you call normal, your entire demeanor and the flurry of activity is indeed a tool to repress. You don’t realize this, of course, because this is all you’ve been taught. But it’s true. You never stop to question if this is what you really want to do, who you really want to be, or if this in fact is what you have decided to be in this incarnation.
Do you ever ask yourself this?
Questioning life is more important than thinking you have all the answers. It’s not your job to provide your answers, that is the task of those ordained as your guides, your healers and your celestial truth bringers. The team of Light who work with you are there to tell you what you need to know, what it is in fact that you’ve come here to do. That is not your job, or the job of your authorities to tell you.
Your life has been hijacked.
It has, and it remains as a sad, worn out train on a sad, worn out set of tracks, going around in circles. The new high speed trains with their silvery bodies and gold trim, flash by you as you get through your life with so little power and so little speed.
Your world is a holy place.
Yes, see it as such. See it as holy. This could be a challenge when you persist in looking at it through the same glasses you have used all your life. Shed these glasses and find new ones that show you the reality of what is occurring in the lives of all. You are all beings of holiness, divine beings who came to this planet to lift her up again to the heavens. But to be able to do this, you must see yourself as capable of it. And you are.
I say that your lives are repressive. They are. When you repress your true reality, you do not ask questions, in fact you have been enabled to believe you have all the answers. Do you? Do you know what lies beyond your sun? Have you ever looked? Have you ever thought about it? Have you ever asked the question, “Who really am I?” “Why am I here?” “What am I here to do?” These questions will lead you to your truth.
Do you see the divinity in all of life around you? Do you see the happiness of a dog when she greets you, the smell of the ocean as its waves break upon the shore, do you see the bounty of colour in a fall mountain scene, do you see the beauty of the star lit sky at night time when you look? This is God. This is Creation. And yet you persist in not seeing the bounty of creation within yourselves and within the others around you. You see them as different. That humans are different from creation; they are not. They are the creators. You created this beautiful reality which you call Mother Earth. She is of you and you are of her.
See yourself as one with the heavens, the earth and the skies. Let your heart open to realize your divineness. Understand that you are in an unnatural system right now, and this system is closing. As it closes, you will feel liberated but only when you release yourself from it.
And this means that you must end your repression of emotions. Emotions are the guide, the key to your future. When they sing to you, follow their song. When they shriek at you, stop there and do not take another step. For they are telling you where to go, what to do and how to create.
When you repress your emotions, you repress your divinity. You repress your power, your beauty, your bounty. You repress your lives and stay small.
This smallness must change and it must change now. So it is decreed and it will be done.
Work with the Creator to change this world to one worthy of his love for you. Open your heart. Open your mind. Be grateful for change.
And so it is.

.Very good. I am St Germaine, at your service, my loved ones.
I wish to speak on this subject that Sharon wishes me to display my dearth of knowledge on, so indeed I will. I responded to her request to channel on this subject, because this is the basis of Alchemy, and as you know I am the Master Alchemist. Ah yes!
Sharon admits that she did not make that connection, and yes, I believe that this is a connection that so many of you are not aware of: Your minds are creators. What you think, you create. And you have been taught to believe in and to recreate many life patterns that do not serve you.
Imagine, your entire world slaving away at your daily jobs when in fact all you need do is change your collective mindset and another means of surviving your lives would fall into place. Yes, that easy. Had you not bought into the economic system you currently are oppressed by, then perhaps extraterrestrials would have approached your world and bartered and traded with you. Or you may have stayed with your old barter and trading systems of the past and never relinquished this to a financial system. Or perhaps you would have simply had a “take what you need” system where one grows the food and the other takes the necessary amount for the family, and that would be it.
I suggest to you that your current system has led to miserliness, greed, insecurity and competition between you. Had such a system not been chosen, then perhaps you would have chosen a system that would allow you to flourish in more benevolent ways.
All it takes from this day forward is a collective change of mind, and yes, majority does rule. In order to see progress, 50 percent of those upon earth would have to be of that mindset. This is how collective alchemy works.
There have been many systems of exchange upon Planet Earth in the past and some still remain in place. It is generally a question of what the society values. In some native societies, a dance is considered fair exchange for wild boar. In others, sea meat is exchanged for cooking services. It is all about what has value to you.
So, now you are in a period of great change for the majority upon your planet. This will require a great change of mind on the part of all of you. Events are being introduced that some of you will begin to examine your current standard of living, question who is running the countries, and what should be disposed of going forward. Large changes will be introduced as a result of the release of your minds from the lower mental planes. It will be possible.
You all tend to focus on what benevolence you would like to see introduced upon your lives, yet there is no consensus. There is so much division in your thinking that it is impossible to implement any new structure with strength. So you must begin to align with each other. Yes, timelines falling away, in favour of organic timelines which in fact resonate more with your minds is a great help. You will find that your thinking naturally begins to return to that which was your strength many thousands of years ago before the overtake of your planet and your minds.
Your planet is a creation of your collective mindset. It would not exist without your belief in it. So that is the power you have to change it, not those of us who remain outside its boundaries. We can influence, but it is you who must change. This is also alchemy. All earthlings have the right to be self determining.
So if you do not believe that this current society is of your benevolence, then change your minds. What do you believe would be benevolent for those of your world? What would you like to see? Focus upon this.
Hating what is currently in place is only strengthening it, I’m afraid. It must be allowed to be removed. When you hate the current regime, you are holding it in place that much longer and making the Light’s removal of it that much more difficult. Because as I said, it is your world. We ask that you change your mind.
Would you like to see more money for all? The cessation of starvation, poverty, suffering, and sickness? Would you like to see help for the flora and fauna of your world, cessation of pollution and aid for the environment? Would you like to see the oceans cleaned up, the land masses move back to a more natural state, and animal populations thrive? Then focus on these things.
Dream. Dream big as you say. It will all be yours. You are the seed sowers of the New Earth. You are the benevolent ones who wish to see love embrace all again, and chaos and suffering end.
Nothing is impossible, for you are all alchemists. Use your minds wisely.
Sharon is curious about aircraft accidents, for example. She is now aware there are far more than she has realized. However, what she does not realize is that when she continues to watch these videos, she continues to empower the idea of aircraft accidents. And because she believes in them, they continue to happen. You must be wary of your television because it shows you what someone wants you to create. And in this case this is aircraft accidents. If in fact you discontinue believing in aircraft accidents, the perfect solution would be found to resolve that problem. But you believe in them so they continue to exist.
In the case of tornado videos, then tornados will continue to plague your world, because you believe in them and believe them to be real, they will continue to happen. Stop believing in them, and they will cease to plague your people. Understand that natural events do not harm – they nurture.
I might advise at this point, should you watch the television, or videos, please ensure that what you are watching does not conceptualize harm to another being because in watching this, you increase the likelihood of others suffering these fates, and this in fact incurs energetic imbalance for you – or bad karma as you call it. Yes, you must be very precise with your mind, Sharon!

The hair got shorter because people believed in the shorter hair as being acceptable. If they had insisted that all rock and roll musicians should have long hair, it would have remained so. However it did not.
It is what you believe is the standard, what is acceptable to you, what you take for granted, and what your society considers to be ordinary. Change your collective mind, then the outcome changes. Should you continue believing in alcoholism, you will continue to have alcoholics. Should one person begin to believe that people should not drink, and this grows to the majority, then more and more people will be able to cease drinking. It will become easier for the general population.
Ah! Yes, Sharon. I hear your food-based mind. You, unfortunately, believe yourself to have an eating disorder, and you have joined a very large, if I may apologize for the poor use of wording, group of people who also believe in it. Should your world suddenly realize you are overweight because your mind tells your body to be so, then this group of people would overcome its need to be overweight. That group would decrease in size, and losing weight once that “mind bug” is caught, would become easier. You must understand your plethora of diet doctors, diet books and diet products is a large economy for many, and revealing the truth that it is the mind that creates your physical reality is the knowledge many wish to keep from you. There is no need to be overweight unless this is what you fear as you are meant to face your fears.
Your mind is very powerful. Use it judiciously.

I wish to speak on this subject that Sharon wishes me to display my dearth of knowledge on, so indeed I will. I responded to her request to channel on this subject, because this is the basis of Alchemy, and as you know I am the Master Alchemist. Ah yes!

I am Ashtar Sheran, Master of this Universe, here to be of service to you.
Yes, you are in times of great change. Until now, the truth of activities that had been undertaken to prepare your world for its new incarnation as Eden, had been kept from your view. Now we require your participation in greater numbers as the changes to be made affect your daily lives.
Those who have been awake and aware for years have been prepared for the news that is literally coming to the surface now, and you in turn are there to help to convince the others who don’t believe this news, that it is in fact true. Everything adds up. It makes sense, it’s logical, it’s reasonable to view the evidence that’s surfaced, even in small amounts, and to create the bigger picture from it.
We have leaked, if you want to call it, this information to the Light forces here on the surface – and by this I mean you – the new communications system that will overtake the main stream media eventually to provide the real news to the rest of the world. We have trained you, we have watched you as you gallantly took on the forces that sought to oppress you, we have watched you increase your numbers as you shared the Truth with the world. You have fought for the Light, for the Truth to be revealed to your planet, seeking out clues and details, speaking with information givers who work on the classified projects that you need to know about. Your group digs to reveal the secrets being kept from you and in so doing, you are changing the fortunes of your planet. By providing this information to others, you allow them as well, to hold that Light of Truth with you.
And now, one by one, the numbers are increasing daily as the light snaps on in the minds of those who begin to question their reality.
You are creating a human web of Truth and Light. This grid is already shining brightly.
Your reality is changing. What you called “normal” before is now a thing of the past. You have to be prepared to embrace change because that’s what your world is currently immersed in.
The comforts you knew of the past will be taken away, released back to you, and then perhaps removed again. Freedom, as you define it, will change. Events will come about, sometimes large, sometimes small events, that will modify your lives and change your realities.
9/11 was the first of these. People began to question the sanity of their lifestyles when, believing what they saw on television, they realized their lives could be snuffed out in a matter of seconds, and that they were sharing their space with others who did not revere life as they did. The actors who portrayed the skyjackers of 9/11 were in fact depictions of your true reality – they portrayed the Illuminati to those upon your planet. Energies were such at that time that allowed for a mass wake up and it indeed did happen. Some of you are here with this movement now.
9/11 tore away the safety blanket that so many people lived under in the western world. Never having lived through an attack on their home turf, many were cast into the truth of your current reality overnight. Of course, this act was perpetrated by your deep state and the goal of it was not to disturb you as much as it was to send a message to the white hats of the day, who lost their lives in their attempt to release you from this oppression. And so we forged on, with new members stepping in where those who had died had left opportunity. We grew in numbers, and so now we have presidential representation, and higher levels of power.
Now it is time for the people to join us, and to step into their power as well, and these coming events will be opportunities for you to rise to the occasion.
Change is not always comfortable. But you must weigh the pain of change versus the pain of having remained as you were. Had change not taken place already you would have been in a compromised state at this time. Humanity on earth has been saved, and you are now working to continue to save yourselves. We ask for your patience. All will come to good for you. We hear your cries. We understand there are shortages of food, and other necessities being experienced. Please help each other out as much as possible. This is temporary. The financial system is due to change over to the QFS before the end of this year.
The lower astral is all but cleared up. DUMBs are proceeding well. We are eliminating the extraterrestrial population in your lower earth quickly now. Indictments are being formulated, and arrests are already underway. Try as they may to hide it, your main stream media is no match for the sleuths your team has proven to be.
We are working with your leaders, your businesses and your financial establishments to bring about GESARA law and humanitarian aid for you all.

.The Corona Virus was released in Wutan, China. Wutan is also the first city in China to go 5G. They did this in 2019. People are already making the connection so I confirmed this with Ashtar: They are using 5G to kill us!
I believe that the story of the virus being stolen from Canada and brought by 2 students is just a cover-up story to make us believe that the virus came from outside of ourselves. No! We are capable of producing viruses within our bodies! I’m not saying this because I’m a Canadian. In fact, I couldn’t care less as I see myself as a Vegan, not an earthling anyway.

I intuited this yesterday. They’re using 5G to kill us. Wifi already makes so many people ill. They’re controlling our minds with low level energy waves (like microwaves), so now they’re controlling our bodies.
5G, our “wonderful” wifi “advanced technology” works with our DNA (which has been altered, of course) to create lethal viruses within us. No wonder Ivo told me to move away from the cities, especially away from the American border.
5G has to stop. Chemtrailing has to stop. All of these things are being used together to create lethal spreadable diseases within us.
It’s not the animals, or eating them, this is bio-warfare and we’re the targets! We’re being used to become the creators of our own disease! If you think that’s impossible, then ask yourself what cancer is – it’s your own body gone haywire to create a disease within you. There is no virus or bacteria for cancer. It doesn’t have an external source – you create your own cancer.
Ashtar confirms this is the reality. He says not to fear it because when you fear, your DNA works less effectively to protect you from disease. Your DNA responds to your emotions. Make sure you keep your frequency high to protect yourself and others. On that point, read on.
You’re saving lives daily, and you don’t even know it. How are you doing this?
Ashtar: They (the dark ones) understand you’ll be leaving to go to 5D. They don’t really care about the higher vibrators except for the fact that you’re in the fourth dimension, which is where they are launching this final set of attacks. Your presence in 4D stops their plans from coming to fruition. So they want the lightworkers gone. Either killed off or ascended to higher dimensions, they don’t care. They just don’t want you messing with their plan.
Me: Too bad for them. Because I’m messing.
Ashtar: Your raising the vibration of the collective helps to keep people alive at this point, Sharon. Many perhaps don’t realize that. You’re holding up the organic population of humans on this planet and saving them from demise, just by being here!
Me: It feels like it some days. LOL
Ashtar: You’re intervening in their lives because you’re allowed to, by divine decree. We only wish more lightworkers would raise their vibration. That way more humans would be saved from the dark’s attempts to kill them off.
Me: So it’s not only just that the consciousness of the planet is raised, it’s that we’re keeping them alive.
Ashtar: Raising of the consciousness does keep them alive.
Consciousness is life. Lack of consciousness is death
This is why those who are going to 5D have not gone yet. Because they have to stay behind and hold a high vibration for the rest of the collective – because the rest of the collective isn’t. The collective isn’t ready to ascend, and what’s worse, are being subjected to these dark attacks because their frequency is so low.
I was contacted by one lightworker yesterday who is deliberately listening to darkworkers. Why? They’re lying. Why would you listen to them? And what’s more, come to me to tell me what the darkworker said. Oh yes, so I can be exposed to the lie as well. I seriously don’t think people take this seriously enough. Now we’re seeing what’s at stake – they’re setting up 5G all over the world to produce low level waves that will create viruses within our bodies! Isn’t that enough to get you to take it seriously? Do I have to remind people of the scalar beams they’re starting fires with in California, Australia and other parts of the world? Do I have to remind you of how Monsanto is poisoning our food supply, vaccines are causing death and vaccine injury in children… when will you start to take this seriously?
This kind of illogical behaviour is what keeps people chained to the lower timelines and this is what’s holding back the entire Ascension process – we each make a contribution. Everything every one of us says and does either moves the collective forward or backward. We have absolute one hundred percent responsibility in this right now. And so many aren’t exercising that because we still think we don’t matter. We DO matter. We came here and were born on this earth to matter, to make a difference and it’s best to step into that responsibility and take it seriously – because there’s no way to avoid it. That’s what you came here to do.
Every lightworker at this time is scheduled to either return home, reincarnate here, or to lose their reincarnation privileges. It depends on their frequency. That means if you fall to the dark side, that you will not be able to return to earth or anywhere else, and will be taken to trial on another planet and possibly incinerated in the central sun. Absolute death. This is how serious this is.
There are many lightworkers who will require to be reincarnated here again because they haven’t finished their projects, and others will just return home.
I know of one lightworker who hasn’t woken up sufficiently and is experiencing ascension symptoms now along with the rest of the earthlings. This is how effective the dark has been in waylaying many lightworkers.
The galactics can only implement change on this planet to the level that we can hold the change and incorporate it into our lives. In effect, they need our approval or acceptance, to create change just as much as the dark needs our approval in order to create the false reality of lies that they’ve been creating. Any refusal to accept the whole truth of the matter just stalls the liberation process further.
That’s why some people are awake and others are still asleep – because we believe different narratives – the Truth or the lies.
The Light tells us the truth to the extent that we can accept and incorporate it only; the dark lies in order to get us to accept that. Why? It’s because we’re the creators who have been designated to live on this planet and what happens here is a reflection of all of us collectively and is our responsibility. That’s why people have to wake up!! It’s our planet and what happens to us depends on how we think.
If we don’t have the capacity to live by the Truth, then they can’t physically remove the liars from this planet because it wouldn’t “stick” anyway. It might even backfire and work in favour of the dark!
We have to have the courage to see the Truth of what they’re doing on this planet – to the people, to the children, and that means above ground and underground. When we accept it, the galactics can move forward and implement more physical change.
That’s why ALL lightworkers MUST BE SEEKERS OF THE TRUTH. Find the narrative and stick with it. Your opinion means nothing – and can be manipulated by the dark to their advantage! So stop playing opinion games on Facebook!

Ashtar: You’re intervening in their lives because you’re allowed to, by divine decree. We only wish more lightworkers would raise their vibration. That way more humans would be saved from the dark’s attempts to kill them off.
Me: So it’s not only just that the consciousness of the planet is raised, it’s that we’re keeping them alive.
Ashtar: Raising of the consciousness does keep them alive.
Consciousness is life. Lack of consciousness is death
This is why those who are going to 5D have not gone yet. Because they have to stay behind and hold a high vibration for the rest of the collective – because the rest of the collective isn’t. The collective isn’t ready to ascend, and what’s worse, are being subjected to these dark attacks because their frequency is so low.
I was contacted by one lightworker yesterday who is deliberately listening to darkworkers. Why? They’re lying. Why would you listen to them? And what’s more, come to me to tell me what the darkworker said. Oh yes, so I can be exposed to the lie as well. I seriously don’t think people take this seriously enough. Now we’re seeing what’s at stake – they’re setting up 5G all over the world to produce low level waves that will create viruses within our bodies! Isn’t that enough to get you to take it seriously? Do I have to remind people of the scalar beams they’re starting fires with in California, Australia and other parts of the world? Do I have to remind you of how Monsanto is poisoning our food supply, vaccines are causing death and vaccine injury in children… when will you start to take this seriously?
This kind of illogical behaviour is what keeps people chained to the lower timelines and this is what’s holding back the entire Ascension process – we each make a contribution. Everything every one of us says and does either moves the collective forward or backward. We have absolute one hundred percent responsibility in this right now. And so many aren’t exercising that because we still think we don’t matter. We DO matter. We came here and were born on this earth to matter, to make a difference and it’s best to step into that responsibility and take it seriously – because there’s no way to avoid it. That’s what you came here to do.
Every lightworker at this time is scheduled to either return home, reincarnate here, or to lose their reincarnation privileges. It depends on their frequency. That means if you fall to the dark side, that you will not be able to return to earth or anywhere else, and will be taken to trial on another planet and possibly incinerated in the central sun. Absolute death. This is how serious this is.
There are many lightworkers who will require to be reincarnated here again because they haven’t finished their projects, and others will just return home.
I know of one lightworker who hasn’t woken up sufficiently and is experiencing ascension symptoms now along with the rest of the earthlings. This is how effective the dark has been in waylaying many lightworkers.
The galactics can only implement change on this planet to the level that we can hold the change and incorporate it into our lives. In effect, they need our approval or acceptance, to create change just as much as the dark needs our approval in order to create the false reality of lies that they’ve been creating. Any refusal to accept the whole truth of the matter just stalls the liberation process further.
That’s why some people are awake and others are still asleep – because we believe different narratives – the Truth or the lies.
The Light tells us the truth to the extent that we can accept and incorporate it only; the dark lies in order to get us to accept that. Why? It’s because we’re the creators who have been designated to live on this planet and what happens here is a reflection of all of us collectively and is our responsibility. That’s why people have to wake up!! It’s our planet and what happens to us depends on how we think.
If we don’t have the capacity to live by the Truth, then they can’t physically remove the liars from this planet because it wouldn’t “stick” anyway. It might even backfire and work in favour of the dark!
We have to have the courage to see the Truth of what they’re doing on this planet – to the people, to the children, and that means above ground and underground. When we accept it, the galactics can move forward and implement more physical change.
That’s why ALL lightworkers MUST BE SEEKERS OF THE TRUTH. Find the narrative and stick with it. Your opinion means nothing – and can be manipulated by the dark to their advantage! So stop playing opinion games on Facebook!

Just doing a grounding meditation and I have a feeling that someone’s trying to contact me so I’ll see what I can do.
We are Karea and I’m seeing a jackal being, a canine being.
Hello Karea.
K: We greet you. We are a group consciousness. We come from the dog star Sirius. We are 9th dimensionals.
Me: Nice to meet you.
K: We wish to make contact with the beings of earth. We love that you respect the dog in your society and have made it your friend. For those dog lovers, we wish to express our sincere gratitude for looking after our canine friends.
Me: Well, they look after us too.
K: Yes, it is reciprocal. You are often ones to make use of everything around you in your physical world and one of those things is the dog.
Me: I sense that you’re more of a male energy.
K: I am a male energy. I am also a female energy.
There are those who will know who they are when I say we wish to contact them.
Me: Okay.
K: If you could help us, we would appreciate it.
Me: You’re like a jackal, like the Egyptian jackal dogs.
K: We were on earth long ago. Your pyramids are from antiquity, not your recent past. We were upon your earth. We come from Sirius. We came to help but we knew that your earth would fall into darkness, so preparations were made at that time for the sake of your people. Our images were left upon your pyramids and your great walls all over your world. Some have remained and some have been destroyed.
We are recorded in your history and will again come to meet you.

RADICAL ACCEPTANCE
Me: Hi Ivo, Jesus was talking about radical acceptance in the Course in Miracles. For those people who aren’t familiar with the Course, it is a channeled work of Jesus’ message as well as a series of daily exercises to practise.
Jesus expands on the truths that I channel Ivo about: that what we are creating is an unreality, that we are aggressive beings living in a mentality and emotionality that are not true to our innate nature, and that we’re limited by seeing ourselves as physical bodies.
Now he’s mentioned something that I’m not familiar with so I’d like you to explain it, Ivo please. He mentioned radical acceptance. What is that?
Ivo: My love, Jesus is saying that you can accept everything as being as it is supposed to be in any moment. When you habitually accept all around you as being the highest expression possible for humanity on earth, then you are being radically accepting. Now I just heard you groan when I said, “highest expression possible,” and this is judgment, my love. You are judging everything on your planet as being unacceptable and because of this, you are at odds with all around you.
Me: Okay, next video. LOL
Ivo: Not so fast, my love. You understand that all is love in action and for those who have not watched our video, it would be wise to do so. This video explains how the higher self is leading all through their lives and how everything is an expression of the love of the soul upon your planet. And this of course rules out those upon your planet who are soulless, who are slated to be tried for their incursions upon your people. However, everything else is those who are on the soul matrix expressing their highest possible life. Yes, of course there is mind control interfering with this expression and this will be removed.
When in fact you judge all as being unacceptable, then you are in your ego, understanding life from the point of view of the ego. When you see all as being acceptable, no matter how the ego reacts, you are being radically accepting.
It is a question of overriding the ego’s opinion at any moment. You understand when you are in the higher timelines that you have much less problem with judgment because you are in unity consciousness. You really do not care about what others are doing, and simply ignore everything as their business.
But the ego is a meddler. It is a meddler because it cannot sense itself – it only knows who it is as it compares itself to others.
Me: But Ivo, I’m a lightworker and I’ve come from a better world to live here. A lot of lightworkers have a hard time accepting what’s going on here.
Ivo: But you need not judge it. You can simply utilize radical acceptance to understand that this too will change to a better expression for many, and this is the reason you are here in the first place.
When your ego is active, life becomes unacceptable to you.
Me: How would I know what I want to improve upon if it was all acceptable to me?
Ivo: And you again realize that when you love your life as it is, you receive more goodness, do you not?
Me: Yup. Got it.
Ivo: Swinging back and forth between the ego and the higher mind of soul is difficult considering the timelines are being manipulated back and forth between the Light and the dark, but you must firmly hold the idea of connecting with soul every day and eschewing what your ego tells you. You must firmly stay in the higher frequencies and your thinking is the result of this as well as the vehicle to accomplish this.
Me: I felt you kissing me the other night as I woke up.
Ivo: We need to complete this conversation, my love. I see you are attempting to distract me. This is because you do not like your faults being pointed out. I am not pointing them out simply for you; there are many that do the same thing. This is what the fourth dimension is about: the heart opening and loving and accepting all, or the heart closing and the lower ego mind prevailing.
In order to facilitate this, daily meditation and grounding is required. This brings in the higher energies to raise the frequency to soul level, and grounding removes the lower energies to inner earth where they will be transmuted. It is easy.
For you, you have a problem with workaholism and you dislike taking breaks.
Me: I know.
Ivo: You enjoy creating via your technology and as a blue ray your job is expression, so you enjoy writing.
Me: Yes.
Ivo: But you must take time for yourself and relax. Meditation is a good way to do this. It also helps deal with the timeline switches and lower energies you are being asked to transmute, particularly as of late. Many came in around the time you were born who came to transmute the negativity of the planet and restore Gaia to life again, and you have kept at this task all your life.
For those and others who are transmuters, it is very necessary to establish a good regime of meditation and releasing or transmutation of negative energies. You particularly require grounding as the higher energies which come in tend to unground you.
When you engage in radical acceptance you are less aligned with your ego’s attack mentality. You all have this mentality – one of justifying yourselves in an attack on another, which is the ego expressing fear of anihilation.
The attack mentality comes from a position of superior ego, which is derived from judgment of others, so when you live radically accepting all as the best expression of life possible, you remove yourself from this perceived need to attack, and I say perceived because a perception is all that it is – a false one at that.
When you align your frequency to a non-attack mentality, one of radical acceptance, there is no perception of wrong.
It is a choice, and you must keep your ego from predominating your thoughts and keep your frequency up, even in times when you are being asked to transmute negative energies, as has been the case lately.
Me: I know. It was rough.
Ivo: And good energetic maintenance, as well as awareness is key in these times.
Me: I think when I feel negative, I think it’s something wrong with myself.
Ivo: No, that is not always the case. At times you are not happy with your behaviour but at times you are transmuting the energy of all around you as was the case recently. Do not always assume it is your fault. Blaming yourself for being imperfect is folly, my dear. Practise radical acceptance with yourself as well – when you love yourself unconditionally, you will become a higher expression of yourself.
It is a question of vibrational frequency, as life always is. Your expression is judgemental at lower frequenices and accepting at higher frequencies so which do you choose? The only job is to keep one’s frequency up during the day and this may mean working on your shadow, or it may mean understanding you’re being called to carry out one of your divine tasks.
Me: Got it.
Ivo: Try it. Accept everything. Then see how much better your life feels.
Me: Thank you Ivo.
Ivo: My love, I kiss you often during the night. You just do not remember for now. You were allowed to remember this kiss last week because you were having a hard time and remembering you are loved helps.
